I was expecting to get in line behind everybody rushing to get snow tires on. We can do it today they said. Then they discovered a bad tie-rod and proceeded to fix it before they sent me on my way. I have used Leo and Ed’s often and recommend them without reservation.

I wasnt able to change it on my own so I called up this shop and they saw me right away and changed my tire to my spare to for hardly any cost. You know that a major chain would never have done that. i got in and out in 15 mins flat and made it to work! such a great neighborhood shop.

I’ve had my car serviced at many different European specialty shops but the guys here are what you expect from a great local shop. Incredibly kind, helpful and very fairly priced. I’d highly recommend having any of your automotive work done through them. It’s hard to find an honorable auto shop nowadays but these guys are the real deal.

I called Leo & Eds because I had heard good things about them and theyre in my neighborhood. Although I was not a customer of theirs, Rick told me to bring the car in right away and hed get it repaired for me. It was misfiring and he called a couple of times to give me an update and suggested repairs. He was honest in suggesting repairs that needed immediate attention and some that could wait.Fast, friendly and honest service!I suggest you give them a try next time you need a repair.

Comment: The Integrity! Brought my trax in for issues stalling and hesitating. Took them a bit to diagnose the problem because my car has a lot of codes coming back from an accident but they narrowed it down to a few issues. I only had them replace a valve cover gasket because that is all I could afford at the time. A couple days later the trax was having serious misfiring problems. I called them up and he explained to me how it was almost certainly my damaged ignition coil. They offered to replace the part free of labor since they had it off before. Thats unheard of nowadays. Thank you leo and Eds for helping me out in a tight situation!! Will definitely be back later this year for more repairs!

I was recommended by the Valvoline on the corner to come to Leo and Ed’s for the issue I was having with my car. I popped by the shop and was taken care of immediately and had insight on what was wrong with my vehicle only a few hours later. I trusted what Rick had to say and felt he had my best interest in mind and it was obvious he was very knowledgeable. I dropped my car off on Monday and got it back Wednesday parts replace and 4 new tires later and it didn’t even break the bank. I even got a message a few days later from the shop making sure I was satisfied with how my car was driving now. I’m so grateful for the service they provided and I now have a trusted place to bring my car next time I need some work done. Thanks Leo and Ed’s!

Trust is biggest factor when choosing a mechanic and I absolutely, 100% trust this shop. Comment: I brought my car to a different shop on 28th st. and was given a quote that seemed quite high to replace a water pump and flush the coolant system. I called Leo and Eds to get a quote and the guy I spoke with used the VIN from my registration to look up my car and gave me a quote that was over $100 lower. (Most shops I called for an estimate refused to give me one over the phone) He then suggested that I tell the shop that my car was currently at, the estimated price from Leo and Eds to see if they would price match so I wouldnt have the inconvenience of moving my car, even though hed love the business. I took his advice and had the work done at the shop my car was at. The shop that did the work did lower the price, but was still around $30 higher than the price quoted by Leo and Eds. I was so impressed with the generosity and honesty of the guy helping me at Leo and Eds that I plan to use them for future services!

I walked in, they quickly diagnosed my problem, told me I didnt need the more expensive fix I thought I needed, made the fix happen for a very good price, and had me on my way in no time. I also wanted some work done that they dont do, and they have very helpful information about who does that work and what to expect when dealing with that company.
