Comment: The service of this shop is amazing!I recently purchased an Audi SUV and upon driving the next day the splash shield bent because of loose screws, and was dragging under my car.I called multiple auto shops in Troy, and was brushed off by numerous mechanics. I called Monro, an hour before close hoping they could at least schedule me for later in the week, and they said bring it down now, and theyll take a look. I wanted it removed completely, but the mechanic found some extra screws at the shop, and put it back together. It looks amazing and is driving well! Im extremely grateful for the knowledgable staff here, and will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you guys again!

It ended up not being a big fix at all and Chris was awesome enough to not go through our warranty and also not even charge us as this fix was only a couple of dollars! Comment: Thought it was a Firestone ended up pleasantly surprised and so was my bank account. They matched the price that Firestone was going to do it at and helped me understand what kind of things I needed to look out for including a bunch of problems with my tires ( which I knew needed to be replaced ). Overall great guys. We even had a laugh due to my manual car having a reverse that looked a bit different then other manuals. They were not as busy but I appreciated them walking through with me what I needed to be on the lookout. So overall probably will only need to be here about an hour. No super long wait or need to go home due to a long line of folks. Also hella honest. You can see everything they were doing so no problem concerns with sneaky price hikes. Didnt feel awkward either coming in as a woman knowing nothing about cars. I typically can tell when someones selling me something.

Comment: I lost air pressure twice in my SUV today. I stopped at my Chevy dealer on Maple Rd. And was told they couldn’t patch my tire until Monday.. I called 8 Belle Tires in the area and was told a similar story. I called Monro and spoke to Rob and he told me to bring it right over! They took care of me immediately and found the shard of metal in my tire and an additional nail. I was out in 20 minutes. Great guys. Outstanding service. I highly recommend.

Comment: I called Monro on my way home when I thought I was having a caliper issue and with a long daily commute was concerned it might leave me stranded if I didnt get it fixed quick. The Manager had me come in right away, checked it out, and told me what the issue was. I was in and out within 10 minutes as a walk in and they didnt charge me a thing (it wasnt a caliper issue). Everywhere I called to try to get in were scheduled out to the next week. I love businesses that still have a family feel and are willing to go the extra mile to take care of you without treating you like just another appointment.

After looking over the car at the dealership, I took it over to the shop, and they were able to inspect it right away. Vince took it for a test drive, and put it up on a lift and gave it a look-over. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection, and again, felt like I was talking to a friend, rather than a salesperson. He explained his findings very clearly, and was able to help me negotiate a better price upon returning to the dealer. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk (I didnt get his name) and was very impressed with how friendly he was as well. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return in the future if/when my car needs service.

Every technician ( Sam and J.T.) came up to me and shook my hand and introduced himself.They offered me a bottled water,they have a nice HD flat screen in the waiting area, and they offered me the remote. Nothing fancy, basic channels but a nice way to pass the time.Peter later went over some safety concerns he had with my car and asked if I wanted estimates or just to be aware of the problems. The manager Josh explained everything I need to know about cars in general but especially my car. He took time out of his day to break down everything that was wrong with my vehicle. He also showed me what parts are what, and how they operate and function. From the engine, breaks, exhaust, seals, steering/suspension, tires, axles,starting, and the radiator. He even showed me how to change my oil for when I go away to school. Now I feel like I know more about my car, and I even feel confident to tell the next mechanic what to check for when I get my next oil change out of state. There was also another mechanic that helped me and he was so kind. He found the problem I came in for and fixed it right away. I left very happy and satisfied. I will defiantly will be coming back before I leave for school in 2 weeks. Thanks again guys!!!!:)

Comment: I was there today for a possible alignment issue because of the blessed Michigan roads n potholes...new mgr Josh was a super friendly, kind and knowledgeable person. Had to wait a little but totally worth it since they balance the abnormal tire pressure and verified the angles and stated no alignment required. Its a rare case these days of truthfulness and honesty that these guys acknowledged. I am surely going back anytime for regular maintenance issues

Comment: I stopped going to Speedy when it went under new management and did not return due to poor service. Yesterday, I knew my car couldnt wait any longer for an oil change and I didnt have the time to drive 30 minutes to my dealership, where I have been going since leaving. I called Speedy and they were able to get me in no problem. The new manager Matt was knowledgeable and very customer service focused. You can tell the new staff wants the best for their customers so they continue to come back. My family and I will definitely be back as their customer and am glad to see they have the right people back in control!

Comment: On Monday, May 19, 2014 I called to get an oil change. They were able to get me in right after work. I didnt have to wait. Fast and friendly. My family use to go to Speedy when it was under different management. We decided to give the new management a try. We are very happy and will be back. Thanks!

Comment: These guys are legit, they do not try to scam you. They are very front with you regarding the car issues! If there is a problem with something else other than what is brought you will be informed! I definitely recommend taking your car to Speedy Auto Service in Troy! A+++++++++++

Comment: Very helpful went in for tires and they helped me troubleshoot other problems I was having with vehicle. Manager was very helpful and they were quick and my tires have lasted longer by far than discount tire!
