Comment: Seth and his team are GREAT people. I went to the shop today to have a tire repaired on a car that I purchased two weeks ago. It turned out that the hole was in a place where it could not be fixed. Unlike other shops that Ive been to, Seth recommended that I work with the dealer to get costs covered by them, and then gave me timelines that it would take to get new tires at his shop.Finding anyone whom you can trust in auto repair/tire repair is difficult. My experience could not have been better, and you can be sure that I will only buy tires from them going forward (including snow tires and rims prior to the winter).If you are looking for a place to get tires or an oil change, look no further- you will not regret it!EDIT: Two years later and I still cant recommend these guys highly enough. It is SO HARD to find a tire shop/mechanic that genuinely wants to do the right thing for the customer. I live 60 miles away from this shop and there are countless shops where I can get work done between here and there, but I choose to come here.

Comment: Id like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to George! I had a slow leak in my tire, and the D Tire across the street insisted me to buy a new tire. I was already told by the roadside assistance that my tire is still fine and do not fall if they want to change my tire. Im glad I brought it to Monro - George inspected the tire quickly and took it inside. He fixed it and didnt even want to charge me! I only insisted because he saved me a few hundred bucks! Comment: On my way home from Novi with my family, we ran over construction debris and a bolt became lodged in our tire. We live an hour away and we were in a bind to find a fix. We saw that Monro was open and close to our location and was able to get there before we had a flat. What incredible service! We were in and out in 10 minutes and our tire was as good as new. The gentleman that took care of us was incredibly polite and generous. I was stunned because its rare to get this level of quality service. Youre a life saver. I cant thank you enough!

Comment: Can not say enough good things about these HONEST people. The best people to deal with, the best work around, and they dont throw band aids at a problem and hope to fix it. My car was throwing a code, I disconnected the battery, then hooked it back up, and the code was gone. I brought it to them, and they spent a day trying to get the code to come back up. When the code couldnt be reproduced, they only charged me $50, and didnt try to sell me something my car didnt need. They truly want to take care of the customer.

Comment: Saved me! I ran over debris on 96 on my way to Lacrosse practice and got a flat in my brand new Audi. I stopped for roadside assistance and was told I would have a 2 hour wait. I called around to see if I could find som place sooner. It was 6:57 pm at this point and every tire place was closed. I called Monro last minute and they not only answered my call after closing, they waited for me and fixed my flat in less than 15 minutes. PERFECT customer service and I am so appreciative of their help. They saved my night more than they know. It also happened to be my husbands birthday. So thank you very very much for helping me. Will definitely return in the future.

I drove up here from Central Illinois to purchase the van for my Mom and Dad. After the purchase transaction I noticed a leak in one of the tires once we had gotten to Novi. These guys took care of the leak right away. When I went inside to pay they said, nope, this one is on the house. Thank you guys! As a woman I am always skeptical about auto shops recommending things I don’t know anything about or don’t need, but I never had to worry about that here. They not only took care of everything I needed in a timely manner, but they even provided me with education on things I didn’t understand. I went to waiting area which was clean, comfortable and well stocked with children’s activities.A few minutes later Seth said he found a screw in my tire and could patch it. When he was done I asked how much it cost and he said it was free.I have never been there before but I am definitely going back. The dealership wanted 32.00 to fix it and I bought my car there. Well it was more than a wheel alignment; ctrl arm with ball joints, two new tires and tire balancing.7.5 yrs on original parts, so I had them replace them.A bit pricey but better than having it towed after something broke due to old age.Sad that they didnt keep the parts for me to look at but was told lifetime warranty on the parts so we shall see.

He assured me that even though they were about to close shop, they would take care of everything. I managed to get my vehicle to their shop, where he and his team stayed well after closing time to fix not just the one tire, but all 4. I went in knowing I needed more work then just a rotation and oil change but I was certain of the amount I wanted to spend and was not interested in being sold for other repairs that I just don’t have. Antwan got me in and out in a good frame. (Must say quicker than belle by a good bit) and he told me what else I needed worked out without pressuring me to buy or purchase more services. Told me what I needed and gave me a time frame to keep in mind before it’s problematic. I came in for what I wanted and left with what I wanted. Pressure free. Great work guys.
