I trust these guys hands down for anything you may need done. Our truck broke down at the airport while dropping a friend off for his flight. Our water pump was completely destroyed and they were able to get us in, get the part we needed and had us back on the road within 2 hours. Comment: I went to M and M for an engine swap on a 2010 GMC Sierra in March 2020. The problem I had was with the rear main seal, it blew out after five months. After going back and forth with the engine company, it was replaced and fixed. The shop manager Tish was very nice, honest, and truthful. On that note, I have SO MANY bad experiences with auto shops in this Detroit metro area. I’ve literally been to a handful of shops in this area where mechanics would try to take advantage of me by selling me all kinds of BS and I know a fare amount in regards to engines and vehicles. I never got the scandalous vibes from Tish or the few minutes I spoke with their mechanics. They seemed like honest people the whole time. In my case, they put up with the headache of dealing with an engine company that had a defective part. It’s truly hard these days to find good HONEST mechanics. There’s a lot of con men out there these days. So yes, I am a satisfied customer. They have quality service. Fair prices and yes I will refer their business to friends and family and advertise their business through word of mouth and yes I recommend their business and will be a returned customer. She told me to bring my car up and they would be able to work on it right away! They had everything fixed up within a couple hours. My front bumper also had some damage and never closed right, however the mechanic closed my hood up and took the time to put the bumper back in correctly so it looked like I had no front end damage! Comment: My drivers side window wouldnt go back up, my son told me he takes his truck to this shop all the time and added if need be they would work with me. So I went the Next morning, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, they pulled my car back right a way. They accessed the problem and determined the main switch was out, well I explained I didnt get paid until Friday and only had so much at the time. What they did was put the window up for me just for the amount of what it took to discover the problem, I was also asked if I wanted them to disconnect the switch altogether until I could make it back to fix the problem. Well, needless to say, I chose to leave it hooked due to the other windows being connected. (Clearing throat) about a day or two later, I pushed the button!! I humbly took it back today, was fully willing to pay them what I had (mind you I still had to wait until Friday pay) got there as soon as they opened. The receptionist saw me parked outside, remembered me. She was just opening up the place, told me to give her a minute, another customer came in front of me. She finished up, asked me for my keys they immediately took the car back. In the meantime Im waiting so I can pay for their help, about 10 min or so later. She came in said it was all done!! They didnt charge me anything!? I tell you...this took away any extra stress this could have caused aside from my daughter being in the hospital and having to drive with that window down in the cold, going to work, taking my son to school and parking! May I add the mechanic who put my window back up came in the lobby and told me to have a great day, they also pulled my car up for me with the heat on. You all are and were more than a great help, you were a God send! keep on dealing with your customers with dignity and respect and how you would want to be treated. And God will continue to honor that and your business will continue to be blessed and grow! I was talking to my grandpa and he told me to take it to this little shop called M & M, I was skeptical, but trusted my grandpa so the next break down I went. My car was checked at the dealer, and they had told me everything I need and they gave me huge bill. I walked in and told them what mt car was doing to see if they were as honest as my grandpa said. I didnt tell them I had it at the dealer. They put my car in, got some figures together and a list of what should do now and what I can wait on. They showed me the problems and how they will fix. I was shocked. They were so honest. The price was way less than the dealer tried to charge me. I have been coming back ever since. They honor their warranties without trying to blame you, they take care of their customers like family. I send my kids there now to get their cars fixed. You dont have to wait days to get your car back either. They are priced fair and they know what they are talking about.The best part of M & M is the fact that you can go back there and see that same faces through the years, the same people I started with are still there. You dont find that anywhere. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND M & M. They are good people.

Comment: Ive been coming to this shop for years. Mason is awesome & can fix ANYTHING!!! Women tend to get overcharged because few of us know anything about cars. Tish is as well versed as the mechanics who work there. My mother & daughter have also used them over the years. Im confident the job will be done right and they stand by what they do. I would HIGHLY recommend them over any other shop or dealership. Keep up the GREAT work guys!!!!

Comment: They are very awesome, loyal and trustworthy people. They keep their word, and do EXCELLENT work. I bought a 2008 grand Prix. When I test drove it, it was only two things I had a problem with. I told them and I said once those little things are foxed give me a call. I couldnt get the car off my mind, so I called about an hour or two later and asked when did they think it would be ready for another test drive. Tish who is so darling, said they were working on it as we spoke. I went back, they fixed the things i complained about. I bought it. Mason told me, any problems, you bring it to me. And he has been doing just that. I love them and highly recommend them. They are awesome sauce 😁😊

Comment: This place is a bit pricey but it gets done right and fast! I trust them with every thing I bring them. I recommend you get your service threw them. every mechanic they have on staff knows and can rip out an engine and rebuild it and put it back in one day.
