Comment: This was the best experience I have ever had with auto repair. Everyone was very nice and communicative throughout the whole process. I took my car in thinking I had a failing alternator and when they could have just replaced the alternator like shop I took it to before K&R wanted to do, they were thorough and it ended up just being a cooling fan and a battery. I will take all of my auto repair business here in the future.

Comment: I called for my oil change..Angie was so Kind! Wonderful to talk to! They have my business!! If I would have known my extended warranty covers all places, I would have taken my Chevy Sonic here first. The mechanics are wonderful to work with and theyre on top of everything. I had my car at Dave White and they were so nasty and mean, I left seven messages for people that never called me back, so Angie set up a tow for my car to be taken over to K&R. THEY EVEN GAVE ME A LONER CAR! They are wonderful to work with, always pleasant and kind and it feels like family. I will never go back to Dave White Chevrolet ever again, this place is my cars home. If you folks ever need a mechanic a car automotive place that is warm and welcoming and great prices this is the place! Thank you GARY..ANGIE..and CHRISTY. LOVE THIS PLACE

Comment: Took the car in to replace the water pump. People were very friendly, place is clean and price is good. Decided to have an oil change at same time. When I got the bill, I thought they made a mistake on the oil change price (too low), but they said that is the price. They called me several weeks later to check and make sure I was not having any issues. How many places do that? I feel they are honest and I will take may cars back for repairs or general maintenance. Christian owned which is a plus for me.

I was greeted with a friendly personality (Kristen). Not only did she offer to have the vehicle towed, I had a diagnostic call that same day. The fuel pump was replaced the following day, and the car is running perfectly. The follow up call I just received was icing on the cake. I would highly recommend K & R to anyone needing a friendly, trustworthy business.

Comment: Excellent. Needed a fair amount of work done on my older truck, and they were quick to call and email with detailed quotes and even pictures of issues they found. Having purchased some of the same parts the day before when I thought I was going to fix the truck myself, I can honestly say that the prices charged for parts were basically identical to the local chain parts places. One of the CLEANEST shops youll ever see - I felt like I was in a chiropractors office, not a repair shop. I hope I wont need to often, but when I need repairs done, I just found my go-to shop.
