I initially took my vehicle to another shop that did not diagnose my car but charged me for a diagnosis. I got nowhere. I brought my car to MASTER AUTO TECH- met Joe- and my car was up and running the next day- and it was quite a large electrical job and he didn’t take advantage of me being a woman and overcharge me like most of us are afraid of. Had I met him sooner I would have had so many less issues when it comes to vehicles. Such a friendly guy and knows exactly what he’s doing! Had a steering issue for years prior to him and had taken my car to other automotive places that just took my money and did I don’t know what cause it was never fixed. However, we went through with the repair anyways.Afraid that it was going to be a sketchy shop since we did not have any relations. I went in for the pick up. Joe is great at what he does and if he can’t figure it out he will keep trying until he does, even if it costs him an extra few bucks! My car was having a belt issue and we couldn’t figure out why it kept coming off. We had already done the warranty payment and I gave back the rental when my car belt still slipped. He took the car back, bought a new belt and still after a few slip offs was able to find what actually was going on an alternator issue anddddd a previous mechanic didn’t apply bolts correctly to my turbo charger and it was rattling everything in there. Once those were set and bolted correctly it has been driving perfect ever since!! Thanks Joe for your kindness, concern and expertise!!!

I went in for a tuneup and all I needed was an oil change. He didn’t do anything to my car until he plugged it up on the diagnostic machine to see what the problem was. I was trying to tell him that I needed a tuneup because my car kept shutting off but that was not it. Long story short anyone else would have just took my money and added extra work but he didn’t. He calls to give me updates while doing repairs, wont do anything we havent already discussed and follows up after the repairs to see how my truck is running. He hasnt tried to sell me repairs I dont need and his prices are fair. This is important because as a woman I have had a lot of shops try to pull fast ones on me or treat me like I dont have any knowledge of my own vehicle. I have a stack of his business cards in my glove box and Ive already given a few of them out. I would seriously recommend anyone go to the shop, especially since Joe is a Master Mechanic and can do multiple repairs within the shop where as other places would have to refer you out.
