Comment: Chris, Scott and the entire Handz On team are fantastic. They are nothing but honest with what is wrong with your car, how much it cost to fix and what needs to be done immediately. We had my Kia Sorento at the Dealership and Tuffy. Both places kept passing the buck on who’s fault caused the damage. Handz On was recommended by a co worker and we decided to get a third opinion. Come to find out the catalytic converter that Tuffy replaced twice was put on backwards. After not having the car for 2 weeks we had Handz On fix it. Comment: These guys are quick! They fixed up my 2012 Fiat 500c within 24 hours! They know what theyre doing, and are very good at explaining whats going on with the vehicle. I sadly have to take her back in to see if they can fix her further, and have full confidence they can do so. Very good work, Id even just get oil changes there.

Comment: After many phone calls and reviewing repair shops on line, found only two places in Greater Lansing that were recommended to work on our 1984 Mercedes Benz 500 SEL as our usual foreign repair shop near campus no longer did. We knew we had a fuel line leak but did not know what else might be needed to get her back up and running after sitting in the garage for many years. Not able to reach anybody at one shop, but was able to reach Chris at Handz On. He clearly walked me through the steps his shop would take in trying to resurrect the 500 and the cost necessary for Step 1: diagnostic phase. Everything went exactly as described! His realism and honesty given the uncertainty of the issues at hand were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Chris to work on your vintage Mercedes.

Comment: I was on my way to Detroit from Muskegon when I hit something in the road and blew a tire. When changing the tire to the spare, one of my studs broke off and another was on its way. It was almost 5pm by the time I was able to get off the highway and to a tire shop to purchase a new tire and wheel, but they wouldn’t touch the studs. I called one shop and they turned me away because they were closing soon but then Chris, from Handz On, agreed to help me out even though they would also be closing soon and saved me from being stranded overnight. He was professional, quick, and didn’t overcharge or try to take advantage of me being a woman that didn’t know much about cars. As a female, it’s always hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust. What could have been an even worse day was saved thanks to Chris. Thank you so much!

I had a bunch of repairs done on my stage 1 BMW 428XI, and he was more than happy to take the time out from his busy schedule to let me know what issues are we looking at, how soon you should get them fixed and quoted me fairly. Its not the most cheap, but its a bang for the buck. For great quality Ill pay a higher price. They really made me feel at ease with all the good work they did on my car. Comment: Appreciated the owners knowledge expertise and willingness to communicate. I thought I needed a new A/C compressor but was diagnosed with a loose belt and overfilled A/C system. I was very happy to get this repair done at way less than half the cost I expected rather than replacing the compressor. The owner went out of his way to accommodate my vehicle. I had another hard starting issue when it was hot. He could not duplicate the problem but recommended replacing the fuel pressure regulator which solved the problem so far at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended!

Even showing me the issues in the shop when the car was on the lift. I ended up having some major engine work done, pretty scary! Chris and his staff are very knowledgeable. Before any work was done Chris explained exactly what the problem and how they could solve the problem. Fast forward almost 2 years and my older car is still on the road. For somebody who doesnt know too much about cars, I have been screwed over by several shops in the area when getting oil changes and new parts (2003 Honda Accord). Comment: On Friday night, 2/2/18 my car died in Lansing. From what the guys at Valvoline told me, it looked like my radiator had a crack, and wed never get the car back to Addison that night. So, we left it overnight, came back Saturday morning. Fortunately Handz On was just down the road. I called ahead, just to check if they could fit me it, and they could! It was a last minute radiator replacement, but they got me in and out in a couple hours and without too large a dent in my wallet. And I know that they got me the best price because Chris took the time to find me a radiator that wasnt going to cost an arm and a leg. Thank you so much Handz On! Comment: Handz On foreign Auto care is the best spot for foreign cars. They are very professional and do the job less than half of the dealers price. I had problems with my Audi A8 antenna. They fixed it very quick and affordable. They are very friendly and there service is above 5 stars. Thanks for awesome service.

Comment: Took my 2005 Honda Civic there. My car had 222,000 miles on it when it started giving me overheating trouble. After two failed repairs from local Lansing garages, I went to FCS-Mulliken upon someones recommendation. They diagnosed the problem correctly. It was a head gasket leakage. They fixed it at 1/2 the cost of what a Honda dealership would have cost me for the same repair. Now the car has 237,000 miles and its going great.Great job.
