I originally took my Silverado in for a service brakes soon notification on my dash and they quickly got back to me in the same day and let me know that it was due to the fact that my brake pads were worn causing the brake fluid to lower, turning the service brakes light on. Not only did they fix my brakes they sent me over a free inspection report (with pictures) of my entire vehicle and brought a couple other major issues to my attention such as worn lower ball joints and oil cooler lines that needed to be replaced. Im the kind of guy that likes his vehicle in tip top shape so I had them go ahead and fix everything else that needed attention. Ended up spending around $2600 with them but I felt that for the amount of value they provided me it was more than fair. Last but not least they vacuumed out the front of my vehicle and whipped down my dash which is just over the top and wasnt expecting that. From the knowledgeable staff, fast service time and loaner car that was provided to me I am very pleased with my experience and will be back.

Comment: I took my 2017 Kia in for a tune up and after it was complete the engine seized, which ended up being a defect, with the engine, on Kias side. Holly tire with the knowledge that the seizure was not there fault paid for towing to the dealership and also provided me a loaner car while the repairs were being done, which took over one month. I and my husband were amazed and they have a customer for for life. I cant recommend Holly Tire enough.

Comment: Took my Jeep here for a free inspection because of a weird noise it was making. They were very thorough and were able to identify the problem. Ended up getting new brakes and rotors along with some basic maintenance done. Over all very reasonably priced and had my Jeep back the next day with all problems fixed. They also work with Synchrony to offer no interest payments for six months which really helped us out. Highly recommend!Update: Had to bring my moms car in because it was pulling and not safe to drive. They took a day to look it over. Got it back later the next day and it drives perfect!

The dealership didnt give me a very detailed explanation of the issues, so I reached out to Holly Tire & Auto for a second opinion.I spoke with Alan on the phone, who was very understanding and professional (even though I called just before closing). He immediately set me up with an appointment for the following day.When I dropped the truck off, Levi conducted an inspection and explained all the issues in detail, which I really appreciated since Im not very car savvy. Thorough explanations are important when it comes to serious repairs!They did their best to ensure I got the best price they were capable of, and I ended up saving $250 overall for Oil Cooler Line replacement and a complete rear brake replacement compared to the dealership.- Fast, friendly service- Frequent updates- Good value- Included cleaning/washing of my truckAnd they offered me a courtesy loaner car while my repairs were being done.Theyve earned my business for sure and Ill be coming here for automotive needs from now on!

Comment: So I went here after finding old reviews of this shop on Facebook. There was quite a few good reviews and also stated that if your car needs to be there for longer than a few days they lend you a loaner for free and they also vacuum your car after. Being a busy mom of 3 active kids that sounded good to me. Called they got me in the next day. Quick drop off process. Had to wait for my ride to come pick me up. They did the free inspection(which was another reason I chose this shop.) They called me back within the same day. The problems were far more than I thought and way more expensive than I had anticipated. But they broke down cost, labor, what needed to be fixed ASAP and what could wait for later. I really liked the break down they do with it all. So we figured it out and got it taken care of. It was ready the next day. Car is still running smoothly. They also gave me my receipt and a bag of gourmet popcorn which was a nice little added touch. The only reasons for my 4 star rating is because 1. When I stressed about finding out how much it was going to be I wasn’t offered any information on finance programs they offered . Thankfully we had an open credit but a lot of people don’t. I had to ask them about it to find out they do have some type of financing program. And 2. I was a little disappointed to see my car was not vacuumed like stated in previous reviews. And again maybe that was case specific so I’m not sure but a few people said they had vacuumed the car for them. My front seats were done but not the back. After spending so much money it would have been a nice gesture but this part wasn’t my main reason for 4* review. All and all I would 100% recommend this business. Besides the 2 small things everything else was a great experience and the man (Levi I believe) I felt with was really to the point and quick. Would come back again for car work.

Great communication with service writer, Levi who explained all the issues in great detail (diagnostic link provided to me with description and pictures of all the issues) and gave his recommendations to fix these issues. Ended up just being something stuck in it but they gave me a loaner car, inspected it and drove it a couple of times and it never made the noise again. For my third visit to them, I called the local Chevy dealership and they couldn’t get my car in for almost a month. They quickly determined where the leak was coming from and had the car fixed with a new oil change in 2 days. I went to Autozone to have the code read and they informed me that I needed to replace my thermostat. I was so upset. I have a family of 6 and this van is the only vehicle that fits us all. I called Holly Tire & Auto Service for help. I spoke with Levi and he got my car in the very next morning. Took our car in for an inspection and found out we needed to replace a part and have an alignment that can only be done at a dealership. Comment: Came in on a Monday morning, because my day started with a flat, had no wait time to get seen and the technician came out with a quote for the work needed very quickly. They repaired the tire and got me back on the road in less than an hour. Way better than the dealership who said it would be 3 hours and I should just drop my truck off and pick it up at end of day. Would definitely go again and recommend to others needing quick, fast service done. THANKS for making my morning better!

They email you with pics showing everything you need which is super helpful. Pricing isnt too bad, especially if you want to make sure youre vehicle is properly worked on.

Comment: Decided to get my oil changed here, because my husband had reward dollars and I thought it wouldnt hurt to have the fluids and other things checked. I usually do my own oil changes, but its winter and it was free with the reward dollars. If youre willing to leave your car with them for a few hours, they will do an inspection and send a report, with pictures, of things that need to be watched, replaced or are okay. Im happy with the service and will use them in the future.

Comment: We took our car in to get a oil change. We received a flyer in the mail for a $19.95 oil change. I made an appointment thinking I sure hope this doesnt turn into a $35.00 oil change like all the other places, plus have someone telling me I need this flushed or that done. We were very pleased! Not only did the price stay the same but they fixed very minor problem with our air conditioner for no charge! They were very kind and courteous. We will be coming back for future oil changes and repairs. And we also cancelled our appointment with Belle Tire so we could have our tires done here. Great price and service, that is hard to find! I know we will be taken care of, not taken advantage of. Not to mention, we would much rather give our business to a local company!! Thank you Holly Tire & Auto!

Comment: This is place is great! I have had a lot of car problems in my time (only 20) and this is by far the greatest experience yet. The customer service here is great. They have a really neat method allowing texts from customers, which helped me a lot while I was at work. They also go above and beyond your needs. I knew I was running late to the shop to drop my car off and they waited for me to get there instead of closing. What work I thought would take a week just took a day. I am not from Holly but this shop is worth the small drive to Holly. Very good car work, good prices and great customer service.

Im extremely impressed with the professionalism and honesty in regards to the repairs completed. Specifically, they could have charged me a lot more on an exhaust repair but they found a much cheaper custom exhaust solution which lowered my overall bill by hundreds.
