Comment: This place is the Best! So much cheaper than everywhere else and so much quicker too! Both times I’ve used them I am able to get my car in same day and they are able to Diagnose it same same too. Work is either done same day or within 24 hours. Edgar, the owner is the best. He doesn’t try to buckle and dime you and convince you to get things you don’t need. I just got my brakes, rotors, and and tires replaced and he was able to find me an amazing deal on the tires and even upgraded me to the better brand of rotors free of charge l, just because he didn’t have the mid range ones on hand and didn’t want me to have to be careless and wait forever for the other ones to come in. And he gave me a 1 year warranty of the parts replaced. Also, at least for my car, he said the oil change would only be like $60. Way cheaper than $100-$120 I’m used to paying as these other scammer oil change places. I will not be taking my car to get fixed anywhere else. Love this place!

Comment: This was my first time I went for my car repair, ever. They examine my car next day and found the water pump and serpentine belt is broken. I don’t know anything about cars so I don’t know if that was the issue or I have been charged more. But when I went to pickup my car, showed me the broken parts. By looking at those parts I can tell they changed me correct. They Remove and replace water pump and serpentin belt for around $500

Comment: I was recommended to GTM auto for a big repair of new head gasket. The car was returned sooner than they originally told me. On the way home the car stopped working and I had it towed back to GTM and they replaced the alternator free of charge. The car has been working well ever since. I recommend them as I found them to be honest and have integrity in their work and dealing with customers.

Comment: This week my 2006 Toyota wouldn’t start. AAA said they would replace the battery, but it probably needed a further repair. My husband waited on a tow truck and paid extra to have it taken to our usual repair shop, GTM auto repair. It only needed a starter. GTM didn’t try to sell us an unneeded battery. Plus when my husband realized later that he couldn’t find $100 he thought he had, he called the shop. Edgar investigated and called us back to say we had overpaid and refunded our money. We’ve used this shop for years, they’ve kept our high mileage cars going at minimum cost, and are always honest and quick. We highly recommend them.

I was struggling with an older Jeep mystery issue and had taken it to a few different shops, all costing me $50-$100+ just to take a look at it with various answers on what could be done to fix. I took it to GTM on a recommendation and they gave it to me straight. They told me the issues. They told me the cost. They said it wasn’t worth fixing because there were more issues than non-issues. They told me my best bet was to drive it till it died, and they didn’t charge me a dime for the time it took them to look. They didn’t lie and say they could fix it. Brutally honest, but very needed and appreciated. Friendly folks. Drove that Jeep for bout 3 more weeks.

Edgar and his crew always answer my questions, never try to up-sell, and get Mopar replacement parts/fluids when requested. Comment: GTM was recommended to me by a nearby auto parts store. So glad I took them up on their suggestion! The guys are friendly. And Edgar has always given me pricing up front (always reasonable) so I can make a decision right then about what I can afford and what has to wait. Edgar also explains my options, the work hes going to do, and why its important—great knowledge for someone who doesnt know cars like me. Ive had my brakes and rotors replaced, tires changed/balanced, and my 15-yo corroded wheels sanded and powder-coated. Everything turned out great!

Comment: I was referred to GTM Auto Repair a couple of years ago and have never regretted going there. Edger is quick to respond to you. He also follows through on warranty of parts. He replaced a sensor on my PT Cruiser and it ended up failing within a couple of months. He replaced it immediately with no charge.I am also impressed with how quickly he is able to get my car fixed. Often the same day even when they have several other cars they are working on.Quick service plus honest affordable prices!

Comment: Ive been using GTM Auto Repair for 5+ years (07 Volvo V70, 03 Toyota Camry, 10 Honda Odyssey), and love the speed, quality, and price. I am typically a DIY guy, but I cant beat the cost (credit card fine via Square), convenience, and great service from Edgar and his team in West Ann Arbor. He has done all my maintenance and repairs - ignition cylinder, timing belt, water pump, brakes, wheels, lights. He knows exactly what needs to be done, no more, no less. I look forward to continuing to work with him for many more years for all my auto repair needs.
