Comment: My experience was very good. They got my car in for the work quickly. Did the check I asked for and gave me the results, no pressure or scare tactic. I did need new tires but they said my old ones could last awhile longer but I wanted them replaced and to keep the best for a spare. An performed alignment on replacement. The new tires felt great on the ride home. Made me feel better about trip Im going to take soon. They were concerned and friendly. This is my second dealing with Midas, very pleased with price and the work both times. I have no issues in recommending them.

Comment: I recently took my daughters card in for repair work at Midas and my experience was very good. I have two college students; in Virginia and Georgia. Their cars needed maintenance and some repairs. Having to go into repair shop is very stressful because there is always that feeling of “am I going to taken advantage of.” My mind and heart were put at easy by the consultants Larry as well Julius. They both work with me and made me aware of what the needed repairs were. Because of the cost involved I was given sone options which help me to afford the repairs. Most importantly, the vehicles were repaired in one day and the work was done correctly. In driving these cars, they was a noticeably difference in how the cars operated after the needed repair were made. The problems were repaired and My daughters and I respect the service team along with the store manger and consultants. We are thankful for how things worked out but most of all the excellent work from Team of Midas -Greenfield Store -Southfield, MI. Thank you all.

Comment: Made my appointment online around 8am received my confirmation around 9am arrived at my appointment time, got checked in (and they got to me promptly as the waiting room was definitely on bump!) and they even ordered me an Lyft back home... Received a surprisingly quick call from Christian he went over my detailed needs, options and the best possible deal assuring that I could be back on the rode in about 2hrs. And indeed in 2hrs and 17 mins to be exact I received a call from Chris, stating that my car was ready for pick up! I picked up my vehicle, was explained all my warranty info once again and sent on my way. I couldnt have been more happier with chosing to come here today. I was very reluctant to come here at first, but I took a chance and was glad I did as I received superb professional service today! #icanstopagain 🤗❤️ 🚗

Comment: This place is amazing. I usually never write reviews about anything but I just have to share my experience about this place. This particular Midas always takes care of me and always tries to give me the heads up about anything. They always tells me what’s going on and always straight to business with fast service too. Every time I walk in the building I’m usually always greeted with a smile and open arms. Usually a guy name Julius is at the counter and man what can I say. He’s always so helpful and nice and always in a good mood. If you ever stop in he will definitely make you feel welcome almost like a family member but everyone there is like that. I been going there for about a year and some change now and will continue to always take my vehicles there. Shout out to the Midas team and being the most friendliest, the most helpful and the most fast working service there is. This place rocks.

Comment: I recently went to this Midas location due to a corroding exhaust system. This was the 4th muffler shop that I contacted - and the 2nd one that I visited. The first one that I visited made me feel like an intruder when I walked in to talk about my car. Needless to say - I did not go any further with them. I thought that this Midas shop might end up being the same experience. I was wrong and very happily surprised by the treatment and service that I received. First, Julius (the owner), and his father Larry welcomed me to their shop in a nice, helpful and inviting manner. They asked what I needed, and after I told them - they asked if I had a few minutes -- that they would get my car up on a lift and check it out - N/C. They figured out what was needed, and told me that they would have it done within 2 hours. Needless to say, the entire experience was excellent. The cost was affordable. They take pride in their work and in helping their customers. Highly recommend this shop!

Comment: They took great care of me. I needed my brake pads and rotors done rapidly as I was on a time constraint. They did the job super fast. Got to speak with the mechanic, he took care of everything and even offered to help me with other minor car issues.The price is also very good compared to dealerships. The rotors and pads they have are also solid, no squeals and almost no brake dust. Brake dust was a big issue on my car before.Im happy with what I got and I hope to work with them in the future.

The staff was not only professional but also personal and communicated with me when there was any changes/updates. Not to mention I think their prices are very fair.My favorite part of my encounter was that the next day I noticed a rumble sound from that area and I brought it back to them. At that time they were on the problem immediately and fixed the noise at no cost. I understand no one’s perfect so I appreciate them being willing to solve that minor issue immediately. Thats the part that makes the difference and separates them from others.Its now Nov 19, 2021, 4 months later, I went to Awadas Tires on Livernois and got new tires. Since I was there and my Truck was up on the hoist, I asked them to look under my Truck because I heard some noise. They gave me two estimates, one for $800 for the work that needed to be taken care of right away and another for a little over $1000. So, I took it to the Midas greenfield location to get my window wiper nozzles changed. I asked them to take a look underneath my Truck. Low and behold, they told me that nothing was wrong with my Truck. I left there and went straight to M&J on eight mile rd and got an estimate, and they said that it was $180 worth of work that needed to be done under my Truck. I cant remember what he said the name of the part was. This Midas location is trustworthy. The goal that I set for myself was always to get three estimates. This habit saved me $1800.00 that I didnt have due to rising prices, the fast-approaching holidays, and a kid in college. Thanks, Midas, for being truthful and giving your customers excellent service!

They are the very best and I do not say this lightly. I am almost 70 and have been to a lot of shops - big dealers and small family/individually owned shops. Not a one of them comes close. My only regret is that I did not find them long ago. Henceforth, this Midas at Greenfield and 11 Mile in Southfield is the shop I will go to and I will recommend them to anybody who speaks to me about getting work done on a vehicle. Comment: Found out they accept all aftermarket vehicle repair warranties, so i brought my car in for a free service contract inspection - and they fixed everything that was wrong with my car that was covered for free! The manager waived my deductible and got me a loaner car, all i had to do was drop off and pick up! Id recommend anyone with a warranty contract to take your car here for an inspection, they work with you on your deductible and offered me a loaner from enterprise!
