Was not very happy with communication, was asked to bring in at 8:00 in morning, I expressed needed car back same day was told would be no problem that they would keep me updated.Recieved no calls by end of day and did not receive my car back . I called the next morning they told me they were finishing up and would call me shortly, several hours later I called back and was told the same thing again, finally in the afternoon of the second day they called and said it was ready. If not for this communication issue I would give them a five!!!

Comment: Meadows Automotive is now my go to place for my 2019 Chevy Traverse. I had an emissions issue with the purge valve 3 times! The 1st time it was repaired by someone else, but within 2 months, it went bad again. I returned to the 1st place and they again replaced the purge valve but within a month, the 2nd repair also went bad and we were back to square one. We called Meadows and everyone was so kind, great customer service experience because they got my vehicle in quickly and out quickly. They found that the snap that the purge valve snaps into place was broken so that 1st repair probably broke the snap. They were quick to find the issues, were reasonably priced, had a courtesy vehicle drive me home while my vehicle was being repaired. There was a little more work that needed to be done than we thought so the price was higher but reasonable. I am happy with my new auto repair shop, and will return. In fact, my husband is taking the 2020 Chevy Trailboss in for a looksy at the brakes and rotors in the next day or two. I highly recommend you check them out!Thank you Meadows Automotive!

Comment: These folks truly care about people. I took my jeep in because it Wouldn’t start after getting an oil change from Valvoline. We tried a couple different things, but we’re unable to find the problem. While that investigation was going on, they provided a rental car free of charge as an amazing way to appreciate their customers. That saved me I am a teacher and I did not have a ton of money to spend on a rental car. Carlos and Gabrielle had the best customer service that I’ve experienced in a long time. Comment: I had a great experience at Meadows Automotive first I received a free oil change because i donated an unwrapped toy to be donated by Meadows to help local children I also gave a small cash donation. When they did the basic service they found a water pump failure and I needed rear brake pads and rotors. Meadows took care of the problem and picked me up and took me home at no additional charge they were very nice and explained everything to me. I will go to them again

Comment: I am so glad that I brought my car here for a second opinion! The oil pump on my 2012 Cruze went out and another shop told me that the car has seen its better days. They obviously didnt want to touch it.Meadows Automotive performed a thorough diagnostic and sent me photos of what they found! Ive never received a diagnostic report as thorough as theirs. They recommended repairing the car, which saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!! AND they warranty their work for 24 months/24,000 miles. My car was back on the road within a week.I could not be more happy. This was my first experience with Meadows Automotive and it wont be my last. Its so hard to find shop you can trust. They earned my trust and my business. I let them know I was on a strict schedule to get to work and they communicated honestly that they would be able to complete my tires the same day as my oil change. They let me know that they would be able to fit me in early the next morning to do my new tires and even shuttle me back to my house while they worked so I could wait in the comfort of my own home! They have the greatest and sweetest man named Delbert that run the shuttling service, he was a highlight of my day. Comment: My husband and I recently moved to the area. We took my vehicle in to have my windshield wipers and backup camera fixed the first time. Since then, we have been back two more times (in two months) because their service is top notch! All of the staff that I have dealt with (especially Carlos) have been so kind and truly helpful in diagnosing and fixing the issues my car has had. They always call and discuss their findings prior to completing the work so you know the cost and what to expect. Prior to coming to meadows, we were quoted $900 for a tune up and spark plug replacement. Not only did meadows cost 2/3 of the initial quote, they called us throughout the day to update us. We will continue taking all of our cars here and have told neighbors/friends about them. Thank you meadows, you guys are the best!

Comment: I had my driver side actuator, blend door/housing and blower motor replaced. Everybody else around here would take 2 to 3 weeks before they could even see the vehicle. Meadows got it in within 2 days. Once the vehicle was in it was diagnosed same day and repaired 2 days later. This is a pretty extensive job, it requires the removal of the dashboard to get to all the items. They gave me a quote and perform the service with absolute precision and did not run over on the quote. These guys are awesome.

I got caught in unfortunate construction and called and said I would be ten minutes late and they were super chill about that.When I walked in, the place was clean and homey and had a nice ambiance as far as oil change places go (music, snacks, etc.)! The fella quoted me a thirty minute wait which was exactly the time it took for them to change my oil. They gave me an oil change mileage sticker, switched my oil sensor over (Uncle Ed couldnt figure that one out), and charged me exactly what they quoted.My favorite part was listening to the team make phone calls to customers and hear them genuinely attempt to resolve the concerns the person was having. The whole team collaborated well and leadership seemed very supportive in developing newer techs. I was only there thirty minutes but it was impressive.
