Comment: My 2007 Honda Ridgeline was serviced for a leak. One morning I woke to an 8 foot circle of fluid which GAC determined was transmission fluid. They determined the problem and fixed it. I was so pleased with them I added a routine timing belt removal and replacement.Its been 30 days since all this work was completed and Im happy to report all is well. I recommend this company but dont give 5 stars due to their pricing being high and I was charged for new windshield wiper blades but they didnt replace them.

Comment: Highly recommend this place. I came in here, told by another shop I would need to replace my transmission. It turns out, I didnt! I only needed the lines fixed. I told them I didnt want to repair the car if it would have a ton of other stuff needed to be replaced. It needed a few other things replaced, they were careful to call and and check with me before making the repairs. Jenny was super helpful!

Comment: When my 08 Ram left me stranded when getting carry out, I called Groesbeck Auto Care. They had me towed within the hour. Come to find out my fuse box went bad. Instead of telling me I dont have a choice and have to pay $1500 for a new box, they installed a relay to bypass the problem for a fraction of the cost. Had me back on the road the same day. Even had them change the oil, rotate my tires and give me an alignment. They informed me that I will need some suspension work in the near future. I will definitely be back there. I left there feeling that my money was well spent. Not common when leaving an auto repair shop. Their honesty and attention to detail acceded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to repair their vehicle.

Comment: Mike and his team are amazing!! I am the office manager for a local plumbing company. We had a major issue with our Hydro-Jetter and the wheel snaping off. This is not something that just anybody can fix, Not to mention trying to find the special parts for something like this. I called Mike and he said not to worry, He said bring it in and he would have it fixed that day! We sent it to him and not only did he fix our initial issue he replaced both tires and rims with new more sturdy rims and replaced our bent fender. MIKE is a life saver! Highly recommend these guys and HUGE thanks for getting our equiptment fix and back to us so quickly!!

I was emailed the inspection results with descriptions and photos. I was able to see exactly what they were seeing and make a decision on repairs. I had them replace the brake lines which was done quickly and at a fair price. I will use this place exclusively for any services that I don’t have to go to the dealership for warranty repairs.

Comment: I’ve been a customer for about 3-4 months Now. Mike and his team has always taken great care of my vehicle. They provide fast service, and make sure they answer all questions. Any problems or issues that I may have had with the vehicle after being serviced, I was told to bring it back and it was promptly fixed/adhered to. The staff is always kind and polite even when they have irate customers at times. I’ve had the opportunity to watch their interactions with other customers as I await for my vehicle & they always handle each customer with respect and care. Also, I came in for an oil change and an estimate for the configuration of my Grill emblem light, there was confusion as to if i actually wanted to service done which I wanted to wait until I had an actual estimate to see if it was in my price range for that day & it wasn’t clear but Mike Installed my light for me and out of courtesy he didn’t charge me.I’m happy that I’ve found a reliable auto care company to depend on for Maintence of my vehicle…the best part is they have snacks, chips and juice boxes for the kids. My son has had to sit with me a while and it kept him occupied! Thankyou Groesbeck Auto!

Comment: I own a 1996 Mazda Miata and last Friday the engine started knocking really bad and the car was idling really rough. I came across Grosebeck Auto Care on Saturday and gave them a call, explained my situation. I have been burned by mechanics with this car in the past. After a short conversation with Lazardo I decided to give them a shot. I dropped it off and they had one of thier guys drive me back home.What I thought was going to be some major engine work ended up being my timing, timing belt, and water pump. They said whoever worked on the car before messed up the timing and didnt do it right. They said that this is the problem. I was very surprised expecting the worst.I just reluctantly picked it up, they only had it for 6 days, and let me tell you...the car runs better than it has since Ive owned it. The engine is smooth and everything works great.These guys are top notch and really awesome with thier customers...I called them a lot and they were happy to talk with me through each step of the repair. Mike and Lazardo are awesome. Its hard finding someone to work on your car and you do truly get what you pay for. Some of the reviews on here talk about high shop prices but I feel that they are fair and well worth it. Fingers crossed this will be the only issue I have for a long time but I will take it back to them if another arises.

They sent all pictures of the issues and then went through it 1 by 1 to help me prioritize and come to an amount that I was comfortable with. They also went for a ride with me to help narrow down all my concerns and problems. Ive been waiting for over a month to get in for an alignment after having some front end work at a place that doesnt do them and this was the ONLY place that could get me in the same day. With my crazy schedule that is ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS. They took my car back right away instead of asking me to either wait for 3 to 7 hours or drop it off and come back the next day (How can ANYONE do that???). Thank you so much, not only for taking my car so quickly, but for being very friendly and pleasant (which is also a HUGE change of pace from just about everywhere Ive ever been). The alignment was also the average price as everywhere else (maybe a tad cheaper) so I appreciate that as well!
