Comment: I called AAA to get a tow on Friday. After waiting 8 hours, I had to call and cancel because they never showed up and couldn’t provide any time.The next day I attempted to make an appointment for a tow for Sunday. After spending another day sitting around and no tow truck, I called AAA to get an update. After a hold, I was told I was still on another tow company’s list, but no timeframe. I asked to speak to a manager. After another hold, I was informed the tow company had denied my tow request, yet I was just told I was still on their list from the first AAA agent. I explained my situation and was placed on hold. A few minutes later, the manager informed me she had found a towing company called Jeremy’s Towing who could be to me within the hour. Sure enough, less than an hour later, Aaron showed up. He was very courteous and prompt. Loaded up my truck and off it went in just over an hour total from first call to finish. I really appreciate their promptness and communication.

Comment: Jeremy Automotive are TOWING HEROES! My Jaguar spin out on Hwy 94 going towards Detroit. Hit an ice pile that sent me and my car 100’ behind a freeway crash barrier down into a 20’ ditch. Only a wrecker tow could get my car back on the road, and Aaron from Jeremy’s was able to do it in spite of the steep incline and distance back from the road. Super courteous, professional service even under this demanding situation. Many thanks & continued success!

Comment: I used roadside assistance to help. When 3 different towing companies backed out Jeremys towing came to the rescue. Not only were they extremely professional. Extremely nice as well. They kept us updated and in contact from the start. Well today, we needed someone to come and try and get the lugnut off it was so badly stripped and rounded. Aaron came out ! Professional, and extremely polite and nice. Ready to come in and try and know that if he couldnt he would have it towed ! He took the time out of his schedule to try and get it off ! He was able to get it off ! I can NOT stress enough of how big of a life savor Aaron from Jeremys towing is !!! He also took the time to make sure that the donut was secure and aired up, and that we have what we needed. Extremely great service. I can not thank them enough for their help ! How amazing Aaron was how thankful I am for his service. If you need roadside assistance or just a simple tow, Jeremys is the way to go !!! Not a single issue. They were fast, amazing and just great people !!!

Comment: I recently had a timing belt put on an 82 Fiat Spyder.Some places would have refused to take the car in for service. Even supplying the parts, it wasnt a cheap job, but it was done well. The car now runs smoothly and without a lot of noise. The tech knew his sruff. Jeremys has worked on a couple of old cars for me. They have stayed longer than I wanted sometimes, but the work gets done, theyre not work vehicles I needed, and the charges have been reasonable..

Probably about seven cars in all, we no longer allow anyone to work on our vehicles other than Jeremy’s.It’s so hard nowadays to find mechanics who won’t take advantage of you.Without knowing us whatsoever, everyone who works there has treated us like we were friends from the very beginning. Comment: Jeremys added a Slip Yoke Eliminator and CV driveshaft to my 2005 Jeep Wrangler to stop the driveline vibration caused by the 4 inch lift I added. They were fast, friendly and made adjustments until vibration was gone. I am very happy with their service and will be using them for all of my auto service.

Had my clutch replaced- as my car was apart they noticed a seal going bad so took the initiative and replaced it. They were able to also replace my ignition and program a new key.Great work everyone!

Comment: I worked with Shane and flew out to meet him to buy a truck. It looked great but when I arrived in Detroit he told me that the frame had a patch on it. I don’t believe he knew this and was honest about it as well as some other things. He fully refunded my deposit I put on the truck to hold it and he even offered to find me another truck in the area which didn’t pan out but still really appreciate how accomadating he was about the whole situation. This is a good company with honest employees and I’d definitely work with them in future if they had a car I liked.

They took the time to see what the actual problem was instead of selling me an entire electric brake kit. It was a bad wire and a bad magnet inside one of the breaks. They could have easily told me I needed 4 new brake assemblies and made a lot more money. Great price great service.

Comment: Last nights our tire blew out on 32 mile Rd right in front of the Ford Engine Plant. As you may now, the traffic flies by you at 60+ mph. I called Jeremys and they were there within 20 mins. Unfortunately, they didnt have enough room to give all of us a ride in their towtruck but a passerby gave us a ride in the bed of his truck to our house 3 miles away. Needless to say, my daughter LOVED IT. I told her that we were riding old school and that riding in the bed of trucks was commonplace back in the day when we were growing up! Comment: Check engine light would come on intermittently, then go out. Jeremys Auto Service checked out the diagnostic code and did multiple test to pinpointe the problem.Everything checked out fine. They then investigated further by checking the wiringharness, and for vacuum leaks, but all were fine. They reset the check engine light and kept the car another day and test drove it several times to see if the engine light would come on again. It didnt, and they told me if it comes back on the contact them. Had my oil changed while it was in there. So far, so good. Very pleased with their service.

