Comment: I have been taking my cars to March Tire for close to 15 years. They always charge a fair price and do a good job. Once I had my breaks and rotors done with aftermarket parts and months later they warped. Don and Blake told me to bring my car back in and they replaced them with OEM parts at no charge.

Comment: We use this repair shop for our company vehicles so I went to get an oil change. While there it was discovered my rear brakes needed replacing. However there was zero pressure to do so. Because my vehicle is creeping up on 100,000 miles I decided to get them taken care of. Found out the oil change is much cheaper than the dealership I was going to and when I checked out they applied a coupon worth $50. After I got in my car the oil settings were not set right so went back in. The owner immediately got the service tech to fix it. While there other customers popped in and weren’t refused service. I see why this place has high ratings. Highly recommend and will be back for future oil changes as well as any other work that may be needed.

They mounted, balanced, and performed the alignment on my truck. Initially it wandered some due to the tall duratrac tread, no questions asked they put it back on the rack to confirm everything was set correctly. Since then Ive had them swap tires around on rims with no issues. Always easy to work with and fast!

Comment: I was looking for a tire stem for a mini spare tire for a Jeep compass. I found a tire at a used tire shop in Westland. The compass doesnt come with a spare only an air compressor. A spare tire kit cost between $275.- $360, which I was willing to pay, but no one could get me one. After I got the used tire I couldnt find a tire place to get me a special stem for it. Then I went to March tire and found me a stem from a motorcycle tire. Cost only $ 15.00. Comment: This is the best auto shop I’ve found. Not only in the Plymouth area but even in comparison to Ferndale, Royal Oak, Sterling heights and other areas. I had to get a ton of work done from my end links to the axle shaft, tie rods, breaks, rotors, fuel pressure sensor and more and they did all the work and returned it to me same day. The alignment did end up being a tad off when I left that day but I brought it back the next morning and they were happy to re-service the car and get it back to 100% plus they were kind enough to give me a free oil change because of the inconvenience. To say that they made up for the oversight on the alignment is an understatement. Don is who I always deal with and he is friendly knowledgeable and fair. I really wouldn’t bring my vehicles to any facility other than this one. All my experiences there have been fantastic, I should’ve highly rated them sooner. 5 stars and Thanks Don!

On our way out we smashed into a huge Raccoon on Route 80 not 25 minutes from our hotel. We were looking for places close by because our car was leaking alot of coolant. We found them and boy am I glad we did! They had they had n availability to get our car in first thing in the morning where we found that that giant Raccoon had cracked our radiator and took out our air conditioning pump. March Tire and Auto center was able to get our car in and fixed that same day. We were over 400 miles from home, 6.5 hours from anyone we knew. This repair station was the best! It was 4:30pm when we called for a tow truck and started googling and calling every place we could find to try and find someone to help us that day since we were a ways from home. No one could/would help. Everyone said they couldnt get to it until atleast the next day, which left us stranded. That wasnt an option. When i called this goodyear location the manager didnt hesitate. He said to bring it to them. We got there at about 5:30 and they closed at 7. When we arrived we were able to go directly into a bay, and before i had time to pay the tow truck driver, theu guys not only could tell us what was wrong, but had the replacement part out there ready to install. In addition to that, we thought for sure the brakes needed work, and they could have easily lied and confirmed what we believed to be true to make a couple more bucks, but they didnt. They told us the brakes were great and explained how this happened. They were honest, kind and hard working. They were exceptional. I read a review about them being derogatory towards women and i cant imagine the review is about the same place! Ive never been to a shop where the people were so kind! They could have made us wait like everyone else, and when we thanked them they said they werent in the business of leaving people standed on the street and if there was a way to help they absolutely would, and they did. I will always be grateful and remember this location should i ever need work done in the area again (Im hoping i dont lol, but atleast i know of the best option if i do!)!!!!

Tyler did a simple tire repair for me, did it fast, and didnt try to convince me I needed anything more. Now when I need a set of tires, I know who I can trust. Well done, Tyler.

Comment: First of all, I did some research on tires prior to going in. I have been around and worked on cars for over 30 years. Knowing regional prices and the characteristics of tires prepared me for what I wanted to pay and what the tires were going to be priced at. I went in prepared to make a purchase, but not willing to make an impulse or dire necessity purchase. I continued to shop around, but I returned to have my tires placed here. Though the price for the set of tires I selected was about $20 cheaper at Discount Tire, I went here anyway. One may ask, why? The truth is it came down to the customer service. Don, the manager treated me squarely. I know he is trying to run a business and I can respect his approach. I wanted a competitive deal on tires, without the crap. I got it.I replaced my brakes and rotors on my car the week before and noticed my shocks were going to need replacing. When the mechanic suggested a new set and told me the price, I wasnt surprised. The price appealed to me as fair. I could have gone out and purchased the same shocks and installed them myself for a small savings, but the time and aggravation would have been in excess of what I had to pay.This isnt a burger at a fast food restaurant, so expect service to take time. Ask for a fair estimate of time for service, and you will get it.In summary, I am very satisfied and most certainly would recommend service here.

Comment: The city of Plymouth has a number of auto servicing facilities, and my opinion of March Tire is based upon life-long residency and use of all the options. They are by far the most honest and competent in our area. As a business owner and a father we turn to March Tire on many occasions to keep our vehicles safe and running well. I have observed many other customers consistantly leave with a smile, and come back again and again. We always use them for our oil-changes and appreciate their Master Mechanics looking over what needs attention.....ive had horrendous results at a quick-change facility staffed by inexperienced people.March Tire has hit the mark for me on almost every occasion, and the few times that I have had an issue they have resolved it on the spot and we leave with a handshake and a smile. Glad these good people are here in Plymouth.
