I spoke with Dustin and he told me that they probably would not be able to get to it until after Thanksgiving. Holt diagnosed and informed me of the issue and repair costs on Monday and my son picked up the fixed vehicle on Wednesday afternoon. Dustin was very friendly and patiently answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Holt Auto Service for your auto repair needs.

Comment: Did timing belt service and front brake kit replacement here. Spark plugs are changed because all six seized so I cannot do by my self. They did very fast and no problem so far. Comment: I was referred to Holt auto service by a friend, I called made an appointment. Was able to get in when requested. I was greeted by someone immediately after entering. I needed new breaks as we were going a on family vacation and would be driving. I LOVED the text update system they used. Showed me the checklist via text and even took pictures of my break pads or lack there of!!! Gave the okay to fix and waited for them to tell me it was done! I need all new rotars and breaks and felt it was very reasonably priced and so did my husband!!! Also received an oil change as well. Will definitely be returned to holt auto service for all my automotive needs.

Comment: I took my car in for a fluid and exhaust leak. I was assuming this was going to be a quick repair. This is our secondary car with over 100,00 miles and is mainly a back and forth to work vehicle. Upon inspection they found multiple general maintenance problems that needed attention. With retirement coming up in a few years when this car will no longer be needed, I asked for advice to make sure I wasnt throwing money down a rabbit hole. I was assured that this was all routine maintenance issues that arrive with high mileage cars and that the car would surely last until I no longer needed it. I am sure this tied up one of their mechanics for much longer than anticipated. While the repair bill was more than I expected when first scheduling an appointment and the strain it put on their schedule, they have always provided pleasant service and have gone above and beyond. I will always recommend them for the attention they give to customer safety on the roads.

When I first took my car in for a diagnosis, I didnt tell them that I am a mechanics daughter or that my ex husband is a mechanic and had already told me what needed fix now and what could wait.After they looked at the car, Dave called me to tell me their findings. He was very honest with me and, most importantly, their diagnosis aligned with my exs. He even gave my the same advice about what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait a little while. Comment: They offer a Costco discount for repairs such as brakes (as a participant of Costco Auto Program) which makes me happy. The price is much lower than I was quoted at other local shops. They are usually pretty busy, so I had to drop off my car first thing in the morning and get it back by the evening. So I always have to plan to have someone pick me up and drop me off.Never had a problem, and they are happy to help.
