Comment: Lasalle Auto is a step above the rest for sure. I recently had a major engine failure on my RAM 1500 5.7 Hemi due to coolant and oil cross contaminating because of a blown head gasket. Since Lasalle Auto was recommended by our extended warranty service provider, I decided to go with Rick and his Team to evaluate it and advise the repair. I was hoping it was just the head gasket but after TJ did the initial scope, the CAM had signs of scoring.I did not want to risk a quick fix, Rick helped me wade through the options and after much pondering a rebuilt long block was the best option.During the evaluation, photos and videos were sent to me so I could remotely review and see exactly what the issues were. They even stuck a camera down through the push rod journals so I could see the CAM scoring. This saved both parties time when it came to making decisions.Since this was my first repair with Lasalle Auto, I was fully trusting them to do it right. A motor RE & RE plus rebuild is a major job. The rebuilt long block was completed by a 3rd party and shipped to Lasalle Auto; all the parts from existing engine needed to be exchanged. In the end the truck runs great. I Just returned from the motor Break In check up. So far no issues. Rebuilt Motor and installation has 4yr unlimited km warranty.I have recommended Lasalle Auto to my family and friends and will definitely return to have Rick and his team service my other vehicles. I tried posting photos of the process but my pics keep giving errors. It was nice to see the process via pics and video as the technician/s did the work.Very Professional.Thanks, job well done.Chris B.

If you have not had the chance to do buisiness with them as of yet, make an appointment for your next auto work.I am going to sell my 2002 Dodge Dakota Club Cab SXT and I asked if they could do a safety inspection for me so that I could honestly tell any new buyer what he is truly getting.They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone for any type of auto service.Their building is spic and span as well as the work shop and I received the vehicle back without grease and grime as with some other shops Ive experienced the odd time in the past.Update : December 2019.I have now became a new long term customer of LaSalle Auto Centre for our 2013 Toyota Rav 4. Last month I took it in for oil change, lubes and I am proud to say that I was treated extremely well and my vehicle was given back as clean as I handed it in. They have a very clean and comfortable waiting room where you can see your car being worked on. I look forward to dealing with them again and again. They are trust worthy young men and I highly recommend them for you to trust your vehicle in their very capable hands.Update: Oct.31st/2023I took our 2023 Toyota Rav4 in for routine oil change and service. It was time to check brakes and alignment and fluids. The alignment was a bit off and they put it back on speck and they replaced the front brake pads and totally serviced the front and back brakes and also flushed the old brake fluid and totally replaced with new fluid. As usual, they did a great job. They take great pride in their customer service and satisfaction.

As soon as you walk in the lack of professionalism and respect reduces that uncertainty considerably. I own a Jeep TJ and have been calling various salvage yards over the last three weeks inquiring about a very specific part. In comparison to any yard I spoke with, Dave was very extremely pleasant. He took the time to say my name and was not in a hurry to get off the phone like most other places I called. It was very refreshing to speak with someone who took the time out of his day to see if they have what I needed. Majority of other places I have spoke to have been incredibly rude and have zero customer service skills. Way to go Lasalle Auto! I would gladly drive 2 hours from Windsor JUST to give your company my business. Keep up the good work :)

Comment: Exceptional Service during holiday period. We had family visiting for New Years, and their 2008 vehicle required serious attention. On Dec 30th I took the vehicle in, without a reservation. Corey and the team then did a comprehensive inspection, discussed the various repair options with us, and took on some major repair work with limited holiday working hours, getting the van ready (and washed!) for pickup on the morning of Jan 2nd.Outstanding service, and the van drives like a 2015 model now! Comment: Went in for a simple tire balance and rotation to eliminate some steering wheel shake at speed. They got me in quick, properly balanced my wheels and fixed the issue. My tire pressure sensors took longer than expected to reset and they followed up with me the next day to be sure everything was working properly. Great customer service.

Not only are you treated with respect and well cared for but they go over and above to work with you on every aspect of your repair. Sending you an overview report showing all repairs needed, prioritize what is necessary immediately as to what can wait a little longer, so that you are not totally overwhelmed all at once. Shuttle services offered, Just couldnt ask for more. A great place overall. Fast efficient curtious clean, absolutely the only place to take your vehicle from the largest service to the oil change service, the best.
