Comment: I stopped in looking for a used car after hours and noticed one that I liked and came back the next day to test drive. I thought the price was fair and naught it. A week later needing to replace a second car that was having issues and found another one on their lot. Again I felt the price was fair and bought it. One of the cars had a check engine light come on two days after my purchase. I called the and they said to bring it in. They were able to diagnose the problem and fixed it free of charge. Overall I was very happy with overall experience with Faithful Auto.

Its been to a couple places but this one had my car 2 days, gave me a free loaner car, and at the end they said either i fixed it the previous weekend or its an odd very intermittent problem. They didnt charge me anything for the services. The staff was very friendly. The guy I rode in the car with increased my knowledge of vehicles and scanners while he rode with me to see if i could get the car to fail with the scanner hooked up. Great experience all around.

Comment: I am so happy to have found an honest shop that I trust with my repairs. They even found and fixed an issue I knew was happening but the dealer and other shops couldn’t “feel” what I did. Chad is the best! Thanks!I came in with a super hot rear wheel (of course it wasn’t hot when I drove her there) but they did what was necessary to replace the calipers. They didn’t try to sell me all four or new brakes.They took pictures of my car (complete with kitty toe prints), the diagnostic tools used to show if my battery needs to be replaced, measured my tire tread depth, and a lot of recommended maintenance to be done when she hits the 100,000 mile mark. This was sent to my phone so I could review it and make plans to have the service done at that time.I will definitely be back and recommend this shop to anyone. It’s worth the drive to have peace of mind.

Nothing showed up and the light switched off. My Car went into them for an unknown brake issue on 9-30, on 10-5 They called me and let me know what the issue was and how long it would take and a price estimate. Took my car to their shop, late in the day, the office when I entered was neat and clean and everyone was very welcoming and helpful. The next day I received a detailed inspection report on my car, it was 10 pages long, most complete report I have ever seen. I called and spoke with Lance and he helped me to determine what items were the most urgent. The work was completed quickly and was very reasonably priced. Due to an issue with my towing service, they didnt get my car until late Thursday. It was a Holiday weekend so I didnt hold out much hope for the repairs to be done. On Tuesday, they called with some bad news, that my radiator was cracked. They ordered the part and had my car ready for pick up by Wednesday afternoon. By mid afternoon I received a detailed text message about the health of my vehicle. That was quickly followed up by a phone call by a technician explaining the results. Comment: We just got our truck back from Faithful Auto Repair. To say we were pleased in an understatement. The staff and techs are # 1. Our truck broke down in Ludington last week. We called and got estimates for the repairs in that area. When that came back at almost 8000.00, we were going to just junk it. I went on line and was pleased with the reviews from Faithful. After calling and talking to Mike ( the tech who works on diesel engines), he gave us a quote 4000.00. HALF the cost. We had the truck towed to the wonderful repair shop and have to say it was the best decision we could have made. Jessica and Frank, who works the front area along with the mechanics are beyond good. So friendly and completely knowledgeable. We will using this wonderful repair shop for all of our future car and truck repairs. I suggest if you are in need of an auto or truck repair, please give them a call. I dont think you will be disappointed.

They also found a leak that was barely started while they were performing the work and replaced what needed to be replaced while they were in there, which saved me a lot of time, grief and money down the road.
