Comment: This place gives you honest answers to complicated and regular maintenance. The shop manager Mark is top notch and a straight shooter. Give them a call you wint regret this. Great place as a woman who has difficulties in doing these things and worried about being ripped off to go. This place will tell you upfront what is needed and would never take advantage. Give it a shot, you wont regret it. If youre lucky youll stop in when one or both of the shop dogs are there. An added bonus to a stressful situation. The Golden Retriever is so cute!

Comment: Quality work!My truck went in with some major engine issues and they found another problem. Since it was pretty significant they asked me to come down to the shop and talk with the tech and actually see what was going on. I appreciated the extra time they took to explain everything that was wrong and what they wanted to fix. There were also a lot of older parts they suggested replacing since I had so many miles and they already had them out so there was no extra labor charge. I got my truck back working in great shape! Ive taken several vehicles here over the years and really trust these guys to give me honest and fair work and prices.

Comment: A few months back we had Lindens complete auto repair replace the resonator and change oil in a Chevy Equinox. It went so well we came back for tires, another oil service and alignment. Mechanics provided over and above service that us greatly appreciated. The service manager was cordial and honest. Everything went just as Mark stated.Both visits were over and above.Good service, qualty workmanship and very competitive prices without the gimmicks.

Comment: Took my car in for suspension clunk. Shop found no safety issues and couldnt reproduce, which the issue is very hard to notice now that it is warmer. But they didnt take advantage of the situation and start throwing parts at it to make money. They were honest and didnt even charge a diagnostic fee (I did get oil change and tire rotation).

Comment: Ive never had to deal with auto repair situations as Ive always leased but had a major concern with the car we now owned. I was terrified of horror stories that I had heard of about getting ripped off or dealing with people who belittled you if you dont know anything about vehicles. I had to find the closest place to me with the situation I had and that happened to be here...and Im SO glad it was! They couldnt have been nicer. Really, Mark- You need to teach courses on customer service because you made the whole experience so much less stressful just with your kind demeanor. Comment: My Chevy Cruz was having a lot of internal engine noise. I took it to muffler man in Linden and they just told us to take it to a dealership. They didnt give us a diagnoses, just that the engine was bad. I tried calling the dealership, they couldnt get us in until the following week. I thought of complete auto care so my husband called themhe explained what was going on, they said to bring it in. This was late Thursday, so we dropped it off before they closed. On Friday, Mark called, explained what the problems were and gave me a very good price. By Friday afternoon it was fixed and we picked it up that night (tonight). They did a great job, they were clear, they were timely and they took my car when no one else would. I will now and forever, be a Complete Auto Care customer. Dont make the mistake I did and go elsewhere first, youll still end up at Complete.

Comment: I had somewhat of an urgent matter happen with my vehicle on a late Friday evening. On Saturday, I was needing to get my car into a repair shop. I called and spoke to James who very enthusiastically told me that he could help and to bring it on in. He was just as friendly and helpful in person, very knowledgeable and eager to help. He provided me with a loaner car as it wasnt expected that my car would be available for a couple of days. When I explained that I wasnt going to be in the area for an extended period of time, he was gracious enough to agree to keep my car and me keep the loaner car for longer than expected. It worked out that my car was ready Monday afternoon and to the tune of the estimate he initially provided to me! He and Mark kept in touch with me so there was no guess work on what was wrong or when it would be fixed. The service provided was exceptional on all levels! Hopefully, I wont need them in the future but if I do, they will be the first place I call!

Comment: Have taken both our cars here. Love the friendly people and that they do not try to upsell you on things that you dont need. My most recent visit was for my wifes car, had a couple issues one being the blower for the heat/ac wasnt working. Was quoted a price for that and other things we needed done on her vehicle. Get a call saying the car was finished and was cheaper by almost 60 bucks because they ordered the wrong part. I feel like other places may have just charged me the same price even though it was cheaper. Anyway theyve earned my business for as long as theyre there.

Comment: **UPDATE 6/25/18**Lindens Complete Auto contacted us and has made it right. Changing my review to a 4 star. The owner, Mike, explained his situation and has earned our continued loyalty.Im very disappointed and sad to have to leave this review. My family has been doing regular business with Lindens Complete Auto Repair for over 15 years. I have tried to contact the owner for over a month. Mike hasnt returned my calls or replied to the Better Business Bureau. On May 2, 2018 for a routine oil change and tire rotation Mark had one of his technicians try unsuccessfully, for 4 hours, to get my lugnut lock off without the key because they said the key was stripped. This damaged my rim beyond repair as the dealership had to heat it to extreme temperatures to remove the lock making it unsafe to drive. If Mark would have simply admitted they made a mistake by stripping the lock and couldnt rotate the tires it wouldnt have cost me $1659 for a new rim and locks. Lindens Complete Auto has lost my business. Not only was this poor management with the decision to damage my rim but the lack of response from the company is simply unprofessional.

Belle tire had told me my brakes were needing replaced. Paul at linden auto couldve ripped me off and replaced them, but he advised me that I had plenty of life on them and why replace now. Comment: I have been taking my cars to Lindens Complete Auto Repair for more than 10 years and have not ever had a complaint! The service has been great, they are professional, very friendly, and go out of their way to work with your schedule and get you where you need to be. Furthermore...as a woman with very limited knowledge of the inner workings of cars, they have earned my trust and I would take my car no where else, unless they recommended it!
