Comment: There was some damage to my vehicle due to the winter storm. The splash guards under the car had been torn off because of the snow/ice build up on the roads. Lori and Katelyn were more than happy to assist. They fixed my issue in only a couple of hours, they were more than accommodating and the cost was definitely reasonable. Recommend if you have any vehicle issues!

Thats is why they have been around for over 70 years. As a owner/operator of a family business myself, I understand that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance. Marcels provided me a safe and reliable loaner while the repairs were being made to my Jeep. When there was a shipment delay for required parts (driver-side headlight!) I received a call to inform me of the updated timeline for repairs. They even worked with my insurance so I wasnt shocked with a huge bill! The Jeep is running like new and looks new, too.

Every time I have a problem they take care of me in a very timely manner and make sure that I have no more issues. Theyve even taken me in when theyre so busy just to make sure I have no issues. Theyve done everything to my cars from complete repair due to a car accident to minor things like headlights. Over the last 10 years theyve taken care of three of my cars and Ill always make sure I stay here. I also have to edit my review to include some more information. I was able to refer one of my close friends to their shop and again absolutely amazing service. These guys will work with you instead of making you feel pressured. I needed my bumper replaced and side fender fixed and painted and they took care of it and they did a fantastic job and it was done in a reasonable time! More recently, Ive brought my vehicle to them just a couple of months ago for significant repairs and body work and once again, the customer service was beyond expectation. Comment: I arranged to drop off my car to be repaired and painted. We also arranged the date for my car to be picked up. Everything went exactly as planned and they called to confirm the pick up. When I picked up the car, the rims looked like they had been polished, the tires had been Armour Alld and the interior cleaned. My 7 year old car looked like new. The staff I came in contact with, Michelle, Matt, Wade and Mark were all both polite and professional. Marcels service exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend them for any service you need for your vehicles.

Comment: I went there very nervous because someone scraped the side of my new Chevy Trax with a shopping cart in the parking lot at Walmart. When I came out and saw it my heart sank. I went to Marcels to get an estimate on what it would cost to fix the damage. Know I couldn’t afford much being on Disabilty. An employee came out to check the damage and told me we can fix this- no problem. I was so happy. In 5 minutes they had removed the scratch using something they had in the shop. You would never notice there was ever a scratch. I was so happy. Then when I asked them how much they declined taking payment. I even offered to buy them a coffee they said they were good. Comment: From the moment I came in for a quote, I was greeted with respect and given immediate attention. The office staff were very kind, friendly and personable...( and quite funny). They immediately had an appraiser come out who looked at my car and explained different options for repair. Matt explained thoroughly what would be done step by step.The date was set and I dropped off my car. I was given a date for completion and a follow up calls came later with updates and when my car would be ready. Upon picking up my car, Matt took the time to show me pictures of the repair process and show me the finished work. My car looked great and my immediate reaction was positive.. Upon leaving, I also noticed my car had been cleaned on the inside ( certainly a BONUS not expected☺)I would recommend Marcels Collision to anyone without hesitation. And I would return if needed ( hopefully never again or anytime soon). Comment: Came to Marcel’s after another collision place screwed up on my paint job. I wish I would of came here from the beginning. The paint job was 200% better and was done in a timely matter. Great service will definitely come here the next time I have any collision work done.

Comment: I called them in regards to an MTO safety inspection for an imported vehicle. They were very knowledgeable and even helped steer me in the right direction as it turns out I was already covered, an inspection wasnt needed. Its only needed on certain vehicle titles.I appreciate that they were forthcoming and knowledgeable on the process and subject. If I have needs in the future, Ill be contacting them!

Comment: They did an awesome job on my 2013 dodge grand caravan when i got rear ended... This is the second van i have had them work on and in both cases the vehicles were spectacular looking when finished. They pay to the details when they repair vehicles... Great job ... Comment: My vehicle and I were both treated like royalty! Every step was explained to me. They showed me pictures of damage that was not visible, before and after as well as work in progress. The final result was a vehicle back to showroom condition along with a certificate to guarantee their work. Marcels is a reputable, independent business that supports our community and that is also important to me.

Comment: 5 stars in mechanic honesty: my aunts van got a flat tire, we pulled over to a well known Canadian Tire and was told the tire is totalled need to buy a replacement tire. We didnt let them touch it. We moved to Marcels Collision and tire got fixed for just a few dollars. Way to go Marcels Collision!

Comment: I found Marcel’s Collision staff courteous and efficient. They did a good job and I was very pleased with the end resultsWhen I called around between auto body repair shops, Marcel’s had the quicker turn around. I spoke with the Owner and notified him about my situation and what I was looking for and what I needed, and he was happy to accommodateI did read the other reviews, the one regarding money being stolen from his vehicle. When I brought my car to Marcel’s I made sure everything was taken out and cleaned before dropping it off at their garage. Usually I normally would do that before dropping my vehicle somewhere overnight. I know you shouldn’t have too… But it’s a custom I grew used tooThey called me a week later to follow up, I did notify them about something and they were quick and willing to take my car in for examinationJason the (I want to say supervisor) came out and personally verified with me that everything was ok, and if I had any issues to let him know.
