Mike helps out a lot and was consistently professional and helpful. I also met one of their guys named Carlos who never let me run out of bottled water for my own personal enjoyment. All together this team got me in and out of their shop in less than a full day and the cost was reasonable and what I expected. Highly recommended.

Comment: Gerry got me in right away on a Saturday morning. His guys diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes. A coolant line was rubbing against an A/C line and the coolant had leaked out. I was impressed the way they repaired it with an upgraded material vs a factory part, so the problem will never happen again. Facility was clean and comfortable. I will definitely consider Gerrys in the future.

Comment: Gerrys is by far my favorite Auto Repair center around. While they are not the cheapest repair shop around, I feel you definitely get honest and quality service without the hassle and non-essential add-ons. When my engine light & EPC light came on in my 2011 Tiguan in June, Gerrys concluded it was 2 out of 4 coils went bad. I requested them to replace all four while the engine was taken apart, but they insisted it wasnt needed to save me money. Yesterday, with my luck, the other two coils went on my way to work. Not only did they significantly reduce labor costs to fix the coils, it was done that same day. I drive from Ferndale because I like working with Gerrys.

Comment: I heard of an honest place in waterford. Heard this before so ws causious. Was told I didnt need the expensive part after all at this place ( Gerrys Auto) Just needed adjustment. Also another time I had to have my car towed and expected the big tuneup cost. NOPE ! Just cleaned MAF sensor and we were back on the road. Only known this place a few months but WOW ! Last time I needed some expensive air shocks but when I went to pick the car up, he explained that the price was a lot lower than he had originally quoted. Hmmm. He had the OK for up to X amount but, it was actually a lot less. I guess he will make good proffit on volume because he is a very honest guy. Owner , Manager, Helper, Gerry at Gerrys Auto Yes I would definatly suggest going here and I have to all my friends and relitives. John Hubble
