Comment: They did a really great job with my LR4. The timing chains went out and required a significant repair. They may not be the most affordable option, but they did good work. And I would trust them over anyone else in the area. When we ran into a few hiccups after the repair they immediately took action and picked up the vehicle and returned it to me. My LR4 has helped create some really fond memories for myself with family and friends and I look forward to *hopefully* many more years with it. Thank you!

Comment: Took my recently purchased FJ in for some much needed service. Many lights lit on the dash, cruise control, ABS, and traction control all not functioning, a late clunking sound up front as I went over any small bump, and engine was clearly struggling a bit. (Loud, and on the highway always felt to be straining, too easily jumping into overdrive). Kyle the tech was excellent, listened to my descriptions of my issues and told me, “we’ve seen that before…” He swiftly found all the issues, including a quite serious and hidden one, and all repairs were completed in just over a day. (I believe a part had to be ordered which took the extra few hours). They were very friendly, and highly expert. Completely jazzed on the outcome. My rig now drives like a new vehicle. This has been the best interaction with a garage I have ever had to date, and will definitely go back to them when I need any kind of work or maintenance done. Outstanding. Comment: I was returning to Chicago from a weekend camping trip near Ludington, Mi when I experienced car trouble right as I hit Grand Haven (my EPC light and “Check Engine” light came on. As luck would have it, I was right next to EuroAsian Auto Care when I experienced these issues. I spent the night in Grand Haven and took my car to EuroAsian Auto Care first thing in the morning. Even though they were booked solid for the next couple of weeks, Mike assured me he’d squeeze me in. He had the issue diagnosed and repaired before lunch time. He also effectively communicated with me along the way, even sending me a photo of the issue. The price for the service was also very reasonable. Best of all, Mike followed up with me to make sure I made it back to Chicago ok (which I did)! If you’re looking for a reasonable, caring, honest and transparent place to have your import serviced in the Grand Haven area, I highly recommend EuroAsian Auto Care. Comment: These guys did a good job on repairing my 2013 Nissan Juke. Had fuel pump/sending unit replaced. Took a while for parts to arrive (2 weeks), supply chain issues. Once parts came in, it was done on a few hours. Mike Chan stayed in contact with me on the diagnosis and parts issues from beginning to when they arrived. Down fall was that my car was fixed and in the parking lot and no one called me telling me it was done. I called the next morning to check on the progress. Thats how I found out my vehicle was ready.My Juke is working properly with no lingering issues. There is more work to be done so Euro Asian is where Ill be going. Good job guys.

Comment: I cant say enough about the service I received from Mike and his team at EuroAsian Auto Care. A little over a month ago I noticed my Maserati GranTurismo was shifting abnormally at gears 1 and 2. I had first taken the car to two different mechanics one of which being the dealership for the make of the car. The dealership determined I needed a complete replacement of the transmission at a total cost of well over $22,500 for parts and labor. They offered no other alternative. This was obviously prohibitively expensive and I likely would have had to junk the car or trade it in to somebody willing to sell the car for parts. I fortunately opted for a third opinion and brought the car to EuroAsian Auto Care. Mike quickly diagnosed a transmission fluid leak at the pan gasket. The fluid level was 3 quarts low. Fortunately the clutches in the transmission were okay. He replaced the filter and gasket at a total cost of $998. After which the car has been shifting normally.

Comment: Fantastic experience - I never leave reviews however this experience was wonderful and I always know that its difficult to find a new mechanic and something that people are hesitant about, because there are so many horror stories out there. If youre reading this because youre curious as to how they will treat you and your car because youve never been there before, rest assured. I have zero connections to this mechanic but in the end they were much better than the other mechanic that I had used for many years. This was the exact opposite of a horror story and actually quite pleasant. Literally everyone that I dealt with from the front desk to the two mechanics that worked on my car was fantastic. The pickup and drop-off service was great as well. There was a delay in dropping the car off to my house however this was due to traffic and construction and there was clear communication about every delay sent to my phone by text. This made it very easy for me to continue working and not worry about trying to arrange a ride at an uncertain time. Communication with the mechanics, both in person and over text was quick and concise. Everything was done professionally. My car was cleaner when they dropped it off at my house and when I had brought it in for service. This was a pleasant surprise as well.

He also replaced an incorrect oil drain plug that was weeping oil, lubed chassis and checked fluid levels.The car was fixed that afternoon and I was able to pick it up that evening.The shop was very busy, but Mike took the time explain the repair to me. Comment: I would highly recommend! I have brought my 01 Porsche Boxster S in twice and both times I have been extremely pleased with the care and great communication. They are fast, professional, super friendly, and charge very fair prices. The customer service is like no other, I had my car in for a new impulse sensor, and as I was leaving the lot, the check engine light came back on. I let Mike know and he didnt hesitate at all to check it out and even fixed the minor issue free of charge within the same hour that I brought it back to his shop! They will also only fix what you want, check in with what the issue is before proceeding with repairs, and wont add any unnecessary charges or maintenance that your car doesnt need. Comment: Was told by another repair facility that my Volvo S80 needed a new front drive shaft and would be 1200 dollars. Brought it to Euroasian Auto, they diagnosed the problem correctly and it was actually a motor mount and there was nothing wrong with the drive shaft. This saved me about 800 dollars and fixed the problem. Euroasian Auto also fixed a transmission cooler line much cheaper than anyone else around. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and affordable. I had been literally hammered with many thousands in repairs and was devastated by having to put in a new front differential. The dealership quoted me a number that was over the top - seems like each time I went in there was yet another major issue. I searched for another solution and had a great feeling after talking with Mike over the phone, so I took a chance, and wasn’t disappointed. Mike found a gently used part and installed it, but was not satisfied with the way it sounded. He hunted down another and had it over-nighted for immediate install. He was not willing to compromise for a quick turn around. I recently had it in for another repair - new water pump. Despite being super busy, he got it fixed and back to me in a reasonable time. His communication and care is more than appreciated. I have one more major repair (fingers crossed), and will only trust Mike to take care of it. I had a very unexpected issue with my car while driving on the highway, when I went to autozone to find out if it was my battery (the light had come on, on my dash after a loud noise) I was told my issue was an alternator and boy am I glad I didn’t just buy that part immediately. I took my car into Mike Chan at Euro Asian auto care SAME DAY and was able to find out that it actually wasn’t my alternator but a belt and tensioner that needed fixing! It ended up being done ALOT faster than I could’ve done at home (and definetly better haha) and ended up being cheaper than an alternator from autozone! Comment: I drove over from Lansing to have Mike service my 2011 Honda Pilot after my dad recommended his shop. I had a check transmission warning pop up that had me really concerned and he got me right in. Within a day, he diagnosed, got the parts in and repaired not only the transmission issue, but an emission system issue that had also caused a check engine light, as well as new spark plugs. The dealer had previously quoted me an insane amount for the emissions (EVAP) issue years before and I was afraid to bring it back to them. I know Mike saved me a lot of money on these three repairs, and all done with friendliness, and in a spotless environment.
