Comment: I had an interesting experience with this place. Needed a new maf sensor and spark plugs they did the job but when I got my car back it was putting and stalled out which it never did before. So I was pissed and went back up there and they apologized and told me they would look at it again free of charge. So they did and it turned out the maf sensor they got was a faulty sensor and they didn’t even do anything wrong but they still apologized like crazy like it was their fault. All the other places I called couldn’t get to my car for days but this place did it in one day and my car runs like a dream now. So ya these guys are legit. Only put 4 stars because of the headache i went through. But really it wasn’t there fault so I’d go here again

Comment: Went there to get a estimate for front struts on my Tahoe. There very expensive and they gave me a great deal. I also got all my belts changed. They were very fast and used factory parts from dealer. The price was way better than I got from other places. The customer service was great and very professional. I would highly recommend them. I drove truck for a few hours after I picked it up feels and drives amazing. I think I found my new mechanic station.

They definitely care about providing the best service to their customers. Long story short the exhaust system on my Chevy Malibu was destroyed by the horrific Michigan winters. I had a busy work week so I was hoping to find a shop open on the weekend, after turning through one of the coupon flyers we get in the mail, I saw an ad for Fast track Auto Care so I checked and sure enough they were open on Saturday so I woke up early and took in the car. For pads and rotors all around, it was under $600 and they got the whole thing done in 3 hours. Both guys I talked to were friendly and happy to help. I will definitely return to Mr. Brakes for future repairs and I recommend them to you as well!

Comment: I drove from Ohio to Michigan to visit home/family and heard a bad noise coming from my car as soon as I got there so I went in the shop and found out the current place I was taking my car to scammed me. Thanks to the manager and his family’s neighborly ways and kindness, I didn’t have blow my entire savings and end up stranded on my vacation. Comment: Came here after I got burned by a local place. fast track auto center didnt have availability that day but did put me down for as soon as they could evaluate my vehicle, which was two days later.I brought my car here that day and they were SO communicative and did not try to sell me on anything other than the issues I knew I had brought it in for in the first place!I ended up approving the repairs on my brakes and my struts, and they had it done and taken care of in 24 hours even though I know they were shorthanded. They even threw in a cleaning of the spark plugs because (I think) of the amount of money and time I spent here. The labor here is not cheap but it was worth it to me knowing that 1) I didnt have to do it myself & 2) the parts used were quality.As a young woman I have been through the ringer with shops trying to take advantage of me without realizing that I do a lot of my own maintenance & that I understand how to inspect my own vehicle. These guys were respectful, honest, and quick. I was very pleased with the work done after bringing it home and inspecting it, & will certainly be back in the future.

He found issues that could have been a serious issue (could have caused me to be in an accident, if not addressed). Very nice and professional, as well as honest! Showed me all the old parts that were replaced, providing me with the proof of the seriousness of the reasons that he (Sam) did all he did!! Sam is friendly, calls when he says he will, gives accurate estimates and, this last time, even performed a repair on the air intake valve on my car at no cost. It doesnt get any better than that! I highly recommend this repair shop for their honesty, customer care, and quality repairs.
