Comment: Took my car to Meadows for the first time when my check engine light came on. They found the issues and worked with my extended warranty policy to get the majority of expenses taken care of. The employees were all very nice. I especially want to thank Luke for his hard work; dealing with the warranty company, keeping me up on the status of everything, and taking the time to be sure I understood the process. Definitely will go back to them and recommend them!

Comment: I recently had work done on my 09 Fusion which included a new thermostat, overhead valve gasket, oil change, and coolant flush. Shortly after I had all that work done, my engine had a rough idle to the extent that the engine wanted to bog down and shut off. I brought it back to them to take another look assuming it had something to do with the gasket replacement. After they investigated it, they found that something got into a spark plug socket accidentally which was causing the bogging issue. They had the car for a couple days because they wanted to ensure that everything was running smoothly. They also gave me a loaner to use while they worked on my vehicle!I originally started getting work done on my vehicles due to the rating and location, but they truly lived up to the high ratings you see online and definitely earned this one!P.S. Shout out to Luke (I believe thats his name) for being very professional and friendly the entire time! Well done, sir!

All three guys are top-notch and following right along in the great customer service you get at Meadows Automotive in Waterford at the M-59 location. Comment: These are honest people. Honest mechanics. They dont do more than is necessary for your repair just to ding you. Ive used them for oil changes, alignments, AC repair, a rear main seal. Ill be going back soon because I will be needing brakes. Best place around if you ask me.September 13, 2023 at 8 a.m.: I had an oil change today which includes the filter and lubing all pertinent chassis and wheel points. The service was done in a timely manner. Their usual inspection revealed a transmission pan gasket leak that would have turned into a big problem. I scheduled repair for later. 10 out of 10 rating.October 3, 2023 at 8 a.m.: During my last visit the inspection showed I needed a transmission pan gasket. Today that work was done quickly. Im always very happy with the service here.

Comment: I used Meadows Automotive for my cars AC leak which had been looked at by other shops with no success. When I shared my experience with the owner, Mike, he took it on himself to inspect and find the root cause and the soure of my AC leak. They found out the leak was from a tiny hole on therear AC line which was very difficult to access and notice. They gave me 2 options; replace the entire AC line (costing $1,000+ and wait time for the new AC line) or use a part which is intended for use for other repairs to close the hole. They recommended the later much less expensive and timelier option. Their expertise, creativity, and thinking outside the box got my AC line fixed the same day and saved me thousands. These guys are awesome! After my AC repair, I used them for other services and now I have a go to auto service shop that I trust and continue to use. Thanks Meadows Automotive crew!

Shift was not engaging, vehicle was towed to Meadows, The original estimated cost was determined after examining the vehicle. However, due to safety and the condition of the plate being rusted, the vehicle had to have a replacement part. At the advisement of the mechanic, the front desk called in the discovery, cost, was agreed and part was ordered, replaced and the vehicle was good to go!The only concern is that the drive and natural geers were slipping. I have not had that in any of my vehicles. It confirmed to be normal in the Jeeps to not engage in place Meadows assured me it was safe

Comment: This auto repair shop is very honest I took my car here because Discount Tire dammed my car when I had them put new tires on the damage was so severe that my life was in danger every time I had to drive it to work or see my husband in the nursing home they inspected it at no charge and took pictures and showed me while it was up on the hoist exactly what damage the tire place did and why I couldnt keep my car in my lane on the road they told me how long the repairs would take and even drive me home and pucked me back up when my car was done I can actually feel safe driving my car now I also had them do a tune up and oil change while they had it in to do the repairs that Discount Tire did I highly recommend this shop on M59 and will always take my car here I am 100% a satisfied customer Please hesitate to try them you wont be sorry Thank You Medows Automotive Bambi Koukoulis

Comment: I went in with a noise of brake pads rubbing on the rear rotors. The inspect showed very rusty rotor surfaces and thin pads. How do I know that?....Because they sent me a text message with their findings and pictures showing the rusty rotors and pads that were thin from all that rubbing. It appears the pads were not putting much pressure on the rotors. The pictures were worth more than words could say. They even provided me shuttle service home after I dropped my car off and picked me up when the service was finished. It doesnt get any better, folks!

I had muffler man down the road install it and there were a ton of issues going on, from leaking exhaust, tires rubbing on exhuast, brake line was getting crushed and my header bolts were stripped on my bbk shorty heads. Meadows helped me get my car done professionally the right way . They did help me get my money back from muffler man. Comment: Meadows is my go-to shop. They will service any vehicle issues for a price that’s fair enough to beat doing it myself. I’ve gotten anything from a battery replacement to what might as well have been an engine rebuild. They have an extremely quick turn around, work and parts are warranted, and typically have loaner cars available if needed. The team is very friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Comment: Meadows Automotive helped us out quickly and affordably with great service this morning! We were stuck on the side of the road -- car had dumped its oil and shut down to protect itself. They offered to send a tow truck (about $100) to come get us. We ended up using AAA instead -- but its nice to know that was available! And then had us in and out in less than an hour with a repair bill of only $78. They were courteous, professional, fast and helpful. Everything you could want in an auto repair place. Comment: What a great first time experience. Came in thinking the engine was shot with a bad main bearing. They checked it out and all that was wrong was the torque converter bolts had come loose. They tightened them up and I was good to go. What a relief. Love the honesty and professionalism this shop has. Highly recommend. They did a brake job for me as well and it was done on time when they said it would be. Thanks guys!!

All of the staff I spoke to were knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend these folks for your auto repair needs. They even provide a 2 yr/24k mile warranty on the work!

Comment: Meadows performed a replacement of an oil pan due to the pan developing a sudden and significant leak as a result of rust. Vehicle was not safe to drive until repair could be performed. Brought vehicle in late in the day on a Friday, they provided me with a free loaner vehicle over the weekend, and called me Monday AM to let me know repair was complete. Fast turnaround, quality work, honest, professional, and prompt customer service. The cost was a little on the high side for the given repair, but I was overall very satisfied with the experience, and they will definitely be my go to repair shop in the future.

Comment: Meadows replaced my heater core in my Jeep Wrangler. It’s a big job and I was nervous to trust anyone to do it and put the vehicle back together correctly. But they did a great job! Comment: I brought my car in to Meadows Automotive to have my AC fixed and they found the problem and repaired it and the price was reasonable. I needed something else fixed on my car so I brought it back to them because I liked their service. It ended up being something simple that was loose under my car and I thought it would be something major. They tightened it up and didnt even charge me for it. Some auto shops would take advantage of the situation but not them. They are honest people and I will definitely be using them for any car repairs that I may need in the future. Comment: Absolutely the best car repair experience I have ever had. The owners are very nice and friendly, and they know what they are doing in the garage. Communication about the work being done was excellent, I was informed every step of the way and given different options for parts and pricing as well. They are also honest and trustworthy, when they say theyll get something done in a certain time, they go above and beyond to make it happen!In my case, I was told my repair would be finished the same day I brought my car in. As I mentioned above, there was excellent communication back and forth all day about the work being done. When closing time rolled around (6pm) I was waiting for the call to come and pick up my car, but I didnt hear anything. As the minutes crept by past 6pm I had resigned to hearing from them first thing in the morning...no big deal, I understand they were busy and probably just wanted to go home for the night. But then at 6:40pm they called and said they just finished, I could come by and pick it up! Truly amazing customer service.I have had them work on two of my cars now and will continue to go to them for anything I will ever need in the future. These guys are the best!
