I had to replace my transmission and EJ found a low mileage one and gave me warranty beyond what most shops offer for a used transmission. Simply unheard of in this day and age. The level of quality of his workmanship is unparalleled and only inspires confidence in what you will receive which is a vehicle that will be fully reliable. My trans is now shifting silky smooth and put the fun back into driving for me and my family. You’ve earned a customer for life, Sir. Comment: I cannot recommend this shop enough! I am forever grateful to them. My car had a parasitic draw problem for over two years. I had constant anxiety over my car because more often than not, it would not start and required a jump. I missed or was late to tons of appointments and started to rely on other people to be around to give me a jump or lend me their car. I took my car to a number of mechanics over the years, had fuses pulled, tests ran, and many parts replaced to no avail. This was all very expensive and nothing was fixed. I was told to just start and drive my car daily to charge the battery (no thanks, waste of gas and time), or unhook my battery every time I parked so my battery didnt have a chance to drain (no remote start if we did that!).No one could diagnose the problem! Finally I found EJs online. They performed a miracle and found the issue with my car AND fixed it within a week of me dropping it off. I was prepared to leave it there for a couple weeks! My car was not an easy case, but regardless they figured it out for me and did not give up like everyone else did. They were in constant communication with me to let me know what was going on, what the next steps were and why, and not once was I talked down to (this sadly happened a number of times with other shops). Their pricing is more than fair and you will not get better service anywhere else. Thank you SO MUCH to EJs. 🥰

I saw this place had 5 stars here on google, so I thought I’d give them a call to have my brakes done. This was the 4th place I called in the area for a quote on cost/turn around time and they had the best deal. I dropped my suv off during off hours and my brakes were done the same day and ready before 2pm.I went to pick up my suv and saw very honest service given to a customer In front of me whom of which was a woman. She was asking questions about her service and EJ was honest about her struts not needing to be replaced just yet, which made her very happy. I feel like any other auto shop would have taken advantage of her. But not EJ. This is the kind of shop I’d trust my wife to take her car (without me present) and know she’s not going to get ripped off.As for my service, EJ was great. While he was cashing me out we made small talk about the red wings (he had decor on his wall) and he was extremely friendly and personable the whole experience. The atmosphere made me feel like I was in my uncles garage, and it was awesome!I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else in the future.Thanks again for superb service, EJ!

Comment: If you are looking for the BEST doctor for your car then stop searching anywhere else, believe me EJ is the BEST doctor for any make or model.For my Benz C300 (2016), I was getting a squeaking noise while turning the steering wheel. The dealership recommended that I should replace the Spring arms to fix the problem. I thought of getting a second opinion which brought me to EJ and now I am with EJ for the whole life. Instead of replacing the parts EJ fixed the issue by lubricating the ball joints which not only saved my money but also stopped my search for the entire life. The way he explained the issue and the way he resolved it was really amazing. From the bottom of my heart I want to say Thank you for everything. I hope this expresses my gratitude towards EJ and his super team.I assure you that once you reach to EJ then you will never go anywhere else. EJ is the man to whom you can blindly trust. He and his staff are by far the best that I know of and the only ones I can recommend if all around great service is important to you.After being greatly disappointed by the poor customer service and performance of my 2020 Land Rover I decided to get rid of it and take my 2007 Saturn out of storage to drive in its place. I left the dealership and drove straight to EJ to plead for his help. Understanding my dilemma, EJ compassionately took on the project of getting my Saturn road ready after having been stored for the better part of 8 years. It needed a moderate amount of work that I had put off since I wasn’t driving it and although EJ already had his hands full with other clients (a true testament to his great service and reliability) he didn’t turn me away.Integral: I had my vehicle towed to EJ’s Auto Service first thing the next morning. EJ has a drop box service so your vehicle can be left at any time. When I called to check the status he let me know that aside from checking it in, he hadn’t and wouldn’t be able to look at it right away. I appreciated hearing that because it assured me that all of his clients are equally important.Honest: when EJ called with his assessment he went over every detail explaining what was wrong, how it affects my vehicle and why he recommends it being repaired. He stands by his work. The proof? There was one repair he advised I needed however he strongly recommended the repair be completed somewhere else. He could do it but it wasn’t his speciality. For him it wasn’t about the money, it was about making sure my repairs were done right and with confidence. EJ didn’t leave me hanging, he provided the name and number of someone he trusted to do the work.Professional: my situation was time sensitive. I was attempting to coordinate the repairs with getting rid of my other vehicle so I wouldn’t be left without a ride. As time was closing in on me I would call EJ to check the status. It doesn’t matter what time of day or how often, EJ always answered with the best attitude. I could hear his smile. Within seconds he would provide an update as if he were waiting for my call. He never asked me for my number or put me on hold to locate my file.Dependable: EJ had my vehicle for two weeks but the wait was definitely worth it. I have been confidently driving my 2007 Saturn since mid January without any concerns of safety and with the peace of mind knowing that if anything else goes wrong, I have EJ and his staff to rely on.

He gave me the phone number for a tow truck company to come scrap the car. He really assisted me and was upfront and honest about it being a better cause to scrap it instead of fixing it due to it being super costly. I bought a new vehicle and brought it here immediately upon purchasing and he was very helpful and willing to get me in knowing my car issues I’ve had.

Comment: We came from out of town to purchase a car and found EJ’s when looking for a mechanic to do a pre-sale inspection. He was knowledgeable and helpful in making us feel comfortable with our purchase. It can be hard to find an honest mechanic, but it was immediately evident what kind of guy EJ is. He’s not going to give you a service you don’t need or try to up-sell you like some other places. He’s going to be honest with you and charge you a fair price. If we lived closer, I would be coming back. But for now, all I can do is point other people in his direction.

He assured me that my car would get done the proper way and he did it. He would constantly update me each time about my car. Also charged me way less than what the other auto shops were asking for. I would definitely recommend this place in a heart beat. You cant go wrong. This is my go to shop from now on, if anything breaks down on my car.