I have an interlock breathalyzer on my car, and in the very recent past,, Ive been looked down on and was rudely spoken to by another authorized breathalyzer calibration service provider. The people here did not treat me with judgemental eyes nor attitudes. I added this bit of personal info (although Im ashamed), because if there are other people out there who have been treated horribly by their current breathalyzer companys service provider techs, you dont have to. The guys and gals at Jeremys were most pleasant to be around. They did not realize that my DUI was 25 years ago. They were just kind... period. They also went the extra mile to fix a botched up breathalyzer wiring job. They treated me and my vehicle with respect. I hope they see this because they deserve the compliments.

Comment: My dog accidentally locked herself in my vehicle along with my keys and purse. My Onstar had lapsed and I became frantic when both the police and fire department could not assist. I went through Onstar Roadside Assistance for someone to come out to assist. Meanwhile a helpful person at the scene had called Jeremy’s. Bubba came out within minutes and helped get my dog out of the hot truck (84 degrees out). I am so grateful for his assistance. It would have been another 40 minutes through Roadside Assistance. My dog would not have survived that long. Thank you, Bubba, and Jeremy’s!!!

Comment: Have taken my business to Jeremy Griffith for 20+ years. Always had me back on the road asap, knowing that my vehicle has been repaired properly with quality parts. Have also been rescued with towing service in the past, quickly responding whether it was in the middle of the night, early morning, or afternoon. Also used performance side with custom upgrades to my 2011, 3500 Silverado and 2020, 3500 Denali Diesel, they do it all there. So good, I prefer over the dealer any day!! Service lane has been great as well for all my routine and preventative maintenance. Jeremy does a great job of finding the worn out parts and replacing before they cause additional breakdown. Not to mention commercial repairs for my 32’ bucket truck. They really are one stop shopping at its finest!

Comment: Wish we could have done business under a much better circumstance, but nobody can do anything to completely prevent a situation requiring emergency towing, and a good experience from the tow company can mean everything for your morale. They came out at 10:30 PM on a Sunday to yank my car from a ditch in the median on 94. I ended up just having them junk the car and they put that toward my towing bill, which was pretty fair considering how much effort it took to winch the car out. I called around after the fact to see what other junkyards would have offered and nobody offered more for the car than they gave me. Realize that I was in a situation where they could have severely undercut me if they wanted to, but they chose to provide great service instead. Bravo! I got some prices for service and will keep them in mind for work on my next beater car. Thank you, guys!

Picked up vehicle found out was a slight problem brought back to them a couple days later and everything was repaired with no problems whatsoever. Would recommend Jeremy’s to anyone and would surly go back for any needed repairs in the future. Great communication, easy to work with and are a very nice service center. Comment: It takes a lot for me review anything. I have to have a truly amazing experience or the absolute worst. Jeremy’s Automotive was above and beyond amazing. Getting into an accident is clearly not a fun way to start your day, but from the instant the tow truck showed up to take away my poor baby, I felt truly well taken care of (well at least in regards to them). The first thing the driver said when he arrived, was him asking if I was ok. After that, I was on the phone with Tony and another gentleman (Doug maybe? I can not remember his name due to my mind not being able to focus the best), several times during the day and this morning. Each time they treated me so kindly and were beyond helpful. They took such amazing care of me. It was truly the best customer service I have ever experienced in my 31 years. Trying to deal with a totaled car, awful AAA service, and just the stress of it all, led to a bit of a rough day. But at the end of it all, I actually feel beyond fortunate that Jeremy’s was the one that was called in. When you have a significant other who’s entire career is the car shipping industry, and who deals with impound lots on a daily basis, all you really hear are the difficulties that occur hourly. For him to be impressed with the way I was treated goes to show what kind of place Jeremy’s is. I can not thank everyone there enough.

I called Jeremys Auto ..They said bring it it and we will try to get it done today. They were very professional and took my keys and pulled the van in..I met the owner and he told they were going to replace the brake line and have it done for me. the price was very reasonable and the job was done rite!
