Comment: The best dealer and repair shop I purchased 2 BMW 5 series since 2005 til 2021 My BMW is still running and I had monitor repairs of common things of the used vechile I last purchased it was about 1 year befor I started having issues like starter altenator control arms shocks but nothing major the car also shuts down before I believe I can truely damage my engine or trans which is an usual feeling with a vechile that’s used . My Car was 13 years old 1 original owner this owner always blesses me with the best and in my price range he still always gives me a really fair price . He has also had employess driving the vexhile to check on anything before I took it off the lot I had a missing peice of plastic cosmetics which he also sent me to an oak park for that to be replaced for no charge ! He also made sure that I had my oil changed. N filters windshield wipers ordered brand new replaced tires were in great condition also ! I will sleep comming back and appreciate the mechanics are ready and willing to deal with any concern or complaint . As well as taught me how to use certain things in the vechile. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good Owner Been in Buisness for years ! And always make sure you have a plate and tag B4 u drive off in your new vechile!

Comment: I brought my bmw 745 to eastern auto for a tune up. The price was almost half the price the dealer quoted me. the service was spectacular and fast. While waiting for my car they dropped me at the golf course and picked me up when my car was done. Also my car was a mess wwhen i brought it and it came back spotless. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend this repair shop for all your european car repairs

Comment: Eastern Auto is the only collision shop I trust with my vehicles. It doesnt matter if you have a Rolls-Royce or a Chrysler 300 these guys can handle any job. I highly recommend this place to any future customers. Have had many bad experiences with other less reputable body shops leaving you with trashhh overpriced work. Comment: I was traveling in the area for business, when my 6-series BMW developed a terrible misfire. I was very reluctant to take it to an unfamiliar shop, especially being from out of town. However, the guys at Eastern Auto were very friendly and professional. They were able to look at the car immediately (a couple of other shops told me I would need an appointment), diagnosed it accurately, and returned it the same afternoon. And on top of all that, the price was even LOWER than I expected!I highly recommend them - and Im hard to please :-)

Comment: I was traveling down the highway to my daughters soccer game when my Mercedes Benz R class was shaking violently. I googled the closest shop by me, which turned out to be Eastern Auto and headed straight there. Upon arrival the shop was very busy and I was hesitant I would be late but a gentleman named Vinny got my car right in. It turns out half the bolts holding my wheel on were missing! Not only did they fix my wheel free of charge, they filled up my washer fluid too!Highly recommend this shop.

I use to go to a different shop and they had me coming in and out with the same problem, not to mention, having to leave my car for days.This is by far the best european auto repair shop in the area. I live around 18 miles from here but I still make the drive anytime I have an issue. At eastern auto the turnover time is great because they get right on top of it. Also its done right. They use quality parts and from personal experience, you wont come in for the same problem. Havent had a problem with my windows ever since I went here.

Comment: I have taken my 1998 BMW M3 to Eastern Auto for all my car service. When I got into an accident and damaged my front end they were able to fix and match the color so well I couldnt tell it had ever been hit. They were also able to get my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Eastern Auto also installed all my aftermarket parts from my stereo to my rear spoiler. I was very happy with all he work they have done for me and have not had a single problem. I would highly recommend Eastern Auto for anyone who needs repairs or modifications for there high end rides.
