International did such a great job on my car, I thought they gave me the wrong car back. I had to check the glove compartment to verify that I indeed had the right car. This is the 2nd time and the 2nd place I have come for collision repair. (The 1st place I will never go to again because I had such a negative experience.) Comment: I took my 2015 Chrysler 200 to IFC after a rear-end collision. They had the car for less time than they estimated, the repair is absolutely undetectable, they painted a couple of scratches that were NOT related to the collision, AND they cleaned the interior! The car hasnt looked this good in ages. Plus, the staff is friendly, polite, and professional. Would absolutely recommend and (though I hope not to have to) I would absolutely do business with them again.

Comment: IC&F is a top notch shop. They care about their customers - and their employees. Ive used them twice and got ACCURATE estimates quickly. The front office knows how to work with insurance companies too. Recently they have helped me restore my older car by supplying painted parts and a parts list estimate. Silver is a very hard color to match and the guys at IC&F matched the color very, very, ..very well. The owner knows modern paint techniques and tools and how best to get results. I am very grateful to them for the quality work.

Comment: I had a true fiasco on my hands. My new-to-me 2019 Jeep Compass was involved in an accident that took out the entire passenger side door. I was distraught! I posted on FB looking for recommendations for a reputable, but economical, collision repair shop. More than one person suggested International. A family member even chimed in, Go see Ali. Upon entry I was greeted, so warmly, by Kim. She proved to be both friendly and knowledgeable. The estimate prepared beat out two others by leaps and bounds! Ali found a door in Texas and had it shipped, as my door couldnt be found locally. As soon as it arrived, I was scheduled to drop my car of IMMEDIATELY! (Id previously been advised by my insurance company that all body shops are seriously delayed.) I dropped my car off on Monday at 9:30 am., and got the call that work was completed the next day, Tuesday, at 12:47 p.m!!It looks BEAUTIFUL! It has been restored to the condition that made me buy it in the first place! Sounds great, right?! Wait...This is the icing on the proverbial cake...The inside was IMMACULATE!! (No, I didnt leave it that way...) This company went above and beyond and cleaned the entire inside of my car...down to whitening the JEEP letters on my floormats!! I was, and am still, SUPER EXCITED & SUPER PLEASED!! i GIVE THIS COMPANY 10 STARS!!!

I had a 2019 Toyota 86 GT that i just bought back in Nov2019 and within 6 months got the rear bumper hit while parked at my moms house. Came out and the rear bumper was cracked the paint scraped off and the brackets snapped.My Toyota sales rep recommeded this body shop to me. It was the first time coming here and my experience was top notch. From the friendly receptionist Kim to the amazing owner Ali and his crew who do flawless work.They were able to get me a new OEM bumper installed and painted it. The craftsmanship is top notch my car looks like it came right off the factory line. After reading some of the other reviews of collision shops nearby, this place seemed the best, and I was right!!! Mary at the front counter made both my daughter and I at ease. After the repairs were done, Ali personally called me let me know her was was done and exactly what they did. Told my daughter if she ever had any problems, dont hesitate to call him. Comment: Reasonable price I think!I had my Ford Fusion rear bumper replaced through International Collisions in July 2019;, everyone at the service center are friendly. First they found a bumper with same color of my car so that they did not have to paint which reduced the final cost. However, the bumper they received did not have sensors(even though it was verified while I was there) when it was received. It took couple more weeks to receive another matching one. I think the price they charged is reasonable. They completed the job in one day with the new bumper. Gave 4 stars because of the delay and I felt like I had to make the purchase decision while I was there during the first inquiry and still received the wrong part. Overall- I am happy with the service.

Comment: I have been taking my autos (recently my Escalade and my Lexus) to International for several years. Their work is top rate, always done when they say it will be done, returned cleaner than when I dropped it off, and Im always happy. I had taken my cars to other shops and its was always one problem or another-either not done on time, or the work wasnt perfect, the car returned filthy, or they were simply rude. International has also done a lot of mechanical work for me that was first quoted by the dealer for astronomical prices. They are always straight up, honest, and the best value. When I deal with them on mechanical issues my questions are always answered-Im not given the rabbit hole, money pit, if this doesnt work then we will experiment with that, run around. They have even gotten me a great deal on car rentals. My insurance company has always approved their estimates. I purchase my cars, I dont lease, and keep them for several years. Having a partner like International allows me to keep my cars in perfect condition and like new. You will be happy working with them! Thank you International! Comment: This place is super busy fixing cars but they were able to get my truck towed right away and fixed ahead of schedule. With the amount of work they needed to complete I had figured they would go well past the target date but they surprised me to say the least. The other thing is that they work with many insurance companies so the process was a breeze; they did all the work needed and I didnt even have to speak with my insurance company. Wish all body shops were this easy to use.

Comment: In 2006 i wrecked my truck, needed 3 estimate for my insurance , so I went to a few body shops. There were some that would have taken month to get my truck back and others I didnt feel right about. Then I found International collision. They had my truck done within a few days. Theyre friendly and trustworthy. Since then I have taken my wifes and daughters car in with the same great results.

Comment: I have been taking all of my family vehicles to International for over 10 years. Weve had work done from glass replacement to brakes and all aspects of engine work. Without exception, we have always been very satisfied with the work completed. The level of quality work can only be out done by the professional service and attention from the staff. Comment: During a heavy blizzard during the winter of 2008 my wife get into accident resulting in a large damge in our Honda accord I call international Ali take care of the rest class A+ service towel the car and send a rental car right away and what the did with the car is shocking since than any car repair Ali is my goto please not only body shop the only place I trust with my car oil change, breake and any repair international Collison.For the price and quality of work that they do international Collision beyond what I expected. They are definitely a collision shop with A+ customer service and quality. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with any car problem!!!!!!!

He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and willing to go that extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly the first time. Comment: International Collision has really taken care of me this past month. I came to them with a smashed in quarter panel on the back of my car. What really separated this collision shop out of the 5 I visited for estimates was that Ali let me behind the counter and educated me on what needed to be fixed and exactly how much it would cost doing it (with generous discounts). He then agreed to clean and detail the car at no added cost ending up with my car looking brand NEW and one happy customer. I then returned a week later because I noticed my hood release did not work as I attempted to get my oil changed, but they fixed the hood release AND did the oil change for only $29. So happy with my service!

Comment: I have used International Collison & Frame several times. My vehicle always comes out looking like new. On one of my vehicles I had $28,000 worth of damage to a Camry. His crew basically had to rebuild the entire back end of my car. It looked and drove perfect. ICFY meets their deadlines and estimates true and true. They are good honest people there and I have always been happy with their services. Ali, runs a professional dedicated team that works very hard to get your vehicle back like new again.
