From our initial phone call to our in-person visit, we were treated as a valued customer with friendliness and professionalism by both Brad and Jesse. Our problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. We had not had this kind of service from another Tire and Auto chain in the area, so we will now definitely be switching to this Firestone store for not only tires, but for other auto care services as well!

At first, they thought that I needed a battery, but after the starter was installed, the mechanic found that the battery was in good condition. Brad quickly revised the repair estimate and informed me that I didnt need a battery. Firestone has an awesome warranty policy! Brad was also very cheerful and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this repair shop.

He is one of the most on point, efficient managers Ive ever dealt with in any business, especially higher paced retail. He is sharp, quick, wastes zero time, but somehow still finds time to build rapport to provide fantastic customer experience! I would highly recommend driving here if you live within a 50 mile radius.

Comment: Stopped in this morning for a tire issue, losing air. Jason brought me into garage to show me 2 different pieces of mental in tire. He asked how old my tires were, as they didnt look too old, maybe they are still under warranty. Jason was kind enough to lower car so I could get paperwork from glovebox. Purchased tires 15 months ago, we also looked that miles werent over the 60,000. Another worker helped me interpret coverage warranty! Talk about customer service! They werent trying to sell me new tires, they were being helpful, honest and transparent!I will be back for sure! As a woman, they made me feel extremely comfortable by explaining current situation and next steps. Thank you Firestone Team for making my day better!See you next timeLast time I was in, team noticed my wheel was cracked. They provided me with 2 different solutions. Since crack isnt too severe, they recommended junk yard instead of paying $400-500 for 1 wheel.Thank you for you transparency as youve gained my trust.I read a review that stated theyre expensive. Guess it depends on your needs. Im guessing theyre cost would be higher; more staff/easy to walk in and get repair (not waiting weeks for service), highly trained professionals make better wages, high customer service.I highly recommend and will be back.

While performing a routine oil change, the Service Manager (Brett) not only identified a leak on my hydraulic steering line, but was able to locate and order the part with a rapid turnaround. When the part arrived, I was professionally greeted by Todd and then Brett and his team repaired the damaged line. I have been really impressed with the service and repair staff. Comment: This place is good. I have gone there to have work on both of my vehicles for various issues. They are pleasant, knowledgeable people. I took my car once for coolant issue and they said they just had to tighten a loose clamp and I was good to go. After I brought it home I noticed the issue wasnt fixed and I was leaking a lot of antifreeze out of my car, so I took it back. After they spent more time with it, They found the issue was actually my thermostat bypass pipe and replaced it. I have always had the work done here and will continue to do so. They are almost always busy, but they never kept my vehicle extremely long. They are very nice and they are great about calling you when they find the problem. They reccomend whats needed and will work with you on doing the most important work before the work that can be held off on. I like this because sometimes I cant afford to get everything fixed at once. I pay for them to fix whats most important than take it back for the minor things. The young lady up there is honest and helpful with anything and everything. Thank you all for running a great business and keeping this customer very happy!! 😁👍

Comment: One of the most surprising things about this place is that the little corner with the tv also has a plastic tire that opens up to reveal a bunch of toys for kids. I dont expect to find something like that in a simple tire place so that was something incredibly great to have at my disposal considering I have a very mischievous two year old. This kept her occupied and out of everyones way.Their tires are pretty good. You get what you pay for for sure. And they dont take too terribly long to put them on. All in all, a good place.
