I had multiple needs that needed to be addressed, and they were all met sufficiently and affordably. I had to wait a little longer than I wanted, but I think that was likely due to some things they couldn’t control. If I need something else done on my car, I will be returning here! If I could give Karfix 10 stars I would. Thanks again to the Owner Rich for all your hard work , effort and patience with my frustration and most importantly the technicians that got the job done. Comment: Can’t recommend these fellas enough! I’ve taken both of our cars to them for around a year now and don’t go to any other shop. They are SO genuine and kind. Every other car place has made me feel like a stereotypical dumb woman who doesn’t know anything about cars (granted, I really don’t 🤣) but the guys at KarFix have always walked through the issues with me in a non-condescending manner until I fully understood what’s wrong with the vehicle. I’ve never felt gypped or overcharged. Rich and Edgar are also just a delight to converse with while waiting in their sitting area. Definitely take your cars to this awesome local business. 🤍

Comment: Great shop! Got my car diagnosed and replace sparks plug/ignition coil. They helped me the same day. The whole process was about 3 hours. It was a little pricey but it was worth the fast and honest job. Karfix also let me use my own sparks plug that saved me money and offered a teacher discount which I appreciate alot. 100% recommend Karfix🙏 😊

Comment: Amazing people! I went in because my car was losing power when i pressed the accelerator and it seemed the car wouldn’t shift. I was so happy when they called me to tell me that it was not a major transmission repair. My flex pipe clogged and blew off my catalytic converter. I thought I hit a chunk of ice in the last blizzard. They are so professional! The estimate is all digital with pictures and they let you pick what you want to repair. They literally let you pick and tell you what you can get away with fixing as long as it doesn’t affect the repair or safety. They also sent my phone updates the whole time letting me know what they were working on. They did the work for $800 less than my next cheapest estimate. It is way better than a dealership that keeps you in the dark until you go to pick up the vehicle and see that it now cost more than they quoted. I will not go anywhere else for now on. I have sent two family friends there since and they were blown away. This is a long review because it is the 1st positive trip I have ever had at a mechanic in my 27 years of driving. Thank you Karfix. You should sell this business model and everyone could be happy at the mechanic!

They get me in late notice most of the time and seem happy to accommodate. They even will run me back home in lieu of waiting at the shop.

I got a call within 2 weeks that it was finished! I have been driving my truck for a month now and everything works great. Also the cost was very fair.
