Comment: Everybody I spoke with at both the Warren and van dyke location were extremely kind and up front about what they could do. I called the Warren location first and they politely referred me to the van dyke location due to the heavy engine work that was needed. The person I spoke with at the counter was very nice and seemed eager to help. One of the mechanics came out to grab a cup of coffee, and we chatted for a couple of minutes about one of his personal trucks. All in all, they seemed very professional and honest. I took the car to them on Friday a little too late in the day, but they had it diagnosed early Monday. I ended up not having the car repaired because of the amount of work and cost that it required, but I would absolutely take my vehicles here again. Thank you for your help, Kozaks!

They listened to everything I had told them & took it all into consideration when they began work on my vehicle. Pulled me right into the bay and began their process. After an hour of diagnostics they discovered a couple of things to be replaced & they even replaced an item free of cost just because of a mistake they made. My car started making loud noises, I ended up at Mr muffler. Well to keep it simple. Mr muffler saved me so much money on my daughters car that I was able to get my car fixed and hers for less than what the dealership was charging for hers alone. Every one was friendly, they made what was starting to be a bad day a really good experience.

I have an older car and have done all repairs through the dealership, but when my exhaust blew out and I needed my car fixed quickly, I took a chance on going outside the dealership. And I am sooooo happy I did!! All of the mechanics are extremely nice and and a fun bunch to be around! They got my car right up and took a look. The exhaust was a quick fix, but they noticed something else wrong and suggested I fix it soon or it would be a major repair! There was no pressure to fix it now, like they just wanted me to spend more money…..but a heartfelt concern about repairs down the road! They took care of my exhaust and the additional repairs need extremely quick and at a very reasonable price! If you need work done to your car…..take it here! They will take good care of you! Comment: They were honest . I went to another place on my way home from work that place quoted 1,500 dollars. I went to Midas on van dyke near 14mile in Warren. Where I have been going for years. Mr Stein checked it out and said the other guy was a ripoff. Mr Stein said I needed just a little bit of work and it was only 560 dollars. And my jeep runs quietly and smoothly. Thank you Midas you saved me being charged 3X the amount it would have costed at the money stealing Tuffy muffler. I recommend MIDAS at Van Dyke & 14 mile in Warren to all of you. DAVE

Comment: Mike is great at Kozaks Mr. Muffler. Found myself in a pickle with a vehicle I purchased as a mechanics special in Sterling Heights. No front brakes at all and when the back brakes engaged they locked up. I live 45 minutes from SH. No way to drive it home. Mike gave me a name of a tow company to have it delivered to his shop. Made me a very fair quote and repaired my brakes. Not only that aired and patched a tire going soft for me plus replaced a front wheel bearing, repacked grease on the opposite side. Above and beyond service. If I lived in SH he would have all of my vehicle service business. I give a strong recommendation to Mike and Kozaks Mr. Muffler.

Comment: I went in for brakes for my truck. I got the best rotors and pads. Excellent price point. The owner inspected the vehicle and found the trans lines were leaking. The truck is a 2016. He ordered them for me that day. I made sure to get in asap. He called once the parts showed up. That saved my transmission from burning up. I cant thank him enough for that. They used my after market warranty without out any issue. Excellent service, price,and honest Im definitely going back. If youre in the area I recommend them.

Comment: I normally dont write reviews but the excellent service I received from Brian and his team at Mr. Muffler warrants a five star review.  They definitely care about providing the best service to their customers.  Long story short the exhaust system on my Chevy Malibu was destroyed by the horrific Michigan winters. Brian and his team performed a complete rework for an amazing price.  My car runs and sounds better than the first time I had my exhaust upgraded.  If you need your car repaired I highly recommend Mr. Muffler in Sterling Heights.

The good folks there came out after 15 minutes and told me that they were already perfectly aligned. I know this isnt actual service on the vehicle, but their honestly and forthrightness is as much a service as anything else. I recommend these gentlemen highly.

Weve been through a warranty issue and emergency repairs and weve always been happy with the way this shop handles each issue. My most recent repair originally had a pretty pricey quote due to damaged parts. However, the mechanic determined he could repair some of the damage which meant less parts had to be replaced. It literally made my bill HALF of the original quote. I was so relieved and thankful for their willingness to help me out every way they could. And my car runs so smooth now! Comment: Called this place out of the blue and out of desperation because their website said they were 4x4 experts.So, went there with what I believed to be some sort of a vacuum problem with the 4x4 on our 2011 F150.We had this problem already fixed by Suburban Ford a year ago and their warranty was expired by days and about 100 miles.So we take the truck there, within 2 hours I got a call from them. They found the problem and already fixed it. It was a $93 expense out the door to have it fixed. So I took my vehicle to Mr. Muffler for a front end alignment check. Turns out the vibration was caused by some impacted snow/ice in my wheel, and the wheel alignment was just fine. Comment: Greetings. I wish I could give 4.5 stars. I really like the people at this location. They are quick and efficient as well as courteous and professional. They even directed a customer to another location and helped him make an appointment to facilitate repairs closer to where he lived. I love the clean interior and bathroom, and free coffee. So, why 4 stars? The coffee pot is the old style, which means it sits all day until it is emptied. The location is a storefront which means that the waiting room can only seat 5 people comfortably, although in the summer there are nice benches outside the door (clean and painted red :) and the products they use are sometimes pricier, but they are always great quality. If I could give a 4.5 I would, because they have helped me fix my 10 year old car on several occasions and I will continue to return to them. They beat Belle Tires prices, the dealerships prices, and were willing to work on my car same day when 3 other companies told me I had to wait up to a week for an appointment. They are life savers and great mechanics. Thank you Brian. You guys rock!😊

