Comment: As someone who’s driven mostly used cars for the last 30 years, the monthly car payment savings don’t matter if you can’t also keep it running. Along with those 30 years of used cars, I’ve also been to a LOT of mechanics. But I don’t think I’ll be searching for a new one in Toledo anymore.Par and the crew at Majestic Auto have made the roller coasters of owning used cars pretty painless for me for 2 years now and for that I am truly grateful. Easy drop off, fast turnaround, and fair prices. I need my car every single day for myriad reasons and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Comment: I live close to this place, so whenever I have car issues I bring my car here so that I can walk back to my apartment. So far, Ive had zero issues with them! I dont know much about cars, so whenever I get a diagnostic, I still call a few other places with the diagnostic Majestic has given me and ask them the general cost. It is always within the appropriate range. Cars are pricey to begin with, so I always assume its going to be a pretty penny when I have to fix it. Ive asked before which fixes are vital (and dangerous if I dont get them fixed) and which ones can be bypassed for now (so that I can actually budget in fixes) and they have always let me know that, too, so that I can actually manage my finances with big car issues.I will say that in an emergency, you may need to be aware of the timing constraints. Depending on how busy they are, it may take you a few days to get your car back. Theyre a popular place, so the last time I took my car in, it took me two days to get it back. This isnt an issue for me because Im within walking distance of my work, but just keep in mind that if you bring your car here and need to commute to work, you may want to ask them what the time range for getting your car back is before you drop it off - that way you can make accommodations as needed.

I have always worked on my own vehicles in the past, so its hard to trust someone to perform the same work with the same attention to detail - as if it was their own vehicle. Words are just words, but I want to say that I was very pleased with the work and the cost. This shop will not give you fluff. They are straightforward and to the point. If you want someone to hug you and wipe tears, go to a con-man shop. Comment: My band, Venus de Mars & All The Pretty Horses overnighted in Toledo OH while on tour... as we were heading back onto the turnpike, one of our rear breaks basically exploded. We got a tow from AAA (which is always a good thing to have while working in Rock and Roll,) which eventually landed us at Majestic, the only place after calling about every repair shop in town, who would take a look that same day... which they did, just hours before they closed for the weekend, diagnosed the issue, and totally got everything fixed, with just enough time for us to get back on the road. Which saved us from having to cancel 3 of our gigs in Pittsburg, (Which is where I am writing this today, the morning after our touring adventure) I cannot thank them enough! Professional, Honest, and even with the time-crunch, and no promises, because, you know, who knows what they were going to find LOL, they kept on track and got us back up and on our way. With wonderful new breaks I might add.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️Love them!!-Venus

The distributer of the wheels sent me the wrong ones and Majestic was the only place in town with them in stock. Unfortunately he only had 19 lugs and i needed 20. i was then amazed by the level of service i received. The person working the counter then called 3 of his distributers to find me what i needed. This level of service is almost unseen in this day and age. I will for sure be back next time i need anything for my vehicle. Thank you so much for your help !!!!

Any car I have owned since then they have been the only ones I have let do the work. Its hard to find a good, honest, mechanics. They are it. Even if you have the part they can do the work. I had them work on my mothers car and if my girlfriend car needs any work thats were I take it. If they cant fix it get rid of it.

Comment: I love these guys! I’ve been here 4 times, (new AC, new shocks/struts/breaks, new gas tank, +) cause I’m hard in love with my 13yr old 150k mile car. And they get it! These aren’t easy fixes either. My baby was designed by some maintenance sadist. You will get recommended the right repairs, honestly, and if it’s a little fix like a screen needs cleaned vs a whole part “needing replaced”, well then that’s what will get done. If I walked into other shops with the hearts for eyes for my car like I do, they’d be looking at me with dollar signs in theirs. I don’t get that shady treatment from Majestic. They care about the job and getting it done right! Customer for life! (Sorry guys, you’re stuck with me and my pain in the a** Rondo)

Comment: This place is great! Actually was looking for a place who would balance my tires, which is difficult when you have large mud tires and wheel spacers. After being turned down at a number of places a Jeep dealership themselves actually told me to check this place out. Called the shop and they told me to bring in my Jeep same day. Balanced my tires and knocked out a couple more things in just a couple hours time. Drove the Jeep home from the shop and any wobble/shaking I had on the highway was completely gone!! Comment: Repaired a chrome wheel for me that had a bend along the rim, and the repair is almost totally invisible. another place in town was going to charge 90 dollars and basically left me with impression that the rim would be cracked or discolored if they did the job. Par took the rim and warned me of the dangers for this rim but I had a positive feeling from him and told him to go ahead with the repair. He had it done the next day. good place to go for your auto needs, honest and fair priced.

Comment: I rarely (if ever) leave reviews, but Majestic earned a 5-star from me. I returned from a trip to find that my cars tire had been stabbed in my friends parking lot where I left it to carpool. It was Sunday at around 7pm, and I had it towed to majestic without knowing of any shops in the area. Im glad I did. They clearly take the security of their lots very seriously, and I felt perfectly safe leaving my car in their lot overnight. They fixed my obscure tire size the very next day (didnt even damage lugs with locks despite not having my key), and didnt try to upcharge or sell me anything additional. Honest guys, fantastic work, Id recommend them to anyone in the area. They do high-end work.

The owner and the employees of Majestic went out of their way to get a starter and install it to get us back on the road that same day. They even stayed after closing time to finish the job!
