Comment: I took my 2000 Jeep Cherokee to get the windows to work correctly. I also mentioned the doors wouldn’t lock. While it was there I had them detail the interior. They went above and beyond what I expected to be done. I have priced out getting it painted. But I liked the service so much I’m using them. They got the windows fixed and the doors to lock. The interior looks new. Great job. Update, I brought them another farm fresh vehicle and in only a few days it is better than I could have imagined. Again with the locks and windows. But this time it included interior lights, a new horn, underbody paint, rewiring and replacing the headlight switch, replacing a busted seat with a fully working one and so much more. Still excellent service.

Comment: So, James breathed new life into my 9 year old Subaru Outback. There were scratches from the hood to the trunk, they’re all gone now. He said he’d take care of my foggy headlights, done! My rims look brand new! The interior, great job. He even repaired my sunglasses holder, not a part of the detailing. It cost $$$$, but it was worth it after 9-10 years of never having my car detailed. I think I might keep it for a few more years!

Would definitely recommend this place for detailing, paint restoration or removal, etc. Price was very fair for the amount of work that was needed,

He called back within minutes and had me stop by for a quote. He looked inside/outside my 2014 Buick Verano and gave me a firm quote. I booked an appt for the following week. He was ready to work on the vehicle at the time of drop-off and the office gave me a call when it was ready for pick-up (same day). He was clear and concise throughout the entire process. He gave me good advice about some exterior work that might be worth more if I did it at a later date instead of right away . . . that showed me an honest guy who wasnt looking for an easy money grab. He took a 7 year old car that had a lot of dog fur/dust/dirt and sat idle for very much of the past 2 years and made it look brand new. I was very impressed. Payment was Cash Only. Comment: Im eternally grateful for the work that was done to save my car. A rat crawled in my Fusions front end, and died unnoticed. When I went to drive my car there was an infestation of maggots on the exterior. They couldnt get in the car yet, but I was horrified to drive it. Jacks removed the rat and the bugs, and made everything look nice again. Amazing job! You are miracle workers.

Comment: I hadn’t had much luck with local detail shops in the past, so I was reluctant to spend the money again. I just bought a used 2008 Volvo with a rough interior that I knew I wouldn’t be able to clean myself. After reading reviews and stopping by Jack’s shop I decided to give them a try. They did such a fantastic job I couldn’t believe it. Between the fine detail work on the carpet, dash, and vents I would have been more than satisfied at that point. But I couldn’t believe the work they did on reconditioning the leather on the seats. They were able to get the interior as close to “new” as possible.James was easy to work with and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Comment: Jacks Auto Detailing made my car look like it had just come off the Mercedes Benz Line. I have a 2016 I bought used and it had surface scratches everywhere from the car wash and dry towels. Swirls in the paint. I was going to get the whole car repainted, but you know that quote was ridiculous. I Google best car detail shop near me. Jacks Detailing pop up. I asked the paint shop for a recommendation for detail shop....they said Jacks Detail. I knew then it was a sure sign to take my expensive luxury car to Jacks Detail. No appointment, drove right over. Very professional, came out, took a look at it, and even showed me deeper scratches i didnt see with the naked eye. He brought a special light out, shined it on some areas of my car. It was in bad shape. He then took me in the office and explained in detail what was needed, a cheap fix for my budget or a professional fix best for my investment. I was educated and sold. I did what was best for my investment. WOW AND I AM GLAD I DID. MY CAR LOOK BRAND NEW IN AND OUT. ITS BEEN A YEAR NOW AND STILL LOOKING GOOD.THANKS JACKS AUTO DETAILING KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. I have dogs and run a wild bird rehab center so there was bird poop and seed and dog hair all over, not to mention im a coffee addict and we all know coffee spills are common. I was told thstbmy car would take 2 days to do, but they got it done in 2 day, even staying late to finish. Im impressed. (Only concern is I cant tellbif they washed the outside? As it was raining so the spots on my car may be rain, not concerned enough to Dr value the work they did. Its cleaner than when I bought it!

After an unfortunate incident left milkshake in my car air vent, I was rushing to find someplace that would be able to detail my car on short notice as Im leaving for Chicago in the morning. My black 2017 Subaru Outback had fawn-colored dog hair from one end to the other. After Jack sold the shop, I wasnt crazy about the quality of service. I had heard there was yet another new owner, so I decided to give it a go.James (and co.) did one of the most fabulous detail jobs I have ever had on any of my vehicles. You would have never guessed my car ever had a dog inside of it. There was not a trace of dog hair or anything else for that matter.They did a terrific job, and I would not hesitate to recommend the shop to anyone. Worth the cost $$.

Comment: Highly recommended, great place. I brought a car to Jacks that was disgusting. When giving a friend a ride home he / she happened to vomit repeatedly, in the very worst spot. There was debris under the seat, on the side of the seat, and in the tracks. As this is a bio-hazard, every detailer will upcharge you, but the price Jacks quoted me after seeing the vomit was very fair, not cheap by any means, but also not super over the top. I believe I could have negotiated for a better one, but as I thought the price was exactly what the service would be worth, I did not attempt. Also, the owner offered to give me a ride home (I live fairly close) for free after I dropped off my car. That saved me $10 in Uber fees :) Very service and customer oriented ownership!The work - A++! The venue itself is not flashy and made to market to the client like other places - but, in this case I believe it is a sign that Jacks has steady customers and chooses to put their money into more important things like product and service. The end result was amazing. The car looked brand new. No acid or other putrid smell associated with what had happened there. I was surprised as the vomit was there for 48 hours, I did not think they would be able to do such an amazing job as they did. The business I believe is family owned, and wonderful people.To top it all off when I picked up my car the owner told me he had given me an early Christmas present. At no extra charge he performed a headlight restoration service. Very close to his exact words, I can tell you have a family and wanted you to feel safer driving at night. This type of going further is unheard of in todays society. I was highly impressed.TLDR: Amazing place, great people, fair pricing, and owner went above and beyond my expectations. Highly Recommended!

Comment: I recently purchased my mom a 07 Saturn vue from a auction and the car was filthy, my friend recommended Jacks. After dropping my moms car off I received a call from James the owner 4 hours later that due to the car sitting at the auction mice had gotten in the trunk of the vehicle. He informed me it was mice urine and feces in the car and to clean it it would be a extra $70. I informed him I didnt have it to pay so just clean what I was quoted for and Ill have the urine and feces cleaned another time. He informed me that with my mom being on dialysis he wouldnt feel comfortable returning the car in that condition due to the immune diseases that come from inhaling the fumes from the mice. He told me he would clean it for FREE but would need a extra day because he had to get special equipment to clean it. When I picked up my moms car it looked and smelled amazing. James also replaced my outside door handle without me asking. You seldom get customer service that is over and beyond what you expect, but I got just that at Jacks. I am forever appreciative for what James did for my mom and he has a forever customer. Take your vehicle you wont be disappointed.
