Comment: The service here was superb! We showed up with a horse trailer 10 minutes before close on Friday night with a flat tire. They said they would put the spare on. When they pulled the tire off they found that it was badly rotted. They checked the rest of the tires and said we were probably not going to make it to our destination without further trouble and they showed us how bad it was. They replaced all 4 tires with the horses still on the trailer and by this time it was past closing! Everyone had a great attitude and they had us out in less than half an hour! I will be going back the next time I need tires well worth the extra travel time to get there.

Comment: Update! Early September of 2022 Keusch’s replaced my upper and lower ball joints on both sides along with my shocks and struts. They put on struts that leveled it out instead of the normal block used to level the truck. The truck rode and handled like a 2500 HD after that. Now Mid September of 2023 and the ball joints are shot. Why would they not update to balljoints that are greasable? Manager openly admitted that he had no idea why those struts were used. I was not asking for them to cover anything but to make it right since they were partially at fault.They will not stand behind the workAs always great people to do business with

We wouldn’t have any of our vehicles repaired anywhere but Keusch’s, everyone here is friendly, honest & take the time to explain the needed repairs. Comment: The service was prompt, friendly and reasonable. The little problem was the tire inflation. I requested that they all be checked and adjusted to the correct pressure. Two showed as correct, one didn’t register and one was overinflated. So then had a new problem.

Comment: I blew 2 tires on the way to work yesterday driving on 69 and I called them first. They said they could get me in right away and take care of me. I pulled in a half hour later and the bays were full already. Didnt matter though because as soon as it was off the tow truck they jacked it up in the parking lot, popped off the old tires and got to work. An hour later I was driving away and was at work by 9am. Cant say how much I appreciate their quick response and friendly service. Would use them again!

We have found out the hard way as we took vehicles to another place in Portland and found out that they did a lot wrong, even putting engine parts in upside down, leaving bolts and nuts off, leaving open tubing, etc. Keusch fixed everything and was honest and timely also.
