Comment: I found uneven wear on my front left tire and L&T found the strut was bad on my 2018 Lexus RX350. They were able to repair and do an alignment for me the next day because they went and got the parts necessary for the repair. John was great at communicating about the status of the repair. I saved $100s compared to the dealer estimate. Very happy with the results. I will definitely use L&T again.

They took the time, effort and care to order several replacement parts, keep me updated on the progress, and finishing the job with everything working. I subsequently drove the SUV back to Chicago where my primary residence is without a hitch, car rode great with zero problems with all the previous warning lights and issues. Bill was less than the quote as well, and the price paid for all the parts were very reasonable and not marked up offensively as I checked online. I called L&T to see if they could help me loosen the bolt and they happily slotted me in the next day. They were very professional, quickly taking my car in and loosening the problem-ed drain plug bolt. They did this all in half the time it took me to get to the same step at home. I asked how much I owed them and they said dont worry about it, and sent me on my way!I will happily recommend L&T to my friends and family!

Comment: I was driving home from a road trip and my car broke down near Three Rivers Michigan. I got it towed to the nearest auto body shop which was L&T auto repair. I was nervous because I am not from the area and did not know how quality of service would be.... When I say the BEST auto service I have ever had. I mean the best auto service I have ever had. Better then my hometown. Tim was extremely helpful throughout my whole car repair process and kept me updated with phone calls as he fixed my car. From experience I can tell L&T repair shop actually cares about their clients and does NOT try to screw them over. You can just tell they do it different. We need more repair shops like them. Thank you guys again for being so nice and helpful throughout the whole process. It took a lot of stress off my shoulders. If you are near Three Rivers, Michigan... get your car here and they will take care of you.

When I call them they work to get me in right away and always treat me with such kindness and respect. They have now made a few repairs for me and have checked my car over twice when I had concerns. Tim went out of his way to find me a door to repair a cosmetic issue at a reasonable price. They are always honest about what I need an dont need. They could have just fixed it and charged me but instead they are upfront with me. I trust these guys and always feel like they go above and beyond for me. Highly recommend them!!!

We had a teenagers car breakdown far from home and L&T quickly diagnosed the issue and put in a great effort to locate out-of-inventory parts for an old car. They are diligent, honest and forthright and have even allowed the car to sit for an extended period of time since this all happened while we (parents) were out of town on vacation and unable to move quickly. Not only did they over-charge me but the work was not completed properly and diagnostics were incorrect. I barely made it back to Michigan and was terrified the entire drive.I then brought my car into L&T. Night and day difference! Not only did they correct things, they were able to PROPERLY diagnose the issues. One issue was going to be quite costly, if repaired in a certain manner. I was given three options for that issue and was not pushed in any direction.I appreciate being spoken to like an adult and treated with respect. My car drives flawlessly now and should I ever need anything in the future, I will be returning here!

Comment: My car was making a noise. I called around several shops trying to get a diagnose and an estimate for the repair. I was turned a way everywhere. Walked at L&T and they immediately pull my car in, even though they were busy. They said that they wanted to make sure the car was safe to drive. He checked the car, diagnosed and fix the problem free of charge. What a great experience. Thank you L&T God bless

Comment: These guys helped me with a broken skid plate - jerry rigged it so that I could get back to Chicago - and didnt charge me! Im SO grateful! They were friendly, personable and gracious. And like another person wrote, have a very nice, clean waiting area. I was visiting my parents on Clear Lake in Three Rivers, whose neighbor recommended this shop. If you need an auto repair shop, this is your place.

Comment: Fast and professional work. L&T communicated with my warranty company to get everything taken care of. They got me in on last minutes notice without a problem and did a list of repairs in no time. They did not try to sell me on repairs I didnt need and even have a courtesy car so you wont go without a vehicle while yours is there. Would recommend to anyone.

Comment: All I can say is this place is awesome.I am not from around here and I suddenly realized that my tire is loosing air quickly. Its after hours and Im franticly looking for a repair shop.I see L & T Auto Repair so I pull in and they are closed.I see someone inside and he lets me in .I tell him I need help desperately and he says not to worry ,I will help you in any way I can.Now thats great service from a shop that was closed.Thank you very much sir. He was the owner.Now I can quit panicing.
