Walking in the shop I was hesitant to be trusting, but after calling around the area I quickly discovered that these guys do the best work for the best price! I needed a simple oil change and every other place was trying to charge up the a** for this service. These gentlemen were very kind and explanatory as to what my car needed, reassuring me that I would be in good hands. $59 later and I had new oil and a tire rotation, knowing it was good quality and for the cheapest price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of car service.

Comment: Midas was amazing! I have been leasing for the better part of 10 years and before that I would change my own oil. But now that my daughter has a car I took it there for the first time. Oil change took about as long as the dealer. They have a table and six or so seats. Theyre a a big tv. I opted to go to arbys for happy hour and work on my laptop. When they called me to tell me it was finished, they sent me a text also. With a complete comprehensive look at my breaks struts any leaks they found. And then he even went over it with me. That was amazing! Not pushy about getting anything fixed but was very detail oriented about my daughters car. I recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you have a car you bought your teen. They are all so nice. I would take it back to be service there also.

Comment: I love Midas and all they can offer! I was referred by my sister that came to the South Rochester location for a nail in her tire and an oil change and they were very helpful towards her. I then came for an oil change and nails in my tires and I didn’t feel like I was being pressured to do anything else to my car, I felt comfortable bringing my car here. The mechanic Eddie takes care of all my oil changes which include a full inspection along with images of each site they inspect where a lot of places don’t. The staff is very welcoming and they’re always offering coupons. Good location too!

I really appreciate their efforts to correct the mistake and especially I just walked in for oil change with out appointment but they did without second thoughts.I took car to check for 100 point check(The car i palnt to buy) , Executive sujested me for 115$ check + tax. so in total i payed 129$. But they just did visual inspectin whcih is actaully suppose to cast me 40$ which i came to know very late since am very new to the city. Comment: I truly believe that car mechanics see you at your worst. With this being said my power steering went out on my car 200+ miles from home. The closest Midas happened to be this one and Corey and his team were nothing but patient kind and helpful. This especially when I know nothing about cars. They let me take my time in deciding what I wanted to do and and were patient when I wanted to call family members for a second opinion. They gave me the straight facts on what was needed to get me home along with the other concerns on my car. The full inspection with pictures was incredible informative and brought things to my attention that I didnt know I needed to be concerned about. At no point did they try and upsell me on things that werent necessary/ dangerous to be driving on. Honestly if I lived in the area this would be my go to place to get any work done. The mechanic took a look at my vehicle and found out that my wheel bearings were the cause for the shaking. I was overwhelmed because I know it was going to be very costly, but Cory put my mind at ease and worked around my budget. He told me about a credit card I could sign up for to help me towards my expense. Lucky, I was approved. While my vehicle was being serviced, Cory kept me informed about the status with my vehicle, this is very huge because most car care services does not do that. If something else needed fixing, Cory called and informed me about it. He also asked if it was in my budget to take care of the problem. Thats a plus. Comment: I had an oil leak and I brought my 07 Honda Accord to Midas of Rochester. I am so glad I did. When they did the inspection they were not sure where the leak was coming from because everything was so coated. Once they were able to clean off the oil they narrowed the oil leak to 2 possible areas. They provided me with two steps in fixing the leak. I decided on the R&R of the Engine Oil Filter Housing Gasket being removed and replaced as the first step. They were very clear that this may not fix the issue and if it doesnt then its onto step two. I was scheduled to come back the next day to get the service done but the wonderful and professional mechanics advised that my car was not drivable because of the severe oil leak. They ordered a Lyft for me but it was taking such a long time for a driver that by the time a driver became available and plus it was around closing time, Corey simply offered to take me to my destination which was about 2-3 minutes away. He dropped me off and the next day Eyon contacted me to say that the first step fixed the leak. What a relief, we were both happy with that news. He goes on to say they completed my oil change and with my approval went on and removed and replaced the serpentine belt. Pricing was very reasonable and I used easypay for the first time and after a correction on my end I was able to close out my service and Eyon was so patient and helpful throughout the process. Great experience and AMAZING staff.

Comment: I recently had a valve stem issue with one of my tires resulting in a flat. I was already on the market for a new set and decided to order some from this location - they had a set I really liked and were running a special on the website. I submitted the request, confirmed and went in for my appointment. Unfortunately, there were some technical issues from the Midas website that did not translate to this location and I was unable to get the intended tires. The GM, Corey, was very helpful with my situation. He was very apologetic for the mix up (which was out of his control). He helped me find a comparable set of tires that honored the price promotion and fixed the flat so I did not have to drive on a spare until my new tires came in. Great customer service and I will absolutely utilize this shop in the future!

That is quite the change from their competitors. Also, they do not try to sell you repairs that you do not need, this is important to have people that you can trust working on your vehicle. Real easy to get cheated now adays, for instance, an unnamed company tried to sell my wife new tires because they said we were in dire need. However, Midas informed us they have half their life left. Comment: February 22, 2022I have to place this review as MIDAS of Rochester, Michigan has been a life saver for me and my dear old car. I am coming 73 years old and widowed and have to have my car up and working. I went to another auto repair in downtown Rochester and they told me the repairs would be more then the cost of my car. They quoted me $1,200.00 to $1,400.00 or more. They said we do not do this work but if we did it would even be more. I ask them who they could recommend take a look at it. They said we dont know of anyone. So I took my dear car back home and went online and found MIDAS on Rochester Road, Rochester, Mi.I called and told them my story and Kyle the Shop Manager, said bring it down and we will check it out for you right away. I went down and they put it up and came out and said, the problem the other place said was so hard to fix turned out not to be there at all. They said we can fix this for you in a couple of hours or less. I ask them the price and they said $165.00. I wanted to cry !!! The mechanic did a wonderful job and my little car is running soooooooooo quiet. I am so grateful for the people at MIDAS AUTO SERVICE EXPERTS. Please folks if you need your car repaired, PLEASE take it to MIDAS first and have them check it out. This company has INTEGRITY like none around here.Bless all of you at MIDAS of Rochester !!!!!
