Comment: I, Crystal Trent, rate my experience as a “five star”. My 2016 Ford Escape stalled on the freeway and the SUV would not start up. It lost power. My truck was towed to the Roseville shop. I want to acknowledge Mo and his team of mechanics for replacing the servitine belt and 2 other parts that hold the servitine belt. My truck was in the shop for 24 hours. I picked my car up on Thursday. I mentioned to Mo that my splash plate fell off my car from the rain storm 8 weeks ago. I put the splash guard in my trunk. Mo told me that he will reinstall it with no problem. The mechanics reinstalled my existing splash guard on the undercarriage of the vehicle with no extra charge. Mo and the mechanics were all polite and courteous. I will highly recommend other customers to take their vehicle there. Mo and his Team took very good care of my vehicle… I trust Mo with my vehicle anytime. It was an awesome experience.

Comment: Yesterday, I got a flat tire and pulled into the nearest gas station for assistance. Fortunately, Gratiot Automotive Center happened to be located right next door. I approached them and requested help with my tire. Dwight, a member of their team, promptly brought a jack and tools to my car, located next door, and discovered half of a razor blade embedded in the tire. He skillfully plugged the tire, filled it with air, but unfortunately, it continued to leak air. Recognizing the issue, Dwight went the extra mile by patching the tire and advising me to consider a replacement soon.When it came time to settle the bill, to my surprise, the owner informed me that there would be no charge. I had an exceptional experience with Gratiot Automotive Center, and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Comment: Two weeks ago I picked up a bolt in my tire at a construction site and got a flat tire and went to Goodyear at Macomb Mall. They made me wait two days for an appointment and with the appointment I had to wait an hour and a half and they charge me $20. One week later I was at the same construction site got another bolt in my tire I called the same Goodyear and he told me I couldnt come in for two days. I then called Goodyear at 26741 Gratiot and he said bring your car right in and will take care of you now. not only did they take care of me the minute I got there they called someone off a job to come outside jacked my car up and fix the tire. I wasnt there 20 minutes and I went inside to pay and he told me no charge! Both were Goodyear stores and one charge $20 made me wait two days in an hour and a half after my appointment and the other did it in 15 minutes and did it free! I would highly recommend Gratiot automotive center! Thank you guys for being so nice

Comment: Listen this place is my go to car repair shop. If I have anything I need done, Im calling them first to inquire about price. More often than not their prices are very competitive with surrounding shops and even shops that arent close.This location offers towing services and the speed of the towing service depends on a number of factors but they normally get to you pretty quickly. I needed a rear end replacement and not only did they give me the best price, they also located the part for me and it was a high quality part in very good condition. Brakes, tune-ups, lower control arms, trans inspections, you name it and they come through.They give great estimates and are always personable and helpful. They make sure you dont get cheated and if they say theyre going to do it, they stick to it. Anyone you talk to is going to give you an amazing experience and I speak so highly of them because they got me out of a jam a few times with timely repairs and finding off parts.

Comment: My experience at this Goodyear Auto center was outstanding , had me in & out , the staff had excellent award winning customer service. This shop gets everything down on a timely manner . They even got me financed $40 down payment , and I got a $1200 credit loan .

Comment: Ive had my 2000 ford ( bread truck ) for about 4 yrs now and nobody has been able to work on it correctly or have been taking short cuts to temporarily fix it. Kamal listened to everything I explained what I thought was wrong and took care of it no questions asked. Its the best this truck has ran since I got it. They definelty have my business in the future. Thanks a million guys

Comment: Went there to get brakes done because they were close to my house. All employees were very polite. Was told I needed almost entire assemby replaced. Cost around $1200. Since Ive never had work done there before I brought it to a place that I have experience with and they gave me the same diagnosis. Unfortunately I ended up paying $75 more because I wanted the second opinion but I will be comfortable going there in future.

Comment: I was in area and need to ask them a question about my truck I had, this was a few months ago. So I go in a customer was arguing with the manager. That ended so I then ask the employee about mufflers and if they repair them he said NO. Like a rude no and he didnt even look at me. By the way I stood there for like ten mis before someone ask me if I need help. I feel as if customer service needs improvement in with this Firestone.

Even, George, and the whole crew were super helpful, worked quick and efficiently, informed me of some recalls that are occurring on my car, and even offered up financing for the additional services I need later. Comment: To me, Firestone was the easy choice due to how close they were. But I came to find that proximity was not the only thing they had going for them.I had recently gone to Belle Tire for new tires but there were a few other odd things that I wanted to get checked on my jeep so I left it at Firestone. As it turned out, there were a few other things that they felt needed to be done so they contacted me and I walked over.As I came in, I saw my jeep lifted up and the manager (I think) Even recognized me and dropped what he was doing in order to help me out. It was obvious that I was green so without a second thought he invited me to the workshop to show and explain to me exactly what needed to be done.Now it doesnt take a plumber to know that a pipe is leaking. Likewise, the awful pitting corrosion and excessive rust was so glaring that Im shocked that Belle Tire didnt say anything. Firestone on the other hand, was quick to point things out, even things they didnt work on.The main drawback of Firestone, however, is that they appear to be understaffed. Even is a g-d at multi-tasking but still, I feel that there should have been another employee at the desk. He is very skilled and charming but I think his having to do a million things at once is holding him back.Also, I recommend trying to haggle with them a little bit if you spend a lot of money, I was able to save a 100 dollars by using the classic I know a guy who can fix that trick.Overall, I give them 4 stars: though not the ultimate go-to auto shop, they had great customer service and transparency.P.S. I looked in the back and actually saw someone using a torque wrench, which is a corner that a lot of mechanics these days like to cut.

Comment: My water pump went out Saturday afternoon. Jay was able to squeeze me in so I wouldnt be without a car and could keep our family plans.Staff was friendly and they were helping people who walked in even when they were supposed to be closing.No problems with the fix and felt they were very thorough making sure all of the cooling system was in good shape.I would highly recommend going here. I will be returning for any future repairs.

Comment: I am a mother of 3 ..I have been paying thousands of dollars to mobile mechanics because that was my only option I thought..then I saw a ad on Facebook about financing and I actually had to read it a couple of times ...they are a blessing...they got me financed for repairs...i thought there was no other options.they are heros..a saint to everyone who has struggles and thinks theres no other way..I will forever brag about them..and their honest they tell you how it is they dont over charge their honest..and everyone Ive talked to is positive.they will go above and beyond to help you in any way they can they kept the shop open for me 2 hes after they were closed..just to help me someone they dont even know..they are genuinely heartfelt caring angels..

Comment: Good Year located on 11mile scammed me out of my money never completed my repairs. Sold there building to Roseville Auto Center, and they fixed all my repairs for free. There are still good people in this world. With a caring heart. I would recommend this company to everyone that needs car repairs.

Comment: I had a fantastic experience with these guys. I needed a full set of tires and they gave me a great price and did a full safety check as well. I also had them handle my oil change and I couldnt be happier. The waiting area is nice with a big TV to watch Netflix on. Everyone there is super nice and friendly as well. I will definitely be bringing my car back for other repairs and maintenance work.
