I took my flatbed the next day and got all 4 new rims and tires. When I went to pick it up, they changed the wiper motor on my truck! This place is great! I see why theyre always busy...

The service tech actually made a trip back to the garage to get a new battery. Upon further investigation by the tech, he discovered the issue and a new battery was not needed. I wasn’t sure if it needed a repair or replacement, and they had limited hours on Saturday. Dropped it off with a credit card number and said please repair or replace the tire. They made special accommodations for me to pick up the keys as the funeral was during their business hours. They were able to repair the tire and went over and above to make sure I got the keys back. They were great to work with, honest, and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or a repair.

Janis tire was very quick getting the part in and getting it done so I only had to postpone my trip 1 day. Comment: These guys are GREAT! I had an oil change and tire rotation and they checked the car over, free of charge, finding nasty air filters that other places hadnt bothered with. They also reset a tripped sensor which a dealership had said would be $50 just to look at! I went in a couple months ago as another place downstate told me I needed a new exhaust (during a quick look at a noise in travel). They could have easily told me I needed a full exhaust, but were honest with me and said everything looked good! As a woman alone, I appreciate this kind of care and honesty. I will be a lifelong customer!

They got me in right away and had my truck done in just a couple hours on a busy day, very pleased. On the way home I noticed my wheel was slightly crooked from the alignment so I called them and they had me bring it right back the next morning and fixed it right away no questions asked. My truck drives perfect and my steering wheel is perfectly straight!!! Could not reccomend these guys enough. 5 star service!

I set up a time to drop my car off and they are always ready. They even are willing to drive me to work (so I do not have to wait or find a ride) and they pick me up when they are through. Comment: We live downstate and have a cottage near Tawas. We got to our place Friday night and had a blow out. But it is a specialty tire not available in this area n was not able to be repaired. I called around trying to find a matching tire anyways n was unsuccessful before calling Timmys. First of all he was the first place to know what a run flat tire was lol. Secondly, he was the only person who gave us options n tried to figure out the best solution for us (he could get the tire but knew it was not the best option timewise for us). He had a used tire in our cars size he was going to put on just so we could get it home to buy new tires from our dealership. Well when we got there it all went south. We have never taken our tires off so we just assumed the wheel lock would be there. False, it was no where in the car. So now we were faced with towing the car 150 miles home or trying to get the tire off. We opted to have them try. They spent 3 or 4 hours trying to help us n eventually were able to. They were kind n patient with us n never quit, just kept coming up with new options or solutions until they got the job done. Then they didnt charge us nearly what they should have. It was a bad situation we found ourselves in but the staff there made it all much better than it could have been anywhere else. Our luck turned around when we found there number and we are greatly appreciate to their staff for all their help.

Once we arrived in Tawas, our truck started running hot. I asked at the motel, where could we take our truck to have it checked out. Kinda figuring that we were at the mechanics mercy, and with out of state tags, it might be quite expensive.We went to Timmy Tires, explained our issue, & they got on the truck almost immediately. They did everything to try & figure out why we had no coolant in the radiator. Added coolant, put pressure on it to see if we had any leaks... everything checked out ok...So I went in to pay the bill....and about had a heart attack. Lets just say that they went above and beyond & only charged us a very minimal amount. Thank you Timmy Tires!!!

Comment: Had a flat tire on the tandem inner wheel of our RV. Showed up at Timmy Tire Center at noon; we were asked to park the RV in backwards at a designated spot and that service on the vehicle would begin in 20-30 min. Within that interval, Joe, the mechanic began work on our RV. He discovered the problem immediately after wheel removal (valve stem). He changed such in minutes, rechecked for leaks reassembled the tandem wheels on the axle without a hitch. Joe also inspected the spare tire for future reference. Joe was personable, knowledgable and thorough. On top of that, the cost was so low, one would not believe that Tim or Joe was not family of some sort. Additionally, all work and payment was completed in less than an hour. Fantastic shop. We highly recommend.
