He has worked on my daughters car on two occasions, and we are very happy with the results. Last week, I took her car to the garage so that Paul could replace the windshield wiper nozzles. Since I tracked down the parts and paid for them myself, Paul did not even charge me for any labor. He said it was a simple fix. Thats just the type of guy he is. I just took my car in and they inspected the suspension, brakes, and found a leaking radiator that another shop (after paying them for an inspection) just flat out missed. They refused to take my money for the inspection after I asked them twice. I trust these guys.

I typically get same day/next day service and they are always very practical when it comes to pricing.Today I ran into an issue while attempting a repair on my own. I contacted Lentz (as usual), and Paul was able to fit me into their already busy schedule today and get it taken care of for me quickly.In my own experience, all the guys at Lentz have always gone above and beyond in order to keep their customers happy. I have had both major and minor vehicle repairs done here and I keep coming back.On a side note as a woman, dealing with car repair places is often intimidating and overwhelming. Comment: Had a belt break while driving down the interstate. Staff was extremely helpful, went out of their way to come jump my car so I wouldnt have to pay for a tow truck! It was late when I got there, and they even stayed late to replace the belt since I was just driving through. Absolutely fantastic service!!

Comment: I went to Lentz to get a second opinion and quote for my car repairs. They did a free inspection and the quote was cheaper than the other place. The staff was helpful and accommodating, through slightly disorganized. I would take my car there in the future.

Comment: I talked to Dan, the Manager Monday morning and he fixed the alignment. I was very pleased with the customer service and how they fixed my vehicle. Thank you so much.Customet serbice was good but i paid 86$ for a 4 wheel alignment and the alignment is worse than what it was when i dropped it off. I was being trusting and paid before checking the work. They closed and i was not able to see if they would re examine their work. Plussomehow they managed to completely knock out my fm signal, so now i cant pick up any stations, please tell me how that is possible with an alignment. I will be calling first thing Monday morning and hope they make it right. Ill let you know..
