When I called I was given a day to bring in my car. Both times my car was fixed that day.I wasnt told drop it off and well fit it in sometime this week in the next few days. And yes, if youre wondering thats happened before at other shops.2. I was called with a clear and honest estimate of the charges.And yes, again if youre wondering how I know it was an honest and fair price I did my homework and had other estimates first.This is my new go-to shop. Comment: I live an hour from here and my water pump went out on my Sonic. I called seven different places and nobody could get me in for a week, or later. I was referred to Lakeside by another garage, Hanks Auto. Lakeside was very understanding of my situation and said to bring my car in, which I had towed there. After looking at it, they said they couldnt get the part until the next day. This meant me staying at the hospital all night. I received a called around 4 pm telling me they got the hard to find part in, installed it and even changed my oil. Great service, communication and a very fair price for the rush job they did to get me back with my family that night. Thank you!!!!!

They wanted to charge me over $300 and 2.5hrs for a simple install. Lakeside did the same job for less than half the price of Mr.Muffler and did it in 30mins. Would always recommend taking your vehicle to Lakeside.

They dont look for ways to charge you more and in fact, on a couple of occasions have fixed issues with a n in expensive or free solution. All the work I have had them do over the last six years has been expertly done and never has required any follow up.Yet another great experience with Lakeside Auto. I found out I need a radiator from the dealership when I had it in for a recall. They couldnt do it for another day or so while they ordered the part. Lakeside took the car in at noon and had it back to me before the end of the day. And charged my quite a bit less than what the dealer wanted for the same job. In all my years I have never known a better auto repair place than Lakeside. The whole team are class acts and make getting an auto repair less painful than anywhere else.

Comment: Incredible service. Went in knowing exactly what was wrong with my truck already (transfer case needed replacing), dropped it off in the morning and had it back the same day. I was never told anything else was wrong with it, which is a far cry from literally every other shop anywhere on earth. Its been a few weeks now without issue. I was given my keys back with the understanding that if anything went wrong they absolutely 100% stand behind their work, but it seems as though they aim to do it right the first time. Couldnt ask for a better experience, the guys there were more than accomodating and have definitely earned a customer.Tl;dr: honesty, integrity and top notch service seem to be core values of this company. 10/10 would recommend.

We completely trust Terry and Jay with all of our cars. They diagnose the problem and explain exactly what needs to be done, including the how and why of it!. Just this week- they serviced our 2007 Pontiac Vibe that turned over 109,000 miles and it is running Great! Terry and Jay said they will keep it going for another 100,000 miles and I believe them and will give them the chance to try!!. Lakeside Auto Care stands behind their work and are always very professional and courteous. We recommend them to everyone else who is smart enough to listen.

It was a nice change of pace from being so mistreated by Mike from Tuffy. They go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. They walked me through my first car purchase with patience and professionalism. They stand behind their cars and only sell what they would sell to a family member. I have been back for tires...that were less expensive than at COSTCO or BELLE TIRE. They did them while I waited and have been thrilled with their service. I even had an issue with my hood that any other dealership or auto repair would have charged for but they fixed it for free.I cant say enough about Lakeside Auto Care, professional, incredible customer service, honest pricing and treated me like family!

We do not do any repairs unless authorized to do so.You can expect that with a vehicle with 245,000 miles on it.And the repair was 250.00 not 300.00Thank You
