Comment: Took care of my sick 2003 Ford Escape. Vehicle died on my wife reaching 70 on 94, M52 going W towards Jackson halfway before Peirce Rd. No go, totally dead, no start. Towed it to the farm down from the shop actually. Called these folks because there local, delt with them through Ann Arbor Autobody as a body man. Gave me great insight over the phone about the muffler and possible diagnostic ideas. Did muffler work myself and still back fired. Replaced numerous things pertaining too the issue. Had had enough and they where able to get me in. Called me with the issues they found and set a reasonable price to get her back to driving shape for my wife, new baby and 3 other kids. THANK YOU MARKS AUTO. Definitely the place to go. Great people

One thing that had been consistent when decided to open his own shop is the attention to the customer and going the extra mile to be sure that they are satisfied.Things have changed lately and all bets are off. There are new centers of life with COVID but I can tell you that Marks Auto and his unmatched mechanics, service writers and all the others that make this well oiled machine roll thru and make sure you are taken care of. Comment: I couldnt get any tire vendor in the Ann Arbor area to assist me with a nail in a front tire -- the wait was four business days, not including over the weekend (labor shortage in a major college town, hmmm...). I was on a business trip, traveling throughout southeastern Michigan, and this wasnt at all feasible. The local Dexter library recommended Marks. I explained my situation to the sales manager and was taken care of immediately. Bottom line: they get the customer experience. Highly recommended!

I wouldnt look any further if youre in search of an honest shop whos conveniently located and will have you back on the road quickly. Places like this are rare and a good find. Comment: Very, Very, Happy Customer!! I received a quote from LaFontaine in Saline (AVOID) for air repair $1,100. The notes on the quote stated clutch needed to be rewired, entire system replaced...etc John (one of Marks mechanics) took a look at it and said the wiring to the clutch was fairly simple and it just needed a recharge...cost $260. He said I had a leak in my radiator which I confirmed b/c I had been losing fluent. They quoted me a radiator that will work but I wanted OEM Mopar part. They accommodated me by allowing me to provide the part and just charged me labor plus anti-freeze. WOW! BTW- Keesha, the service manager, is the absolute best and the reason I will be coming back in the future. Do not bring your vehicles to the dealership since they are in the business, for the most part, in making huge profits and in most cases will do/say anything such as in my case to rip you off.

Comment: When the heater/air conditioner fan on my wifes 2010 Honda Fit would only work when the switch was at 4, I took it to Marks. It now works perfectly, and the price was very reasonable.So I took my 2010 Honda Civic there and asked them to replace the spark plugs and serpentine belt (recommended maintenance at 100,000 miles). The results are fantastic.Engine is much quieter and has more power.Bottom line, good service, excellent results, reasonable prices. Highly recommend Marks.
