Comment: This was our first time going through Jacks. My wifes car was rear-ended a few weeks ago and we decided to go with Jacks for the repairs. The car needed body work and replacement/repair of the senors and other electrical systems. When we got it back it looked just as good as when we bought it. They did an amazing job and I highly recommend giving this place visit. The service was great, the people are very nice, professional, and straight forward.

We were stranded down the road with a flat tire that wouldnt come off car and they helped us get the tire off & get the spare on. I would have purchased a new tire here but unfortunately it was not in stock...but they were able to send us down the road to the tire shop they knew where we got a brand new tire for only $80.These guys really stepped up when we needed the help & now they have a new customer for future repairs because if they were willing to do this we werent even there customer I can only imagine how great they will be when we are!Thanks guys!

These guys have been nothing short of a blessing.When I was in college, they kept my high mileage car on the road until I could afford to buy a new one. They even advised me on which repairs would be worth it and which ones I should defer to save money.Recently I had to turn in my F-150 lease and they helped me identify the required cosmetic fixes before my lease-end inspection and did a great job with the work. Comment: I visited this dealership on a whim to inquire about an exotic, and the staff were able to locate my car within one day. Aside from the fact that they were able to help me find a vehicle that I could not successfully get on my own, they also found it for much lower than all other listings. Jacks secured enclosed shipping for the car, and it arrived as promised without any hassles. The entire transaction was done without stress, and the staff at Jacks also made sure that the car was a clean, legitimate buy before we closed the deal. The simple lesson learned in all of this is that one should never underestimate the ability of the lesser known dealerships. Jacks was able to do what the others could not, and they saved me thousands on my car without the usual headaches, and flashy sales pitches that are expected at the larger dealers. I will ONLY work with Jacks in the future, and they have earned my trust, as well as respect for their professionalism, and attention to detail. Comment: Getting a flat on my way home from work was a mixed blessing in that I came to a stop in front of Jack’s. What does that sign say? Tire repair? Cool! The owner, Jack, didn’t have the necessary tire in stock but changed my flat to the spare and had me back on the road in 21 minutes. He refused payment and even threw in a free calendar. The high level of concern shown has convinced me that Jack’s deserves my as well as your business. Leo.

Comment: There’s always some specticism when taking your vehicle to a new car shop. But my first time visiting Jack’s I was taken care of as if I were family. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. From the minute I was greeted to the day I came back to pick up my car I was treated with nothing but respect and honesty. They did not try to up-sell, over charge, or play games with pricing. They are the epitome of good character and professionalism in the business place. Even though I live 15 miles away, this is my new go to collision shop for myself or any of my friends or family members.

Comment: Great prices and great customer service. Went in an hour before they closed and needed new brakes done before going out of town. The manger squeezed me in and took the time to stay open an extra 30min just to make sure i was satisfied. I highly recommend this place if you need any auto care done.

Comment: On the recommendation of another customer I just walked in at 10:45 am& asked how much my repair would cost. The price was extremely reasonable, so I asked if they installed windshields too. They did both repairs for me and I had the car back before 7:30 pm that night! Great service, not rude to women, and massively fast! Will recommend to someone else for sure!!!

Comment: I had an estimate on my Honda that seemed quite high so, I decided to try Jacks and keep the money in the neighborhood. Sam the owner gave me a very fair estimate and even replaced more than was recommended by the dealer for about $500 less. In addition, he did some minor front end body work at the same time and they did a great job. I wouldnt hesitate to return, or recommend people to this establishment. Thanks guys!
