Comment: I have used that Firestone Briarwood for over 20 years and they have always taken care of me from fitting me in when i have had several different hub assemblies go out on me and they got my repair done fast so that i was not layed up with no vehicle to scheduling oil changes over my lunch hour.The support that i have been given by the office crew from tires to tune-ups has been tremendous and it is a great feeling that they have alway had my back.

Last week I had an issue with the weight on a tire coming off and Steve quickly got me in and had it fixed. Comment: Dropped my truck off for an alignment today around 9:30, didnt have an appointment. I asked if they could squeeze it in for an alignment today if I could leave it until 5:30pm.They said not a problem, I got a call 50 minutes later saying it was good to go.Thats an insane turn around time for a drop off. And that wasnt the best part.I asked if they could get my alignment to a specific value within the allowable factory specifications. The guy who did the alignment got it dead nuts on the mark perfect.Truck has never driven better. Im totally satisfied with the results and the service.Corporate, give these fine folks a bonus. This store provided literally the most exemplary experience for a customer possible. Would give 10 stars if I could.They do more than alignments, too and with that display of efficiency, Id certainly recommend that anyone reading this should feel confident in their ability to get your car squared away and back on the road.

Comment: I scheduled through their website for an oil change and vehicle inspection.When I arrived they took my information quickly. Within a few hours they called back with recommended work based on the inspection. I discussed the significance of each recommendation and they were understanding when I declined some recommended work.They completed all the work and the oil change promptly so I was able to pick up my car at the end of the day.I was in the lobby for a short time but it seemed to be clean, at a comfortable temperature, and at a comfortable sound level. I didnt check Wi-fi performance and chair comfort because I didnt stay for the day. If your plan is to stay while Firestone completes your service/repairs, I recommend checking other reviews for such information.It was a simple process with good results so I would recommend this Firestone to friends.

Comment: I was told by a different place that I needed my front brakes replaced really soon, so I booked an appointment at Firestone which is much closer to my home. I took it in this morning and with half an hour got a call asking if I was having brake issues. They let me know I had 7mm of brake material left, (not the 2mm the other place told me), and that they do not need to be replaced yet. They told me the only thing their tech could see was the engine air filter is getting a little dirty, he told me the cost of that, and encouraged me to get the most life out of it and have it done with my next oil change. They’re not doing any work for me today, but I will 100% be coming back to this location for future service because I know they’re honest and forthright.

Replacement was the only solution and it was very very expensive. Long story short they had it fixed within 24hrs and covered reflashing etc that could only be done at a dealer. They have always been upfront with pricing with me, they dont try to sell me unneeded repairs or services, they do a good job and I trust them. This last time, they went above and beyond, they did a repair and the replacement part turned out to be mis-manufactured (the manufacturers fault), so they couldnt finish the repair and get my wheel back on, and another part was going to take over a day to get. I now had no car. They said this wasnt my responsibility, they obtained a loaner car for me until the repair was complete, and ate the higher price of the replacement part they ended up getting. They turned a bad situation into a good one, this is excellent customer service. I highly recommend Briarwood Firestone, they took good care of me, and I will keep coming to them with my cars!

Comment: Its the small things in life that make you appreciate the good in people. I live south of Monroe Mi. On my way to an appointment, my boyfriends truck check engine light started blinking. I knew this couldnt be good. I finished my appointment and was going to go to the nearest gas station when I saw Firestone. I decided to pop in. I explained my dilemma. This very kind young man said he would take a look. The oil was down 1 qt. Then he plugged in a reader to see if it threw a code. Sure did. There was a misfire on one of the cylinders. He gave me suggestions on how to baby it home, 45 miles away. I asked how much for what he did. There was no charge. He told me to pay it forward. Firestone, you have an upstanding man with a big heart working for you. Hes a keeper!!!

Comment: A quick service tire shop across JC Penny at the Briarwood circle. Staff are professional in their attitude and service was quick. It gets crowded some times but plenty of parking around. You can leave the car with them and spend time at the mall.

Comment: Went in to get my alignment checked. Originally said it should take about an hour and a half but they finished up in about 45 minutes. The gentleman working the front desk was polite and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I would highly recommend this shop!

I went for an oil change and tire alignment and the price was very reasonable at ~$25 for the oil change and ~$80 for the alignment.The only complaint is that I have taken 2 vehicles here and they seem to forget to call you when the car is ready for pickup.

Comment: I dont understand all these negative reviews.. I personally have never had an issue with this firestone by briarwood mall. The guys up front are wonderful people. Very polite and considerate.. Ive taken my car there on many occasions at last min times.. Like calling at 730 am and they are able to look and if needed fix in time for me to get it after i get off work at 4. Great service great people.. These guys dont treat me like Im stupid like most repairs shops do. They actually respect people.

Comment: I have become a huge fan of Firestone over the past few years and this location is particularly great. Heres why I will never go anywhere else with my cars...1. One stop shop. If you get tires here, buy the lifetime alignment. You can get your alignment done and tires rotated when you come in for regular service. Makes your tires last a lot longer and your car drives much better.2. National database. The stores are all linked so they have service record for your vehicles and its just generally more convenient. Ive used them in Michigan, Texas and Arizona.3. Honest, reliable service and low prices. Several times Ive thought something might be a big deal like a replacement might be needed, and they found a way to replace a very small part and it ended up costing hardly anything. When they see something big, they tell me and then theres no pressure to do it right away. Theyre always honest when something can wait for six more months.

Comment: I have been taking my car here for about 8 years or so, and Ive always had a positive experience. I usually get second opinions when it comes to cost of repairs and this Firestones pricing has always been pretty fair. (in contrast the Firestone on S. Division is NOT). I mostly appreciate the fact they do not try and pressure me into extra repairs, they do a great job of educating me about the issues on my car and let me make the final decision. The last time I went I had a few minor things fixed, my oil changed and a general check up for only 25$! The guys that help you out in front are also very professional and approachable.

Comment: Generally satisfied. They try to sell you additional things and you have to just decline them, but in my experience they have done good, honest work. Ive had them replace tires and do oil changes.
