Comment: Have visited this shop several times over the past year (muffler replacement, windshield wiper blades replacement, headlight bulb replacement) also plan on visiting for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Prior to visiting here I have mainly gone to dealerships for vehicle maintenance and repairs, overall I wasnt happy with the service I received. Pricing here has been higher than the dealerships, but the service in comparison is much better. UPDATE.... Return visit on 2/9 for routine oil change and tire rotation and also recommended service cleaning the fuel system. Great crew with Brian, Mike, and George. Appreciated the 20% off for my return visit after deferring service my last visit. Special thanks to Mike whom did the work and accommodated my request to keep the driver seat in the position that was set and did not move it when bringing the vehicle in and out of the work area AND when doing a test drive after the fuel system cleaning. It was much appreciated, past requests of the same at the dealerships were balked at and ignored. Definitely will be returning in the future.

Comment: This week I called Kozak’s to get a new axleback exhaust system installed on my 2023 Camaro LT1. I called Kozak’s after not liking the response I received from another exhaust shop. Brian picked up the phone and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Being that the new ‘23 LT1 V8 has a variable exhaust system, Brian and his team were willing to go the extra mile to install my AFM valve simulators perfectly. They called me multiple times throughout the process to get my opinion on certain things they were doing (tack welding in areas, positioning of tips, etc.). They even kept it on the hoist until I arrived so I could check their work. I could not be happier with the results. My car is my baby, and they treated it like it was theirs, too. I’ll definitely be back and will definitely be referring friends and family in the future. Thank you Brian and team!

The staff was friendly and my exhaust issue was fixed quickly in one visit. They also do a complete inspection and point out other issues with your car and provide a quote to fix each item. Since I work on my own cars, I know the list they gave me was all valid issues so they will not try to scam you or pressure you into spending more money if you dont want to. I contacted Brian directly over the phone a few minutes before closing. I was able to set up an appointment that next morning at 9am. Donte was the technician assigned. Donte went above and beyond and took me into the service bay to address said issue. Comment: I took my 2010 Ford Fusion in for some exhaust work. I had a pretty bad leak in two areas. One of which I almost fixed with my step dad. We just couldn’t get one bolt out for the flex pipe..Thankfully George has better welding skills than me and my step dad and he welded a hex nut to the bolt in order to break it loose. He also put a sleeve in the middle of the exhaust where 12 years of Michigan winters and salt had caused another leak.The difference is night and day. Brian, the service advisor was very helpful and walked me through all the details regarding cost and payment (which by the way was quite reasonable).I’ll be heading back again soon to fix my air conditioning!

I think that I could have probably gotten a better price elsewhere, but they answered all of my questions, explained things to me in a friendly way(and didnt treat me like a dumb girl), and fixed my car really fast. If you want someone who will be able to get you in, explain things to you, but perhaps cost a bit more than someplace else then totes go with these guys!
