Comment: Took a month from first contact till they could get it in, find hard to acquire parts, and finish the job. There was a lot of damage to the undercarriage, exhaust, & suspension (looks are deceiving!). This is the third time I have used either the body shop or the repair shop here. Will use again. Communication was good. Work was good. Will definitely recommend!!

Jims went the extra mile to make sure the paint matched so that I didnt have to blend the paint into the hood and fenders. This would not have been done by others. I totally recommend using Jims to anyone who takes pride in their vehicle. Thanks to Gary for the huge extra effort.

They were outstanding when I first went there they told me if it’s drivable we can order the parts which take about 6 weeks and then we can do the job. The job they did was great I took my car and they told me it should be back by Friday and Friday morning I pick up my car and it looked like a brand new suv. It was detailed inside and out. I would highly recommend for your car,truck or suv repair.

Comment: I was involved in a hit and run accident. I looked up reviews and instantly knew this is where I wanted to take my vehicle. They said they were about a month booked out and it seems they started working on my jeep within a few days to a week (as soon as parts came in). Gary updated me every step of the way with what was going on, and even gave me half off of my deductible towards a rental vehicle I had to use until I got my jeep back. They only took 2 weeks and with most shops being booked out months right now, that is super quick. They even detailed the inside for me. Picking it up I couldn’t even tell it was ever in an accident. Looks brand new. Such beautiful work! Going to be using them for all of my future servicing. ❤️ Thank you guys so much!

I felt obligated to as least give them a chance to quote tires for my truck. I was pleasantly surprised how they found tires for me, within $5 of what a big box store was going to charge me and I get to keep my business local. The people in Jim’s are pleasant to deal with and they always try and go above and beyond. I see no need to make the trip into Jackson, when Jim’s is right here. I have also used Jim’s for body work and they do an excellent job at that too. It’s nice to have a place like Jim’s in Napoleon.

Comment: As an almost 50 yr old female, this is one of the most trustworthy auto/body repair shops Ive ever done business with across the United States. You wont get told you need a new engine when youve only shown up for an oil change at Jims. My first visit was to their body shop almost 20 yrs ago to patch up a Honda Civic after a deer collision. Weve since had various Toyotas, Subarus and Jeeps in varying degrees of mileage/ages in for routine service or repair over the years. My husband has had a Ford diesel powerstroke in for oil changes as well as his Chevy Duramax. This shop even gave our 2000 Peterbilt a new custom paint job a few years back. It turned out gorgeous. Its impressive that Jims is able to quickly diagnose an issue, large or small and they quote you what it will cost to fix it. The price to fix never strays from that original quote. Theres never any new issues discovered during the repair process that increases their quote because they diagnose it thoroughly to begin with. The quotes for repair always seem reasonable and Im frequently surprised that it didnt add up to more money. They have an extremely wide range of expertise and theyre a pleasure to do business with.

Comment: We have the unfortunate mis-adventure of the water pump going out in my jeep as we pulled into the campground for Faster Horses. Knowing the jeep was our way home and it being a busy weekend, I had no idea what I was going to do. I called Jims and explained the situation. They assured me if I was able to have it towed there that afternoon, they would do their best to get us on the road on Monday. At 8:30am Monday morning, I called and spoke with Ray again. She assured me once again that all would be fine and that the jeep would be road ready by the time I needed to leave the campground. They even sent someone to pick us up so we wouldnt have to hire a taxi to get to the service shop. I was able to enjoy my weekend without worry thanks to their great team.

The damaged body lines on the vehicle were restored and straight.The customer service exceeded our expectations. Gary kept us updated on the repairs during the whole claim process. I hopefully will never need body work in the future but if I do or come across someone who does I know who I will recommend and visit in the future!
