Comment: Our 2012 Chrysler broke down in Muskegon but we live 3-hours from there. We called people we knew in Muskegon for a mechanic referral and called all three names we got plus the Chrysler dealer. Both Chrysler and Jordans was able to get it in for a diagnosis in 3-days vs the other peoples 7-8 days so we chose to have it towed to Jordans. They correctly diagnosed the problem as a bad shifter, which had no aftermarket options and Chrysler no longer made available, so had to be sourced from a junkyard. They fixed the problem in a timely manner all things considered, for a seemingly fair price, and were pleasant to deal with. Im pleased.

Without even looking at it they guessed what was wrong and wanted $3800 to repair it. I took it to Jordans.TJ diagnosed the problem correctly and quickly did the repairs. Saved me almost $3200 in repairs I didnt even need. Truck starts like a charm. Will definitely go back for any future repairs

Comment: My car was taking a lot of antifreeze and overheating, and I didnt dare drive it home. Thats usually either a leak in the cooling system or a head gasket that needs replacing. In a phone call, the diagnostic processes were explained well and were logical. I left it there to get fixed.A request to authorize repairs came by text along with additional recommended services. It was repaired and now works as it should.I was gone for a week after approving service and expecting to pick it up when I returned, but there was still a wait for parts. Understandable, but it would have been nice to hear about the delay from them instead of having to call first. Also some of the parts were more than double the cost at auto parts stores. Check if you are able to buy your own parts.

Very thankful they were able to find a junkyard axle to install and that I havent had any issues 3 weeks later. Id recommend them for their quality work at a reasonable cost and for the fact that they even put in a few hours free of charge trying to figure out why my speedo wouldnt calibrate. Would have preferred better communication instead of having to check in with them daily, but overall I understand they have a business to run and a lot of clientele theyre staying busy with.
