Comment: Some weeks back I put a tire cap on my truck & it cross threaded & I couldnt get it off so I stopped to 2 different places & one of them estimated $60 - $100 & the other place wanted me to leave my truck for 2-3 hrs & wouldnt give me an estimate so Im like No way! So on the way home I stopped by Freedom Auto & a young man (I think his name was Chase came out to take a look at it & within 5 minutes Chase had all 4 caps off & new caps on & said youre all set, have a great day! & he didnt even charge me! I now take my truck there for all repairs & its so refreshing to know that just because Im an older Lady coming in alone they dont try to take advantage of me! Chases Mom raised a good man & Freedom hired an excellent employee! Thank you Freedom Auto for all you do & for being honest business people, I truly appreciate it!!

If I could give 10 stars I would!I was hauling my rather large truck and horse trailer down to Hesperia from mesick for an Endurance ride.The Alternator went our in the truck at Housemans.AA towing came and helped limp me back to freedom auto repair.Robert at freedom was very concerned ,that I had a overheating horse on my rig.They pulled out all the stops to get a new Alternator on my very hard to find parts truck.. (2003 gmc topkick 4500)Thats a commercial sized truck.Within 2 hours I was back on the road, and the repair was very reasonably priced.I also had unloaded my horse and they offered to get him water. They were not only concerned about my truck but also my horse.We went on to ride 50 miles that weekend and come in 2nd place and 3rd place for our 25 mile races .Our very first 25 mile finish! And we did it twice!I cannot thank, these kind caring men enough.You saved the day, and we appreciate you so very much!I highly recommend these guys!

Comment: The folks here at Freedom Auto Repair have helped my out of some big problems when my vehicle breaks down. Just recently, on a Holiday Weekend, they got my truck in on 1 day notice and got it back to me the same day. Since I had to fly out of town Sunday I would have been in a really tough spot with no transportation to Grand Rapids if not for their quick turnaround. Everyone is friendly, pleasant, fast, and reasonably priced. They are my go to shop for Auto Repair and Maintenance when I am in the area. Thank You Freedom Auto!

Comment: Fantastic service! Mechanic Brad and Service Clerk Jessica knew we were in a bind. We were stranded near Baldwin. Our motorhome was fine, but the car was dead and we had a reservation in the morning to take the ferry across Lake Michigan to Wisconsin. When you have a big vehicle like our motorhome you need a reservation a week ahead so if we couldnt go tomorrow, itd be another week before we could go and that would good up all our plans. They empathized with us and pulled out all the stops to get the problem diagnosed, the parts ordered, delivered and installed. They also worked after closing to assure we could get on the ferry the next morning. Thank you Freedom Auto Repair!
