Comment: Part of the fan belt broke away in my truck and wrapped around the fan crankshaft. When it did in caught the power steering fluid hoses and pulled them into the fly wheel, wore one through, and voila! fluid everywhere and no steering. Got it towed to Marysville Auto and Jerad and his crew put it all back right, de-greased the engine compartment, gave it a tuneup, and even adjusted my parking brake. I feel confident with the care there. Another thing, they take the time to talk it through so its all understood. If you leave and somethings not right they make it right. Integrity is still important. Great job!

It happened about less than a quarter mile from Marysville Tire on a Friday about 3:00pm. Just made it there. 2023 car does not come with a spare. They did everything they could to get me out of there with wheels for the weekend. Not having any in stock they went above and beyond. Not more than a couple days later, screw in another tire. They ruled out some potential smaller issues before diagnosing that we required a new transmission. They worked with our warranty company, and were able to service our vehicle during both Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks. Goodyear Marysville parking lot is always packed full. Think about it. Why does one shop always have so many cars compared to its competitors in Saint Clair County? Those cars are not one stop customers; it is a steady flow or return customers. People keep coming back only when they are treated well, the work holds up, and when the price is fair and not undercut by a competitor.
