Comment: Let me preface this by saying I dont trust anyone.Dino, and the crew did a great job, I got lucky and snuck in on a cancelation, otherwise I would have waited 3 weeks, instead of having my truck back in 4 days.I took a picture of my odometer and noticed that there was 3 km put on my vehicle.I wouldnt think of complaining bc he took for a wash and vacuumed the inside, I was pleasantly surprised.Hopefully, I dont need him for Collison repair again, however I would definitely recommend friends n family without hesitation.

Within seconds of walking through the door, I was greeted and introduced to Dino, who looked over my car with me. They arranged for my rental and gave me an estimated time that the repair was done. The two week estimate turned out to be four days. When I returned, Dino walked through what they repaired, and sent me on my way, covering my $100 deductible (I had damage from hitting a deer). I would recommend them to anyone looking for a speedy, quality repair.

Comment: Guard rail on the 401 left some serious damage all along the passenger side of my shiny new 2014 Ford Fusion. Searched for the top rated auto repair shops in Windsor-Essex and found Metro Collision had the best reviews. The owner Jerry Spadafora was very friendly and welcoming and quoted me at a surprisingly reasonable price for the work needed. Jerry estimated it would take 2-3 days to fix my car, and even gave me a loaner car free of charge which I was not expecting (I had made arrangements to get me to and from work while car was being fixed). Jerry called me the next day to let me know my car was ready to be picked up after just one day! They really do work hard and fast. They even detailed the interior for me! Seriously couldnt have asked for a better, more helpful experience. This is one place where no customer has to feel weary about bringing their vehicle in for repairs without being over charged and taken advantage of, which I feel happens way too often in the industry. 10/10 would recommend!

He quoted the job and time in less than 2 minute and completed the job well ahead of his quoted time. Dino is very nice, down to earth and caring person. He values customers more than anything. He loaned me his own car while my car was getting fixed. Upon delivery I was surprised to see that car was washed from outside and shampooed and detailed from inside. This is something out of this world. I would give him 10/10. His work is much better than so called OEM body shops who finds the way to rip you off by all means. I would never go to any OEM body shop from now on. Forgot to mention that my pathfinder has factory pearl white color and it is a special color with little glitter inside. He did it so professionally that Nissan itself cannot detect the difference. I highly recommend this place for all your body works need either a small dent or a big collision job.

Professional, accommodating and so so nice!I brought my 2016 Jeep Cherokee in for a quote on a few dents in the back lift gate of in December from a fender bender I had a while back. Dino was so easy to work with and gave me a great, reasonable and quick quote. He told me the fix would take about 3 days to fix. I was excited to be able to get it done over the Christmas/New Years break so that I wouldn’t have to miss any work. I brought my car in early on the 2nd and was surprised to hear Dino say that he would try to have it done the next day!.. I was even more surprised when metro called me around 1 pm that same day telling me I could come to pick up my car at 330pm!!! I arrived and my car was cleaned— INSIDE AND OUT! And you could never tell that there was ever any damage to begin with! The payment was the same as what Dino quoted me weeks prior. No hidden costs, no bs, no hassle. Literally the best and easiest car service experience I’ve ever had! I cannot thank them enough. Comment: Great service and was even open in the morning on a Saturday. Not many shops work on the weekends.My insurance company recommended them since they have their own insurance adjuster on site.
