Comment: The manager treated me and my father like less than a human and flat out lied to us and then called me a liar. They did a sorry job on my car which caused more work needing done and about $14k later and 3 weeks later I finally got my car back. I will never come back to this midas after this experience. Buyer BEWAREUpdating my review as I went back for a credit I was given due to my last experience to have minor repairs. Thank you Ray for making this experience much more pleasurable. I appreciate you getting me in early and completing it timely.

Comment: Scheduled an appointment the day before for noon on Saturday, arrived 10 min early. The person on Friday who took my call and scheduled my appointment failed to put it in the system. Ray at the desk advised no issue getting me in. 30 min later my car and I are both sitting and waiting. I was advised it would be another 45 min to get in. Why schedule an appointment and tell me no issue to get in when clearly it is. Disappointed as this is the 2nd time I called and scheduled an appointment and lost in the system. Last visit the person who scheduled the appointment admitted he input wrong when I came but wait was only 20 min to get in.8/28 - Thank you Mark, I have updated the rating to 4 stars and will turn to 5 stars as I will schedule an oil change at the end of the week.9/1 - Great visit, team wanted to right the issue. Highly recommend.

Comment: I had to leave my truck here overnight after it blew a tire across the street at 10 pm. I left a note to call, and the manager called me first thing in the morning. I told him a price point I wanted to sped on new tires and he gave me the options. When the tires I could afford weren’t in stock as shown on display, he upgraded me at no charge to ensure the job was done same day. I brought my BMW in for an issue caused by our fantastic Michigan roads (sarcasm) and their technician Ryan had sourced me the correct parts/tires and was able to have the car put back together and road ready with care and efficiency and most importantly; a timely fashion. The level of service performed for me was above and beyond what I had come to expect from other local shops and I will return to Midas on 12mile whenever necessary, I recommend you do the same.

They let me know that they could patch it instead and it’d only cost a fraction of what a tire would cost me. They were quick, and I was in and out in about 40 min. Comment: I first had my car at Monroe in Novi 2 miles down the road . I took it there to get looked at as i just got controls arms and tie rods . After he looked at them he said whoever did it did it wrong and we would need brand new parts. After i just bought new parts for it . After giving me a quote at 3500 for lower control arms, tie rods and lug nuts and studs . I said no and got it towed to Midas for second opinion . They told me 1200 out the door and i don’t need new parts just need some adjusting to the existing ones and no need for new lug nuts and studs as there were ok! Comment: It would be great if Google would let me leave more than 5 stars because this Midas location definitely deserves them. I was treated like a VIP throughout the whole process. Called in to make an appointment, and in the spirit of the holidays perhaps I was told on the phone I was getting a $20 coupon. And they told me they would give me a ride to my office when I come drop off my car so I dont have to wait. So I take my car in and get my ride to work, they call me a little bit later to tell me everything is good, and I dont have to get the work I thought I did. They came to pick me up again and I was able to get on my way in a hurry. And I especially need to mention the person working the desk, Emma, was nothing but smiles the whole time. Cant wait to need another oil change. I will definitely be going here again.

I would definitely recommend this place. Dean was my attendant and my car was fixed quickly and correctly! I called seven other auto shops nearby that all said they couldnt even look at it until Monday or Tuesday. However, when I called Midas, they expressed that they were busy but would make time for me. They didnt have the exact part I needed so I still had to find a hotel, but it was ready by 10 AM the next morning and I was so grateful they made time for me when otherwise I probably would have had to wait days. Prices were very fair, and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

I have not learned so much about why some repairs were indicated as I did talking to this stores staff today.
