Comment: Our accessible van was damaged in a minor accident, this van is critical to our family since its the way we transport our son to schools and doctors visits, including London once a week. The only day we dont need the van is Mondays. They took the van on the next Monday and made sure they made all repairs within 4 hrs. to get it back to us ASAP. They were amazing and so understanding of our situation. Thats not all, (not sure they want this info shared) they didnt charge us. Seriously , who does this.

Insurance got me to these guys and they squeezed me in on short notice, walked me through the process and stayed in touch on repairs and even let me come see the car!Professional and friendly all around, and the day I got my car back was in the ball park range they gave me for repair finish! My car looked fantastic when I picked it up, professionally cleaned and cant even tell I was hit!Thank you guys a lot, your service was very much appreciated, I know where Ill be going should I need repairs again!

To whoever reads this, GO HERE!Bought my car with a bit of touched up paint on the hood.. never realized until it rained how awful the touch up was. Also had to buy a new (different coloured) passenger door... So, needless to say, I needed a new paint job.Took the car to Fix Auto Windsor Central in Fall of 2013. Anthony was very helpful through the whole process. He was very flexible with drop-off times, and the car was done faster than I expected.Paint colour was a metallic silver, and I know some places have issues with the metallic paints. Paint looks awesome, car was so shiny and new again! Ive had no issues.Went to Fix Auto again to get an appraisal on a used car I was purchasing. Anthony fit me in with no problems and was very helpful in this process as well.