Comment: I recently traveled from Georgia to Michigan to purchase a vehicle from, what was supposed to be, the BEST dealership in all of Michigan. Before my arrival I contacted the manager, Mr. Brian Wilson and informed that I would be in the area at 4pm(ish) and he made it very clear that he would ensure the vehicles ability to survive the 790 mile trip back home to Georgia as well as the vehicles safety; and best of all: he made sure I knew that he would accommodate me and squeeze me in. Mr. Wilson was extremely helpful, kind and had such a positive attitude.(even with my OCD and thoroughness) so we arrive at the dealership a little later than expected and Mr. Wilson assured me that he would have time to check the vehicle like I had said he would. At the dealership I had copious amounts of questions that rarely received a direct answer. Anyway, not only the sales associate but also the manager had promised (numerous times) that the vehicle was guaranteed safe and that their certified Ford Techs had performed the 30 point inspection along with other necessary tests, diagnostics, repairs and servicing that they (supposedly) do once they purchase a vehicle. So I decided to for sure take matters into my own hands and take the vehicle to a mechanic nearby to have it checked out myself. (There were quite a few red flags that made me weary)Since I had been in contact with Mr. Muffler and Mr. Brian Wilson, I (without hesitation) took the car to him to have him look and diagnose the car. Unfortunately, I had gotten very far off my timeline and arrived about 26 minutes before closing time HOWEVER Mr. Wilson along with his employees stayed after in order to make sure that they at least tested the vehicles safety and quickly lifted it to make sure everything was good enough to travel the journey ahead. Thank god they did what they did IN 15 MINUTES the guys at Mr. Muffler found 4 major issues that were deemed too dangerous for the 790 mile trip back to Georgia. I asked Mr. Wilson to please relay the results to my husband for me, which he GLADLY did. Heres the best part of my entire experience: (yes, it did get EVEN better) once all was said and done I asked Ok boss, what do I owe you? ( aside from regular fees) Mr. Wilsons response was, You owe me a deep breath. Just take a breath and calm down. These things can be fixed but is it worth what those repairs will cost? either way, just breath and calm downEven after keeping him and his employees from their families, they ALL were still so kind, understanding and I could honestly see their genuine concern for my safety. I know this review was extremely long but I felt the need to express how absolutely phenomenal the guys are over at Mr. Muffler on Van Dyke Avenue in Sterling Heights, MI. Its not too often you find a good, honest person and business. But Michigan: You all have one of the best mechanics I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.With all that said, Id it wasnt made blatantly clear, I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Brian Wilson and his staff at Me. Muffler on Van Dyke Ave in Sterling Heights, MI. (And would recommend them over and over again)

Comment: I had an issue with my car and was nervous to get it looked at because as a 21 year old woman who has no clue about cars, I always get warned about auto shop scams where they make up repairs for more money. My parents recommended I go to Mr. Muffler as they said theyve always gotten great service and prices. So I went and it turned out that my brake problem was actually a super simple & quick fix that was done free of charge. They really are an honest company with morals. I mostly dealt with Brian throughout this process and he was so polite and professional. I totally recommend them :)

Comment: We had a great experience with Brian at Mr. Muffler. I had taken my daughters vehicle in for a new muffler to another shop and they quoted me almost $600 to replace the muffler, tail pipe and resonator. I called Brian and he did the same repair for $150 less. I would highly recommend them. They are honest and great to work with. I will definitely use them again.

Comment: Had a muffler bracket bend on me a month after it was repaired here.Neither the manager nor I knew what caused it. Could have been kids tampering with it.They fixed it for free. I like their policy of when in doubt, the customer gets the benefit.I will be coming back. Just hopefully not as soon lol

Comment: Earlier this week I had gone to Mr Muffler in Sterling Heights, MI. I spoke with Brian who is the manager and one of his employees. They are both excellent workers, and they are very caring individuals. He did a brake inspection on my car and he guided me through the whole process, He wasnt someone who was rude and didnt care about his job. He even stayed an hour after closing and that itself meant a lot to me. I am returning to Mr. Muffler to get some work done on my car, I know they will get the job done right! Today I was greeted professionally and the technician did a fantastic job repairing my exhaust system. The store manager Mike was very pleasant to talk with and asked me if the repairs done on my vehicle were done to my satisfaction. He invited me back for future service needs and I will be back. Comment: I called around 3:30 inquiring about the installation of new axleback exhaust system. Despite calling last minute I was in and out within an hour and a half. I was greatly impressed by the courtesy displayed by the staff, as well as their quality work and attention to detail.
