Comment: All seemed good. Then tire pressure gauge didnt work. Assured it would reset. It didnt. Took to dealer. They reset 3 tires. The other one says 81 psi. $150 to reset. Said no. So something happened at Valvoline, or just crazy timing.

Comment: I cant complain about anything, other than an uninviting waiting room, but I walked to Menards instead of sitting there.I looked into coming here for an oil change, I had free oil changes at the dealership for years, and when they finally dried up, they wanted to charge me $130 for oil change (only semi synthetic) and a tire rotation. I went on the Midas website since there was one near me, and there was a coupon for $49.99 for full synthetic with a tire rotation.I ended up pay $63 including extra oil and disposal fee. No hard up sell on anything like Uncle Eds, which I appreciated whole-heartedly. In and out within an hour!This is my new oil change place!

Logan Herron (store manager) got me in last minute on a Saturday because another store never entered me into the system or ordered my tires when I made the appointment. He got me in last minute, was able to find me better tires at a better price, was extremely kind, and had incredible customer service. He explained everything needed in my car after an inspection, explained what was needed versus the what was nice to have, and made sure I got good prices for all. I got in at 1040, and had my tires done, inspection, oil change, new wipers, appointments made for my husband and myself for further work all in 2.5 hours. I’ve never gotten in and out of a shop that quickly.His service technicians were also amazing. Very kind, quick, and courteous. I will be bringing both cars here for any future repairs/services. Comment: I recently had work done at this establishment. Initially, it was a disaster by a mechanic in training and the lack of oversight on this trainee at a different location. I won’t go in to full detail of the stress and time I went through, but fortunately with the help of Will, Logan and Howard, they corrected the issue. They went to the extent of having my car picked up from my work, fixed the issue caused by the trainee, and had it hauled back to me in operational order before the end of my shift. No one is perfect, but to take responsibility for their error and not brush it off as if it wasn’t their fault, is something worth praise. Too many of us hard working people living paycheck to paycheck, get ripped off by a lot of these establishments unfortunately. When the right thing is done, it should be mentioned. Thank you for making it right!

Comment: I went to another shop to get my steering rack replaced and when I picked my car up I quickly realized something wasnt right I took it to midas to have it inspected and they informed me the work was done wrong and done by uncertified mechanics. Midas then went above and beyond to not only repair the damage but assist me in reporting the other shop for the horrible and illegal work they did. AL at the counter knows his stuff also the staff is amazing and knowledgeable mark is really helpful always bring you back to physically show you whats wrong with you car that way you never think you are getting screwed. Comment: This place is amazing. The owner Ron is probably the only honest mechanic I have ever encountered. The prices are very fair the service might be a tad slow but thats because they are very thorough. Many times I have them diagnose my car which required them to disassemble parts of the engine to see the problem it. When it was something I did not want to fix they put everything back together and didnt charge me. I have been going here for about 6 years. We bring all the family cars here and we have never been disappointed or felt ripped off.

Comment: Figured id stop in about a year & a half or so ago & have been going here every time my 1990 Chevy Silverado needs some work. Every thing they have fixed has been perfect so far. The truck drives better now then it ever has since I got it. They also can work with you if have bank account & are short on cash to fix your vehicle. Ask inside. Very nice option if in a pinch.Just had my brake redone completely front & back & figured I go in to have my u-joints done 9/27th on my driveshaft. They did them fine but had bent my rear drive shaft by accident so they replaced it out of there pocket. Had to wait a month since the part was hard to find but everything was like new after it was all put back together.

Comment: About what youd expect from a chain auto shop. Management here is pretty good however, and Ive yet to have an issue with their technicians work. The lifetime brake pads are a great deal and a worthwhile investment. Other pricing does feel high at times, but they make every effort to get you the best deal possible.

At first, there seemed to be quite a bit of miscommunication on pricing, but John, a manager, was very patient through the frustrations and sounded very professional in sorting things out. They did a great job on the brakes, and everything seems to have been figured out. They couldve been really ugly in an uncomfortable situation, but they werent. A little kindness, patience, and care makes a big difference!

This is the only place I actually feel comfortable taking my car to. I have read some of these bad reviews and honestly have never had any issues and it bewilders me on most of the comments. Comment: Fast, courteous, and reasonably priced. Most people do not realize the difficulty and attention to detail that it takes to work on a car. They think they are at the fast food drive in window for instantaneous gratification when they go to an auto repair facility. I for one can appreciate the great work they do for a great price. I would recommend this shop to anybody.Yes it is busy at times but they truly are auto service experts.
